Terrible service, no assurance from their support team, low fares, very slow processing of requirements. What they’re doing is extremely frustrating. When you chat with their support team, they just give you false hope. My NBI and back license have been pending for a week and they still can’t do anything about it. Even if you email them, Lalamove doesn’t respond at all. Their system is lousy. STUPID SUPPORT TEAM.

I hope we can also see the kilometer range from the pickup point to the drop-off point, so we can check how far it is. This would be a big help for us drivers.

the whole app is fine but you really are very unfair with your drivers. they earn so little for travelling long distances plus travelling while traffic. do better.

Your update is ugly lalamove. I hope not all the favors are on the customer. There are customers who like to cancel and then the rider still gets the rating reduced. I hope the rating on lalamove apps will disappear and there will be Auto cancel like joyride apps. and return the unli booking as long as the rider can afford it. thank you

Version 115.8.0 1. Filter function keeps returning to standard settings after each on/off duty. example: my filtered job is Now + 30 days but each time i restart the apps, it appears as now + later + 30 days. 2. SLIDER BUTTON KEEPS REJECTING WHEN TRYING TO SLIDE FOR JOBS!!! 3. IN-APP MAP IS NOT TALLY ACCORDING TO GOOGLE MAPS!!! 4.GET ALL OF THIS FIXED!!!!

I have repeatedly registered more than 20 times to become a lalamove driver's partner but I can't receive an OTP. I have done all the instructions such as clearing data and app permission but still nothing. I'm just wasting my time just trying again and again.

Apps have no changes from the first time I used them until now. At least have a more flexible filter where I can filter out motorcycle job. I used a car so I don't want to see a motorcycle job to avoid accidentally taking a motorcycle job. The UI could be a little more friendly.

It have bad and good comment on this apps,first, it was good for source of income, but sometimes the customers always low rate of service. i will always run of gas because they not pin their exact location, and other bad side. i cant withdraw the money i earned, but its okay, good thing, because of that, i have credit so i cant top up anymore

honestly the silly scam acknoledgement thing is super annoying and buggy and requires you to restart the app each time also. rate for cars need to be revised. customers use pooling but expect you to deliver things immediately. some of them dont bother to add on door to door service yet expect you to move things for them. almost zero support for the drivers.

let just say it a good for part time but the thing is using a motorcycle is much more profit then using a car. Same destination but diff amount using a car use more fuel with heavy load come on lala update your payment refilling a car is more then motorcycle but you charge more in them rather than a car. Then so much ads plus how im going to get the order if it get rejecting the order that is available, if i slide it first then another rider with the highest get to have that order? how is that !

Too many ads pop up while using to find jobs. Update: The pooling system is terrible. Customers always want fast service at a low price, and they frequently use pooling. That's not the purpose of pooling. The filter system is poor, constantly showing jobs far from the location, which disturbs my ability to choose jobs. There should be an option for Halal or Non-Halal in the system to make it easier to select a job. I have invited some of my friends, but then Lalamove rejected that request.

i submitted my additional drivers requirements (national police clearance) after a few days upon successfully registering which is under the 13 days deadline. after the 13 days is finished my documents are still under review which is preventing me from taking any orders for weeks. i tried to reach out via app by sending a feedback because there's no live chat function, i also submitted forms on the website multiple times now. the issue hasn't been resolve and there's no contact from management.

I'm just in the registration part, then suddenly it says I had created an account, when I logged in, it asks for phone number and password. I didn't even fill up a password for my account. I clicked forgot password, upon submitting, it says the number is invalid. I tried countless times registering, it says the account is already registered, but can't logged in and it always says my number is invalid

I hope you remove the pooling feature. First of all, it’s not really helpful because clients often fill up the vehicle completely, leaving no room for regular bookings. With the rising prices of diesel and gasoline, the current Lalamove fare is no longer enough. Please also consider your partner drivers — even maintenance costs are already a loss. The regular and priority bookings are already fine. I hope you remove pooling and update your platform with something better.

Needs a feature that requires customers to upload a picture of the item they want to delivered, so the delivery personnel can immediately know what the item is. A message/description of the item alone is not enough; the delivery person needs to see whether the item is big or small. This would be a great help for us as delivery personnel.

If you are planning to be a full time delivery rider... look somewhere else! Delivery fare here are so unfair for the riders admins are dumb! I also find the app hard to use or its very difficult to take an order. You need to swipe as early as the order pops up. I tried swiping for 1 hour to get the order/route that I want, but to no avail I could not take the order. Its better if you assign the order to the nearest rider and the rider will decide if he want to take the order or not. APP SUCKS!!

It's difficult to get orders due to the competition. So drivers don't have time to check the order to see if the vehicle type matches the item. If a cancellation is made, the driver is still blamed and suspended for 15 minutes. Ultimately, their account is blocked. The app is detrimental to drivers. There are no service benefits for drivers; all they get is fuel and vehicle service fees. Don't expect much; it's unreliable.

Poor service. Riders are forced to take multiple orders because of the very low fare. There is no option where you can view the items you are going to pick up and deliver. Customers are taking advantage of this having the poor riders load items that are beyond the maximum limit. I won't recommend this app if you're planning to be a delivery rider.

As a Driver From my experience with Lalamove, customers are more important to them than drivers. They're not fair. Drivers have no security, there are fake and scammer bookings, but when you complain, there's no action. When a customer cancels, it's always a 10-minute hold. There are also rude customers, and when you report them, no action is taken, and you're put on hold again for another 10 minutes for each cancellation.
