Countdown to get otp already gone by and still have not received it. App acts on slow-mo. Unable to call the driver on app. Displayed time of arrival of driver is 5mins but it's been over an hour already.

If you lose an item due to the rider running off with it, good luck getting refunded for it. They'll ask you for Cctv footage, a picture of the item that you DID NOT recieve and reciept as proof that YOU DIDNT get it. The intentionally inconvinient refund procedure is such a scummy bussiness practice to avoid compensating users for their lost items.

Messaging function may be broken, message 2 drivers and no reply after 30 mins. Basic driver location tracking is definitely broken. Estimated time of arrival is 15 mins but waited 30 minutes and driver is still shown to be in the same spot 15 mins away. Location updated 5 mins later when driver reached. During delivery, driver location shown to be in front of my house even after 30 mins, even though driver already left.

They added 20% fast matching with tip and yet no one accepting my booking. Since yesterday no one accepting my bookings, totally wasted time. ++ 5/10 for riders, half of your riders I've experienced are either not honest or telling me to add more tip pa.

I don't like drivers knowing my WhatsApp number, because it's privacy, and please make this a priority, because some people, including me, really don't like this feature, for the chat page, please improve the UI/UX. and for the wallet feature, why not integrate with a wallet provider, such as Ovo, Gopay, Dana, or others, or use VA with a dynamic nominal account, not a static nominal account like now, 50 thousand, 100 thousand, this is also a consideration for me.

Some drivers are unreliable and irresponsible. Drivers ask for a priority fee so they don't accept another booking. Advance booking is a sham because if the driver doesn't pick up the items by the scheduled time the customer is expected to resolve things themselves. Some drivers have no bag and expect the person riding behind them to handle the parcel. If something happens to the parcel the driver just continues the delivery without explanation. CS is just unhelpful is a joke

Live agent chat is sucks. The agent is just like robot, didnt address to exact question/problem. Also we unable to cancel the booking and rebook, if we cant find a matching driver. Because we will be temporarily suspended. App is sucks, yet suspending us as a User for the order that has not even been confirmed. It just doesnt make sense!

absolutely dreadful support. no phone number, and the link to live chat is deeply buried in the help pages. after years of using the app i was unable to topup the wallet with corporate debit card. the only solution offered was to try a different card. what a useless response. why any business would use this app is beyond me.

It takes FOREVER for a rider to pickup. I've cancelled so many attempts and moved to maxim whoch picks up bookings right away. The cashin I made in the wallet is such a waste because I can't seem to get a successful booking. Unless you are willing to wait more than 30mins.

Tried many times, Never got accepted instantly, Not accepted even for future booking request. Then suddenly confirmed after few days without any notifications. Previously they wrongly charged me for someone else's order too. Grab is the best as they instantly confirm the request, unlike Lalamove. Just because Grab don't have big vehicle, I tried Lalamove, waited few hours still no request accepted, after tried many times. So cannot rely on, untrustworthy.

Scammed. Guys do not do not use Lalamove for your courier service. I post a courier service and pay extra for the rider service. Have to top up your wallet before you can post a courier order. No one pick up my order so I cancel my order and use other platform. However, once you top up your Lalamove wallet to use the courier service. You have no seamless method to withdraw your funds. Lalamove then charge you 5% or $15 dollar Whichever is higher for a withdrawal request.

Takes forever to get a driver. When there is a driver, they usually do double bookings and go the opposite way of the actual delivery which takes them twice as long. Get Grab instead. It's a bit mor expensive, but the service is better.

for me, it's very convenient in sending products to central Luzon, and cost cutting, very helpful in my part. Bravo amazing ideas in logistics side. it saves my time to travel to and fro. it saves gasoline expenses, tollfees and others. The product are being taken care of. I really appreciate this App.

Chat support is atrocious, they leave immediately if you either take even 1 second to not answer, or as soon as they ASSUME they solved your problem. I had to wait 30 min to 1 hr To ask WHY my order was canceled. The driver already picked up the item and we were only communicating through the app. And I did not get a single answer on why it was canceled, only "k, this was canceled, bye" Lalamove made me have a mental breakdown that I had to take a sick leave at work. NEVER using this app again.

Lots of scam and bogus rider. I often meet riders that cancels booking after making me wait for a couple of minutes and recently, I had an important file that I sent to my professor using the app as a requirement to graduate but we can't reach and get updates from the rider mid-way and our professor didn't receive any item. Totally not recommended to use to send files because there are a lot of untrustworthy riders.

Very worst courier you can't track your previous order details one of the company that I send the documents claims that they didn't received a document that valued a lot of money And the customer service keep on ending the chat. Also keep on providing robotic responses. If it's available on your app I won't bother talking to you. Both the app and the customer service reps are useless.Not recommended for importantdocuments because you can nolonger track it if Incase that you will need it infuture

A warning to current and future users especially those who plan to top up their wallets – It's frustrating & a huge hassle! What do you mean I can't specify the amount I'm transferring on my wallet? And why is there no option to cash out the excess? Not all fees amounts to your min. top up of 350. I tried reaching to them via help center, the google form and their customer service are just as bad as their system. Once I get my money back, which they said will take "10-14 days", I'm out.

It literally takes an hour for the driver to arrive at my destination thats only 5 minutes away it's faster if they walk towards the destination than using motorcycle the longest time i waited was around 2 hours 30 minutes on just a 45 minute drive away from where i ordered to where i am staying delete this app download maxim instead

I'm very disappointed with the service because every time you arrange a courier service with them and request 3 movers, they always come with 2 movers. And if you asked why, they will either the driver will ask you to top up to get the third mover or just try to act like nothing happens. So, what's the purpose of having a fixed price in the app, but most of the drivers are not following it?

Definitely the worst app to use. Driver's are not responsive and doesn't have the courtesy to advise that they will be taking multiple delivery. Customer service is not helpful at all! No immediate actions or solutions to problems. If only i could give them a lower rating, i would.
