Complicated at first but still don't like it! I like to see my payments and who to without having to click on each payment. Ugh!!!!!! The new app gets a two.....

Don't like it. Well back with a up date. This app is junk it can't even let me know that my balance went negative. Now I have fees to pay because I thought this would alert me when I would get low. Chase bank app is better very disappointing

Won't send notifications like the old one did don't understand it got it set to where it should send notifications but it still doesn't the old app every time I spent money sent me a notification tell me money was spent which has helped me in the past when I got hacked and somebody started spending money out of my account I caught it before it got out of hand now if that happens I won't know and probably until it's too late I would much rather use the old app than this one just for that reason

I want insant notifications back. Now i don't get any notifications. The transactions says pos purchase. I have to click on it and sometimes I cant even figure out where the purchase was from. The old app was way better.

LCB Plz. This is a clone of the TCU app but with Lake City Bank colors. Changing the colors doesn't make it any better. It was also a terrible decision to make Card Controls a completely different app when it was previously built into the old one. Plz fix.

Okay what was wrong with the other app? I understand a little upgrade but why couldn't you just update the other app. This app has too much on it for a mobile device and it isn't organized. Also, I was never notified of the app change so I just found this app on my own because the other one just stopped loading one day.

Works well without failure or conflict with other apps. Menu is pretty intuitive. I can find what I am looking for pretty quickly, most of the time, and without having to call for help.

I honestly prefer the old layout and app better. The old one stayed updated with my money with no issues. This one takes a while to show the money I've added in so I'm in the dark about how much money I actually have until almost a week later. I also feel overwhelmed with the layout of the new app and prefer the simplicity of the old one. I wish the old one was still up and running.

The new online is disappointing! I used to receive instant notifications when my debit card was used. Now I'm lucky if I'm notified the next day. By that time my account could be wiped out by thieves & I wouldn't know. I wish they'd just change it back!

Sucks, old app worked. New one totally sucks. Give me back old app! New update makes the app even worse. Hey dumb dumbs, menu bar at the TOP like normal apps. October 1st is here, and I wish I could stay that the app has improved. It's still horrible. Mar 2023. Bought a new Motorola g5g phone. With Android 12. And now I can't enter dollar amounts to transfer funds between accounts! Can't set a security pin. I really wish they would fix this app!

I have to say that I do NOT like the new app. The first thing I noticed is that my transactions no longer show the time & date when a purchase was made. And therefore I can't match the date of the actual purchase, I only see when the you process it.

The app is nicer than old one. But what we use it for most the ZELLE instant payment is NOT reliable It gets lost searching for payees. Sometimes the app logs out suddenly, check deposit is hit and miss also. Must fix these bugs or we are switching back to another bank which has reliable mobile app!

Can't control debit card alerts with this new app. And the app that supposedly does, doesn't work. Pulling up your monthly statement is far more complicated than it needs to be. I can understand having a date range search feature OPTION, but please include a list of recent statements for the 1 account as that's what most people are looking for. Please bring back the old app.

Floating chat icon is always in the way. Logging off is inconvenient. Screen always readjust just when you are going to click on an option so you end up clicking on a different option. There are always multiple warnings about LCB not asking for personal information. They just keep coming back on every screen.

I had so many issues with this new app. They said all my payments would transfer over to the new app.....nope I had start them over, just like the old PC online. Not a very user friendly 'MOBILE' app that's for sure. I am definitely not impressed with this new app. Bill pay is so much more complicated imo. LCB you should've never changed the app. If business wanted it then maybe they should've had a business mobile app.

Just use the website, it's the same thing. App seems to just be a wrapper for the mobile website. The only difference is that the website consistently works-- about 10% of the time, my accounts won't load in the app. Also, I liked the previous app's ability to withdraw from the ATM.

💎💎💎I enjoy the app! I believe it is secure, user friendly, and also convenient! I'm very pleased with my whole Lake City Experience! If I was to make a suggestion it would be too do away with the rule of holding deposited checks for a week within the first month of opening the account! At least payroll checks, being my employer doesn't offer direct deposit, I've had to cash my checks elsewhere then come deposit cash in my account. This has been a hassle and cost me outrageous fees.💎💎💎

Glitchy from day one. I never had issues with the previous app. This one will not even allow me to see my account. It simply says there are no accounts to be displayed. I called the support center and they said they are working on fixing the issue. Unfortunately, there is no other option to view my balance or transactions. I can't log into an online website to view this info. If this isn't resolved quickly, I will be changing banks. It should not be this hard to see my banking info.

Easy to use & LOVE being able to keep track of my balance & transactions SO easily! Unfortunately, many of the transactions/balances are not shown in real time, which has caused me many NSF fees. Also, dislike that depositing a check using the app/camera is not as fast as other apps/banks, & therefore caused additional NSF fee. It does allow alerts that balance is below a set amount however, would also like an actual Overdrawn alert.
