I've been playing this series and other series from the big fish games are filled with bugs and glitches to a point you feel frustrated specially when you solve a hard puzzle and the game won't register that's solved or items are supposed to be picked up and you won't be able to interact with unless you reset the whole game and for android users you're playing on hard only . I can't even choose easy mode. Very bugged and glitched games . No development in . And it's almost all the games .

This is the last DO game I'm going to play. Yet another game that has glitches in it that have been present for years and not fixed meaning you can't progress. I don't mind paying for rubies etc for when I want to skip but I object to being forced to buy them to overcome poor programming.

Like all Domini Games it is very addictive. Lots of fun challenges, some of which can be quite difficult but no point playing it if it's too easy. The graphics are amazing, no glitches so far. My only criticism is that you really need purchase items to procede, so not totally "free". Thumbs up for me though.

I've had many issues with your games kicking me out but this one is by far the pitts. I switched off my special effects as you once suggested which made it even worse so I uninstalled. Also, your two most recent releases won't download at all. Keeps telling me to "try again". So I deleted your app completely, rebooted my device and reinstalled the app from scratch but I still get the same response.

Great game the ending was kind of hard but with a little perseverance it is possible to get through For developers: I wasn't saying that the game is too hard I actually enjoy having to really get into it and push through because it gets your mind working fully so please don't dumb down the games that's why I like these games

I have played 4 games in this series so far and have been able to complete just 1. I found an alternate solution to the puzzle where you have to put the yellow pieces together & the game didn't register it, after I worked on it for so long. And most of the mini games are annoying but we only have 1 gem so can skip just one of them. Five BN games also take 10 coins to skip one mini game but at least their mini games aren't atrocious. I'll just go back to waiting for them to release another game.

Uninstalling because of a major glitch with the puzzle in the throne room, not far from the end of the game. I refuse to reset the game and play again that far without knowing if I'll even be able to complete the game. The reset button in the puzzle doesn't work either. That is by far not the only glitch I have encountered. The developers really need to fix the glitches or at least the support button in the game should work, rather than being a share button.

Hidden objects games are my go-to during relaxation periods and even stressful times, love them to death! I've been playing the Labyrinth series - 6 to be exact and I am at Part 10 with the throne and the 8 red gems. Two of the gems are upside down and this makes a big difference with any level of success. Played the game multiple times with no success, even used the walkthroughs but to no avail. Please fix this issue so I could continue my game and not have to delete it. Love the storyline

Mini game fail. There is more than 2 correct ways to join the elements together. I had to buy skips for which I would like a refund. The story is good, but if the games don't work that's a big thumbs down. Unless you did it on purpose so people purchase crystals so they can skip. If so very bad. Also the walkthrough on big fish games website is incorrect for some of the puzzles.

I hate that if I choose to play match 3 I have to watch a commercial. I pay 10.99 for the game to have free hints and free skip that should include the match three. older people have a hard time seeing the small things in a hidden object game. shame on you for making extra money on playing match 3.

I've noticed that many reviews here mentioned the same thing - that the mini game with the yellow pieces won't work properly, and even if you solved it, you still can't move on, unless you'll use a gem. And I have the same problem, so if so many players mentioned it, why wouldn't you fix it? Besides this, all great. I love your games hope you'll fix the bugs in this game though.

Great game until the mini game where you had to connect a bunch of little gold spheres that had little poles sticking out of them so they all fit perfectly. I completed the game but it won't close out and give me the items I need so that I can proceed. I accidentally used my one free skip early in the game and I'm not paying a company to skip their broken mechanism. I already contacted customer service and they said they were trying to fix stuff and update. I'll change my rating if thar happens.

Got hit with the SAME broken puzzle everyone else did. The one that rewards the dragon head. Solved it using a walkthrough so if you go to google and find a walkthrough with a screen shot of the pieces in place THERE YOU GO thats the screen shot of the "issue". Unless there is some hidden mechanic (not clearly mentioned) where you're supposed to place each element while only turning the board a limited amount of times then my solution should have cleared it! Fix this issue. Uninstalled!

I quit the game before finishing because the games where you have to shoot balls to get 3 in a row of the same color are too difficult on my phone and therefore not fun. Provide a match-3 alternative? The game provides 1 "skip" gem. I keep accidentally hitting the skip button unintentionally and using up that skip. Please add an "are you sure" menu. Thanks!

This game is not great. The logic for what you use items is often bafflingly and the story is predictable. However you can't actually complete this game because one puzzle will not register even if completed correctly. It's the one that looks like golden molecules. I even checked a walkthrough to make sure everything was in the right place and started the puzzle over again in case it was my mistake. This company always has shoddy puzzles but this one is the worst.

Come on this is a free game, give at least 10 rubies to skip puzzles. I am gonna have to think twice about installing any more DG games. There is no way I can get past that popping ball puzzle, I physically (arthritis damage) can't do it. So unfortunately I have to uninstall before I can finish. Unless I want to pay for a free game. Update: It has nothing to do with the play. Again you need to allow us to skip more puzzles, without paying for rubies. I have already uninstalled game.

In trying to complete one of the mini games I got so frustrated. I had to put the yellow pieces in exactly the right place in order for the interlocking pieces to work. I struggled with it for a few hours over 2 days, but I finally got it. Yet the game would not move on until I used my gem to skip it. I don't see how the specific pieces could fit any other way, besides the directions didn't say anything to that effect. Should've spent gem instead of wasting time, since it cost me in end anyway.
