One of the worst ever app. If you have a problem with a transaction which has been done on this app, the post office Banking customer service, who are good for nothing by the way, will tell you that they will not be able to do anything for you and can't help you as it had been done on the app. My advice is to never use this app if you want to do anything. Change bank, that is the best thing to do.

Worst app ever, the update is very bad, it's makes one spend more what they planned to spend. I don't know if it's done purposely to always take what they called accidentally charge or the app needs upgrade. Please it's terrible, try you take your money immediately when transaction is done, don't leave it in the account for days before taking it to avoid one spending more than they planned.

This app is buggy, it takes super long to load each time you press a button. I was using the fingerprint to log in to my account but it didn't work at all, I had to press the log in button at least 50 times for the fingerprint scanning overlay to pop up, and even that was buggy. So I removed the fingerprint and logged out. Then I tried logging back in but then the app decided that my code (which I know for a fact is the correct one) wouldn't work. So now I'm locked out of my account. FIX. IT.

App still unresponsive, half of the buttons are not working. Impossible to dend a message (stuck at "objet de votre demande" with an empty screen). UX and navigation look like survivors from 2005. Literally can't do anything. The delay to add a beneficiary hasn't been fixed either. Having a bot to reply to 1 and 2 stars comment doesn't make this app better. The problems your customers encounter are well documented here. This app reflects the services LBP offer — and their quality.

First of all, why is the app only available in French? French is a cute language, to be sure, but an online banking tool in French just feels weird. Anyway, not to worry, often the language is not really an issue, because the app is so mind-bogglingly slow that you give up what you wanted to do anyway. That is if the app doesn't just freeze and remain unresponsive until your battery dies. Good luck for example trying to make any online payments which require the atrocious "certicode" service.

One of the worst apps ever; do you people not test the product first? Zero stars. Zero usefulness. 100% bollocks. It worked; a forced update later, taadaa!, It no longer works. Very cool. 30 lost and wasted minutes later, when I could have been doing something useful, instead, I still haven't managed to do what I wanted to do. Merci la poste! Viva Macron!

worst bank and app ever. thieves and crooks and they charge you through the roof for anything, and you have to pay for the displeasure of this. Terrible app asks for your password everytime you do anything. Works no different to the website. Top tip. Dont be an idiot like me and use this bank, do so at your own peril.

I'm an international student using your services. I wish there was an option for changing interface language to English. It make using your app so hard. It's not safe to ask others about what's the meaning of a message on your app.

Normally runs fine but is there a bug at the moment that needs fixing? I click 'me connecter' as usual but instead of showing me the finger print sign to prompt me to press my screen, I get half a second of the pending logo and then it stops... what's up with the app!? Everything else on my phone working fine.

Often slow and unreliable : Click "log in" : nothing happens or must wait 10+ seconds for form to appear Payment confirmation : notifications often don't appear at all Overall poor UX

very bad application!!! you can not login until you receive special code for the payment even though you don't want to do any operations now !!! if there's less than one star I will rate it with.. RUBBISH..

La Banque Postale is a very old and traditional bank and is unable to adress it's well known problem, including it's website that is oldfashioned and really not user friendly. Wake up, all your clients are leaving and going to more modern banks.

This app is Very slow there is always a bug somewhere. It is not ergonomic neither intuitive. I have problems with fingerprint authentication for days now and there seem to be no updates.
