The app cannot acess my location, it says turn on the location permission. I already turned on and did everthing I can still couldn't acess

Absolutely hideous. Costumer support page left my message on read with no response to my message saying the product doesn't work. If you're willing to keep unusable products and waste your money then go ahead.

I didn't get jeans that i wish . It's different from pic in your app. The worst service ever for me . Regrets to buy with such a bad jeans U know i really hate your service , i didn't call u back, it doesn't mean i am not disappointed . First time with u , last time forever , Fk u dude

One stars for how inconvenient this is...I wanted to send cash instead of virtual payment but there is no such options. It's kinda annoying tbh.

It works really well at first but after not using the app for a few days there are some problems that I couldn't solved and the costumer service is quite slow to reply.

Provided unclear information, cannot contact them thru app (need to look for their contact from other source), and when you call to the call center their cannot response to your question beside "I don't know" "I cannot promise that". Worst experience ever!!!

it's good app, but i have some comments in menu My Wiselist. 1- should add function AZsort by shopname or system auto arrange AZ item by shop name after adding to wiselist 2- should keep same position after deleting any items from wiselist, but currently app refresh to top list :(

Every time error when to set location or add new address. It always to show error a message "Can not access location. Please enable location permissions in settings." while location is enabling.

The app's payment system doesn't work in any way shape or form. The app has probably been abandoned by its development team... absolutely disappointing....I wanted to order one thing and nothing worked....

I cannot even give one star rate, they sent me the product that not even close to what I've ordered and when I asked them to detail for me they just ignore and force me to get the product. First I ordered phone (product of US but they gave me the Korean one) and I paid for the same price. Second I bought solar light one set 4pcs Two of them not working and they don't have solution for me. Last one I ordered flash light and I got the worse one also broken and they forced me to get it. Damn servic

This app say in stock but don't put wait for 12-20 day and I order only computer mouse and they say they will deliver it at 3pm but no they not I wait for so long and I already paid them this is an issue so pls change the app I think it good but you wait for long and you can't cancel the supplies I thought when you order they will prepare it ASAP but nope it not. You need to wait for so long I will rate this one star.😒

Nothing is ever in stock. Very useful if you need an app to draw your attention to all the things you can't actually have but I don't need that because I'm married and she does that for me. Needs better management and control over out of stock items.

This app is slow, when I try to register as a member there's an error problem with the verification code with both app and wepsite, but although the app itself is slow but there's a lot of stuff to choose with discount price, but the main thing is I can't register to buy stuffs..

I tried to remove an item from my cart for more than 10times already and even tried to restart the app many times bu the item that I want to remove is still there!! I don't know what is wrong with the app.

Your app is very work very well. But the deliver is very slow. You should fix this problem for all the costumers. Because they need the fast services. They don't need slow services.

1. Delivery is very slow. 2. Put location A when process order and they said in their system see location B, really? 3. Delivery man contact number could not find in network, are u kidding me? 4. Customer service function in app, chat no one reply, so why u add that option? Don't u see App foodpanda? If they put that function they have staffs available chatting online.

The delivery man will ask you to come and get the item to the place where it is convenient for him. Customer service rep asked me to take tuktuk and they will pay for it. They will not follow the address you put in the app saying it is far from them when it is just 2 mins away from where the driver wants to deliver.

The app is already great, but there's two things that bother me. The first one is, it's take too long to get your order approved and the second one is when I try to contact a staff I can't do that at all, because your app doesn't have a costumer service option.

I used to love buy goods from your app bcoz it's cheap and good quality. But now, You should make up your system again. Around this year i can't make payment by credit/debit card. I lost interest on buying anything in your app.
