28/5/2024 - Your login button isn't working. I've successfully changed my password just in case as I read in some reviews that the new update made it so that it doesn't accept symbols anymore. But even after changing it to just only upper, lower case and numbers as per your stated password requirements, I am still unable to login. Pls fix this ASAP, thanks.

Semakin teruk, very bad experience!!! Has tried many time with correct save password, but still couldn't log in. Okay fine, then I try to change new password, also cannot log in.. Until now account not active anymore... I just couldn't keep my anger on this kind of issue... The apps really sucks!

Those unable to login coz the yellow balls keep bouncing or biometrics are not working, just stop the app, clear data and login again. Alternatively, reinstalling should help. At least it works for me 👍

26/5/24: I can't log in to my acc after the latest update. This happen for the first time since I installed it in Jan 2024. The log in button seems not functioning 😕 (ermm tbh it's kinda annoying when it keeps telling me to update and update every time I open this app - no offence🙇) hope it can be resolved quickly. Thanks for your hard work! EDIT - 13/6/24: there's no deference after the latest update. The button still not functioning 🤷 EDIT - 25/6/24: still

Alright new review. This app loading time took a lot of time to process. I mean A LOT. Oh sometimes it even has problem with internet connection. So I need to go exit the app and enter again. Nice. And yeah if you want to download your statement you can't btw. You need to go to the website to do that. So I have no idea why they put that function when it's even working. Just white screen for me.

Just noticed today that the biometric login is no longer working. Press the fingerprint icon, place the finger on the reader but nothing happens. Manual password entry is working. Pls rectify the biometric for better security.

Could not log in many times. Let's say if already re-installed & logged in, closed the app, & after some time cannot log in again. The app was unresponsive when trying to log in. Kept repeating like this. Takkan la nak uninstall & install every time nak log in?? Doesn't serve the purpose of having an app for convenience.

After key in pin, It just stuck at loading...... Forever! Old app are far more responsive! Too bad KWSP block access to old app. Can I get the old app access back? KWSP office just toooo clouded! 04/06/2024 Updated from 3.5.3 to 3.5.5 Now after click download statement, it stuck at "we are sorry" page with a "ok" button, click on "ok" button, it reload the "we are sorry page", this process keep repeating & there is no way to getting back to the "main" page!!!

As a developer myself, I couldn't understand how this app can be release to public. It's either poor management or poor IT developer... one of the basic feature is login. UI doesn't even show whether u successfully login or typed the wrong password. since i cant login, so cant see other function got issue or not..

Why does the app refuse to accept my password the day after I've logged out? They ask for the password, I key it in, and nothing happens. The screen stays still, no loading or anything. This has happened twice in two days. It's like the only time I can actually use it is if I reinstall and go thru the entire process again!!

Last time when I need to go to nearest kiosk to change my mobile number for the TAC then I wouldn't be facing any issue afterwards. But later on, few days after updating the apps the renew my password once the apps couldn't be log in. Refreshed then keep changing the password and what happen now is I couldn't even tap the log in space given! This happened few times until I get annoyed. The apps should be useful to people but it was not. Should people keep going to the kiosks again and again????

This new interface falls short of expectations due to its frustratingly slow performance. Simple tasks like navigating menus or loading content take far longer than they should, resulting in a cumbersome user experience. Try to log in, but the profile pic and secret phase shows don't match with mine. Then I tried to change Id, but then the app said that there is some issue, so I can't change the id. Mind you, it is my first time logging, and I remember my id and password perfectly fine. Tried many times, and the outcome is still the same.

All keeps needing updating, after updating password no longer works, all keeps saying my account is deactivated. Very bad management of the app, after updating it seems like a downgrade. Even after changing password still cannot login. It is so frustrating especially at a time where ppl need to check their account 3.

Its quite disappointing that this new app is downgrade from its old i-account. When i entered a correct password, the login button cannot press. Even everytime i tried to refresh by closing the app and reopen it again. It doesn't make any change either. How are we supposed to check our balance if this thing keeps on happening? Why the old one better than this version of i-account? It supposed to "UPGRADE" not "DOWNGRADE". It has a great interface but all that comes to nothing if it doesn't work.

What's the problem with this new EPF apps, it's super lagging!!!!!!! Very inconvenient and lagging !!!! Why the management team and IT Department didn't test it out and improve it !? 16 June 2024 EPF still have no any improvement, it's take so much time to loading and lagging and not smooth when you press any button, what have EPF IT department done? There must be many garbage in this app so that it won't work out smoothly !!! Still don't want to improve!??

Unable to log in at all. Says my account is inactive and need to update password but then when I update it says I can't use the same password! I did with 4 different passwords and each time the same error pops up. Horrible experience. Emailed them and the response is just to update password. I've been trying that for months now!!!

I appreciate the big sized fonts to aid those who are short sighted to read through the app. However, I almost never been able to sign in ever since the recent restructuring and intro of Account 3. Like please, whose idea is this to introduce a new app? Its terrible. Too many issues, keep on glitching and maintaining. i-Akaun classic was already great, processing days were also shorter - you get your money within 3 days of application. But this new i-akaun is a terrible app!

I've installed the KWSP i-Akaun app two weeks ago. I've attempted to submit a regisration as an EPF Member since the app was being installed. However, the e-KYC disruption notice keeps pop up on the screen. No matter how many times I've tried, the result is still the same. Hopefully this issue will be resolved in the next update. (Ref: We're sorry. Error Code: 503. Sorry, your application was unsuccessful due to a disruption in the eKYC service.) Looking forward for the bug to be fixed, thanks.

Just updated the app. After the latest update, I was unable to log in. After I keyed in the 6 digit pin, I got a dot that danced around the screen in like forever. I don't get it. They want us to use their app but they can't even maintain the proper performance of the app. So frustrating. I hope their IT team will solve this asap!
