People are nice and the places are always clean. Makes a difference when you go to a kwik trip compared to other convenient stores.

Add truck fueling option like pilot/ flying j has and you'll see a lot of happier truckers that aren't wasting time standing in line twice for more than 5 minutes and be a lot easier if we can we can minimize the time spent stopping, I tend to steer clear of a fully occupied fuel island It only means more time that we don't have to give, other than that the food the staff and everything in the convenience store is A+ amazing

So for the past few days it says wrong password and I can't log in. Tried reseting the password but I never received an email to reset it. Called customer support they,too said that have sent me an email to reset it but I never received it,either. Today the app show that I don't have internet but I do.

Won't let me register or sign in at all. Either keeps asking for my card number or completely crashes. Update: The registration/login issue was in the app. I went to the website and got it to work.

I love Kwik Trip! The only thing I hate is their big styrofoam drink cups. So bad for the environment. On that note, I drive a semi truck and many feel semis are bad for the environment also. I just recently started back driving after 20 years and I am pleasantly surprised about the fleet rewards and the fact that I can rack them up when buying food in the store as well. Thank you Kwik trip for being so above the rest. Blessings to the Zietlow family and all your wonderful employees

Downloaded this app about 2 months ago. Since then, I was not able to ever open the rewards tab. Every time I get the message "No network connection". Can't use my accumulated points for anything.

*Update* After contact by the developer several emails exchanged it is now working for me! Upgrade to 5 star! Thanks. Can't log in. it either says to check network connection or ID and password don't match. Please fix.

Fix how your app works when redeeming rewards in-store. I had to pay for a FREE rewards coffee with a credit card AND all my rewards points were deducted AND THEN the free drink reward was deducted afterwards. So I had to pay three times, three different ways for one coffee that should have been free according to your rewards program.

I love kwik trip and their customer service! I really wish for their rewards they would have followed Loves lead and store driver information in the app and card. drivers pull up open the app and put the pump number in payment is already in the app and receipt goes into the app. I feel kwip trip is superior to loves shouldnt the app be as well

My complaint isn't about the app itself. It's about the way you fuel up at Kwik trips. Some locations asked you 100 question before they let you pump. And most of the locations now make you pay for your fuel and in store goods separately which takes longer and is far more inconvenient than it's worth. Until those two things are fixed I will go elsewhere.

Super easy to use and great very clean stores and grounds I drive for HALVORLINES and I'm from west coast and never ever seen a clean truck stop as clean a kwik stop thankyou I will always pic kwik stop over the rest 😀

Kwik trip and Kwik star are the two most awesome convenience store/ stations in our area. Cost efficient, conciently stocked, professional staff and very well congealed. My personal favorites here and the surrounding states. Family ran as a bonus.

App is great....when working. Very nice user interface and nice to track Diesel rewards and coupons. However, having to login in every. single. time. to quickly see my balance is annoying, and now I can't even log in because it says unable to connect to the internet, which I clearly have 4GLTE on my phone. Fix these issues and 5 stars. **Edit 12/24/19** Updated to 5 stars after developer addressed issues. Works great!

I used my rewards Kwik Trip card for 3 years before registering with the app. As a truck driver doing 3400 miles a week I missed a lot of opportunities to win things and get good deals on food and stuff. Right now they are giving free cheese sticks withe the purchase of a salad. Without the app I wouldn't know that. It's a bit difficult to find where to use my points towards the sweepstakes giveaways (snow machine). Maybe I'm just not as smart as all you other folks. It's fun trying to win
