Many of the stories are now unlocked only with coins. So even after taking premium subscription, we need to purchase coins to listen to the full story.

Hi this is Karthik, In my way this is a great app to understand complex concepts easy, good explanation, clear voice without any hesitation And just one more thing it could be more beneficial to people is we have to (like) the episodes what we like this feature will be more time savior. Finally thanks for sharing valuable information this will be so helpful and it's a kind of educating everyone who doesn't have enough facilities. I hope this app will grow much bigger and brings more A books.

My yearly subscription is wasted. This coin system is very frustrating. i paid for premium membership for a year. but now , i cant access 80% of books without coins. I am so irritated by this app. I have used this app earlier and then stopped. Recently started again. But i repent it now. Please bring back old system and stop this coins.

Just average voice over - sounds very synthetic, very bad background music. Keep forcing for purcahses initially direct premiummembershipthan some stupidversion of in app currency called coins. First they make the algorithms force to purchase Premium membership. Then later again classifies all the shows one is listening to VIP category then again asking for hefty monthly membership. Membership is not worth it , it's just generic content boosted with Social Media hype.

u guys are really fake. I got 1 year of free subscription to redeem icici voucher but it's not happening despite of no. of mails to u. useless and fake. u said I cannot redeem it if I use trail pack. I again created new account with another ID but there is no option for premium subscription alone. u must go through trail pack then only I can touch premium option.what a clever thing u guys it.

This was the best audio book platform, easy to use, mind relaxing, full of knowledge entertainment but now it is irritating And Confusing I am a member they have introduced confusing coin system. Now I can't lesion to the stories continuously. If this will go on I am not going to renew my subscription.

5 star because reading books is one of my favourite thing to do. During a day most of the time I spend reading books knowing new things especially science 🔭. But sometimes it feels that by listening I understand more than reading. That's why Kuku FM is the most useful app I am using in 2024 which I wanted to use from a long time . I love it 💖💖💖.

Crashing everytime i am trying to play something. Everytime i try to play something from the play list of that topic it crashes. I have the premium membership and its frustrating. I have to play from that small play bar in the main ui. I dont know why i paid for it. Please fix it.

EDIT They have improved significantly. At least the app now remembers my last heard epiaode and is able to resume from that point. They also have added nice content OLD Horrible playback, interrupts frequently even on a good data connection. Hardly ever remembers last listened episode and starts from episode 1. Showing renewal reminders and ads 8 months before current expiry. Having a good catalogue is secondary, first improve on basics. Nowhere near Audible or Storytel, badly disappointed.

App Crashed with latest update. Also drains full battery in one hour. Unable to listen smoothly n continuously. Pls fix this bug so that we can listen more. Another thing is every time after logon phonr screen... this app comes front and unable to use other apps. Fix this bug also. And make the app as a music player. So that we can use freely in the background.

same issues the App picks up any Random Audio book instead of picking the show which has been Saved for Later... Annoying...Also many shows are repeated with new name... Sent an email got same reply asking for screen recording!!! As usual Frustrating ! What is the use of leader board & points for listeners and competing with others? I don't get it.. I think ones the app is popular no one cares! Last but not the least if I rate 1/2' Star for a show then it won't be Published!

Hello there, I am glad using the app for quite a while like around few months daily. However whenever there is switch between WiFi and mobile network and vice versa crashes the app and it's showing no network. This makes me lose interest listening the story. Kindly fix this and change my mind to rate 5/5 since rest of the features are good. All the best! Regards, Nirmal.

Writing review after more than a year of usage. For a year content was good and easy usage experience. Once they get in to the coin model this app sucks with 0*. When you making user to purchase coin in app to unlock each episode then why you have premium subscription. What benefit user gets by paying the money two times. Based on social media influence people will come and try this app. I'm feeling it's not worth for spending money to go further with this app coin purchase.

The stories, audio, ideas and etc. everything is perfect for me for now but... The reason why I gave it 2 stars is because it irritates me when I can't see their reaction, the screen turns fully black when I am watching and listening to it. I recommend you to please fix this it's very irritating. Edit : This issue is fixed, thank you for fixing it and other than that it's a perfect app for me now. Again, Thanks. Edit 2 : It's giving me the same problem again & could you please removecoins-unlock

The app offers a good collection that's continuously improving. However, despite subscribing, users still have to pay per episode with coins, which feels excessive, especially for short episodes lasting only 5 to 6 minutes. Instead, the subscription fee could be increased or a flat fee for complete audiobooks could be introduced, as the current strategy of changing coin prices per episode feels exploitative.

I see a bug that if mistakenly played a content, I'm not able to exit without completing it, it always showing in the notification bar if I've not been completed, which is annoying, also in some situations the listened playlist is not getting updated properly which is making confusion and force to listen again due to the above issue

The app was really good and easy to listen stories. Wonderful app. One thing which we need to be included is, when we complete one book, it can encourage listeners that we have completed one book and it can say congratulations. The completed book can be included in completed list in our profile. So we can analyse ourself that how much we have spent our time in listening good books. It will motivate us further. This feature can be included in app. Most of them love appreciation. Thank you.
