I just opened my account but I couldn't transfer my money even after I had received some deposits. I tried to change transaction pin of which I did not set through the otp but it kept saying something went wrong. I contacted customer care but no response till now, I would have given it less than one star if possible because Currently my experience as a first time user isn't nice at all.

This Kuda app is becoming to annoying, I have been using it for more than 2 years now, and due to the recent update I was downgrade to tier 2, I have already given the system all that is required to upgrade my account back to tier3 but is over a month now and it's still showing under review, the kude system have to work on the customer service, i will be glad if my account can be upgraded on time thank you.

The update is getting too much. Every now and then you are forced to update the app before you could access it. Secondly, I don't know where the fault is, many times I used my card on POS I get debited without the transaction going through. Please rectify and fix your network.

I will soon sue KUDA bank any moment from now!!! Terrible. How can a bank restrict an account I've been using going to 4years now because they think my documents are not complete. Documents that i have already submitted. Worst of it is that they restricted my account without notifying me. I only realized when I wanted to carry out a transfer. What if it was an emergency and I didn't have spare money else where. This is getting worse every new update I don't recommend at all.

Good experience generally up until last month. The button used to make transactions has stopped working. I've sent numerous mails to their customer care with attachment describing the problem but I've not gotten a reply yet. Their customer service has not been going through too. I have been unable to make transactions. I disabled the use of biometrics to verify transactions but I'm still asked to scan my fingerprint to verify everytime.

Very good and reliable banking app. My little issue is that I can't even log in to my account now after someone sent me some money, while other Kuda app is working and adding beneficiaries on the app is stressful. Pls make a way whereby when one is making a transfer, you can just save the account as a beneficiary straightforward while the transfer is being processed. A lot of other bank apps have this feature. It's surprising that Kuda doesn't have this considering how up to date you guys are.

I've been trying to upgrade my account for the past 2weeks now, its not going through. The first one I did was rejected and ever since that time I've been unable to submit another one for approval as I am unable to pick the utility bill I want to use for the upgrade. It kept bringing out an error "not supported". Help look into this. Thanks

Were it not for the issue I have been battling with this app since last year, this would have been the best bank app ever! I was automatically logged out of my account since last year. I have tried to log back in since then, even till this very moment, but all to no avail. Every time I try to reset my password & passcode, it keeps telling me "something went wrong." How can this be resolved please?

The only problem I have with kuda is that when someone sent you money you cannot see the transaction record it will only reflect on your fund, sometime you will try to generate statement of account and yet you will not see that record, and this problem keep on repeating for a very long time, please try to solve that issues, I like your app very well but that is the problem which I don't like using the app sometimes

I'm disappointed and frustrated that my account was downgraded to tier 2 after updating the app. I have completed all the necessary requirements, including providing my NIN, BVN, and house location, as well as leaving my device location on for an extended period. What else do you want me to do? Please, I would like to understand the reason behind this sudden change and have it rectified promptly.😡🙄. Aside from that, you're good. Thank you

nice money receiving and sending app. I have never had any issue with the app. they don't charge any dime for each transfer unlike physical banks...kuda all the way😇🇳🇬.. That was before but now, app takes time to open, they charge #50 for every incoming transactions above #10k, very frustrating I must say.

It's the best bank ever! It's been all good since I joined without zero error/failure rate. However, I had some transactions that went successful but were not logged in my past transactions list for few individuals. Maybe it happened during poor network time although the beneficiaries confirmed receipt while I still couldn't generate the receipt (of those few) from my end then. Aside that issue last 2 years, all had been good.

Very good and reliable and trustworthy. I'm 101% sure you money is saved, and you got credited immediately. No free transfer, and if you receive more than ₦10,000 they removed ₦50 as charges. There's customers service is really poor, if you mistakenly have problems to fix, you might end up 2 days without getting back to you. It's cool and easy to used for all your needed. I recommend if you can endure all those !

The app has awesome features, however, it could be very annoying using it at time especially in emergencies. Withdrawals form the wallet to the main account often do not reflect early and this has been a challenge that has lingered for so long in the app despite all the frequent updates. Also, I updated the app this evening and for about an hour now, it's not displaying my asset and nither am I able to make transactions. This is totally disheartening.

I used to enjoy using the app as it goes very often, but recently it randomly pops up update and most irritating part, I need to do an emergency transfer I have not been able to open the app since. This is the third time experiencing this, it ounce went down for more than 6 hours. I think a good replacement will makes sense, I don't want to believe this app can improve.

The app was manageable until I updated it this morning, made a transfer and it didn't reflect but sent notifications that the payment was received by kuda, I was downgraded to tier 1, all transactions history gone, account number disappeared and many more.Customer Service through calls has been futile -they didn't pick, the chats agents are the same too - they are not responding. This sucks and I promise, as soon as I get my money, I am closing this account. I advice others not to upgrade.

The app was excellent until the last update which requests proof of residence. It seems the update was programmed by a novice. It assumes that all house numbers must be numeric. So it would not accept something like "3A" or "B5" as a house number. Secondly, it expects all documents for upload to be in jpg format. My documents are saved as pdf files. Very poor update. So I drop the rating to 2 stars. Please don't use a financial app to train programmers. It is too risky to do so.

A very time exhausting app and a disappointment, I've been trying to withdraw from my account for the past one month and it is not going through, I've tried asking for help on the app but they're not giving me answers. I can neither withdraw or receive money on my kuda account and I've had problems because of it. No matter how many times I reinstall the app or update the app I'm still facing this problem, till date I can't still withdraw from my account.

App sucks most times. The app won't log in, and when it does, it's always an issue to show recent transactions, and users have to keep on refreshing the page several times and have to log in and log out most of the time while the issue still remain unresolved. Also, the Ai responding to customers when we need customer service representative is a complete useless process and a waste of time. Customer care line is useless they don't ever pick up! Overall it's a good app, but it can do better.
