I do not trust kucoin as they charge a higher exchange rate than what the exhange rate should be along with overpriced fees. I'll no longer use kucoin for these reasons as I'll waste alot of extra money unnecessarily. And the support system is horrible with no human interaction.... 0/ 5 stars

Very bad experience, to much fees and charges for everything, ridiculous charges for every transaction, also they advertised that they are giving upto 8200 udst to new users but they will actually give 20 usd. And completing all the steps is must. So the last step is to trade worth 16k un spot and 40k in funding, so you guys think that someone who is joining for 20 usd, has enough money to meet your idiotic demands. So here's a thing, if you don't wanna give something away, don't advertise it.

This app is annoying. It looks fraudulent I forgot my trading password and I have been trying to change it, I passed SMS verification but they keep declining my face verification despite my camera is clear and I followed their instructions. I have funds in my wallet 😢, you guys should try to make your app a user friendly. Google should also investigate this app.

My experience with customer support was absolutely terrible so far. I am stuck with a scammer in p2p trading, and after many days of appealing the trade, Kucoin is not doing anything. Instead of sending the money in the accepted method, this scammer forges fake pictures of bank cheques and then marks the payment as done. Then, the seller is stuck with an appeal and the funds that Kucoin holds until a resolution is decided. Customer support is only automated messages. Very frustrating

This app is the most frustrating thing l have ever seen within crypto space, l won't even advise my enemies to use them, Downloaded this useless app today, have been trying to convert my token,but am aren't allowed to select the token l want to convert to, l only have usdt and BTC on the convert space which l have been trying to change but wasn't allowed to, trying reaching out to their support, but couldn't see anyone to chat with, very frustrating people.

The only time I've ever had my money dissappear using a blockchain was when trying to send it to Kucoin. I double checked the address many times before clicking send, and again after it didn't arrive. I can guarentee i did copy and paste the address properly since the tab was still open i can confirm there was no mistakes in the pasting of wallet address. Kucoin "Customer Service" just tells me that address does not exist on their platform. Thats it. Thats all the help I got. I

This app is the best app I have ever make Use of.. I have many crpto currency app.. Which include bybit, remitano, coinbase, okx, etc... But my experience as a merchant at kucoin... Since the delisted NGN p2p... I have tried other apps, but no way.. .i realize that kucoin is the best In the Ngn p2p.. And wish the can active it again... Am already tired of using other apps

A scam. I opened an account. Sent some crypto from another hot wallet (a good one) and I never managed to pass KYC. The automated process didn't work. After 20 tickets, emails, calls i finally had someone answer me that I don't pass KYC. I am French with all tax payer info. I told them fine, send me back my money. No answer or answers saying I can just withdraw it which is not possible because my account is not approved. Right now they still have my money. Many people same case. A scam!

Literally amazing!! This app is great and highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, safety, and a well-designed user experience. This app gets worse with every update. Sometimes it's little things like not being able to see details about charts for more than a fraction of a second. Sometimes it's features you rely on like choosing interest rates for loans. Now it logs me out of my account every time I close the program (and runs me through the tutorial every time I sign in), and doesn't save settings. I am becoming suspicious of whether the numbers it feeds me are real.

The in-app link to officially sign up for the Futures Brawl prize pool does not work; it returns an UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME error. This has been the case for at least the past few months. Other in-app links to external pages work — e.g. "Check announcement" info page, though the link to sign up from the info page returns the same error. Other than this annoying bug I have no major complaints re: the app and indeed have been a fan of the platform for years! Bug is fixed and rating revised to 5stars ;)

Terrible app. Locks me out for 24 hours randomly saying I've changed security settings - which I haven't. When I click on main balance, sometimes there's no option to go anywhere else. Back arrow exits the app so I'm forced to open desktop version from my mobile phone. Just full of rookie issues. So annoying when you're under time constraints and have trades to make.

Really love this app. Definitely a little complicated but works really well and support is very good if you ever need it. As well as being 24/7 which is great. What I would love to see added is a menu tab that shows you all your open orders over main/trading/finance/etc so that they could easily be cancelled without having to remember what all you have in orders and where. And a feature to see amounts of each currency currently in a loan. Would make it easier to know how much of x currency held

Solid exchange. They respond in a fairly timely manner to issues but are very seldom able to solve anything so you are pretty much on your own & just have to wait to see if it resolves. I had an incident resolved by their higher level support that went well but slow. The biggest issues are; 1.) Significant language barrier at times. 2.) They have repeatedly been unusable during critical spikes. 3.) The ability to participate in drops is impossible for non-bots & needs to be fixed.

I find the app difficult to navigate. There are tons of features but I don't know how to use them. There are some tutorials but I didn't find those useful. Buying and selling is a little cumbersome. I don't trade frequently so I have to reteach myself every time. If you have any technical issues or need support expect significant delays or canned responses. I had one experience where they just kept asking me for screen shots. I was trying to convey that doesn't show the issue. They never fixed.

The exchange is good, but their app sucks. I have lost lots of money, because the app decides I need to enter a password most times I go to buy or sell. By the time you do the password opportunities fly by. The security is losing us more money than saving. Text boxes where you enter amount erase with almost any action. To top it off the button to bid 100% is extremely close to the transfer button. So you enter everything then if you get near the transfer button. It erases and you start over.

Not able to complete verification, the app has access to camera and files and when I try to use the camera, it doesn't open it, trying to select a file doesn't work either, changing to another folder with files shows nothing, if I go back to the all media option, all the files are gone and I cannot select or do anything to verify my identity. I already installed it in two phones and nothing seams to work to complete this step.

The new trading screen layout is rather confusing and not as intuitive. The order book chart should be on same page as the order entry screen (buy, sell stop etc) so that one can see / visualize where the majority of the current orders are (on the order book chart) and set order/trade price accordingly. Things are all over the places, could not easily see where the orders placed, balance etc. Please bring back the old layout. Or give an option to choose between new and old layout. Thanks.

Amazing app but it would be great if you guys could add some features for the bots. Please add more configuration options for the bots. For instance, it would be nice to have a stop limit sell option for the bots to exit all positions once it reaches down to an undesirable price. Also, it would be much better to visualize the chart & current orders simultaneously while looking at the bot stats instead of having to constantly switch the screens back and forth

I love this exchange, on desktop! The app however can be a huge chore to use. For all intents and purpose, when it's working it's the best I've used but often it has issues crashing whenever volume gets crazy which doesn't happen on their desktop version, at least not for me. Edit: the crashing issue is little better, but now whenever I try to hold my finger on a particular bar on a chart to view the OHLC for that candle the info box only pops up for a tiny split second! It's SUPER frustrating!
