The new update version is worse than the previous one. It is difficult to use, and show some icon that not useful. I'm really tired to use the app.

แย่มาก หน้าจอมืด app setting ไม่มีให้ปรับ light/dark mode, user interface ใช้ยากมาก, ใช้แล้วโคตรจะเครียดเลย ของเก่าดีอยู่แล้วจะปรับ ver ทำไม user experience แย่มาก Up เป็นเวอร์ล่าสุดก็ยิ่งห่วยมากกว่าเดิม การควบคุมวงเงินควรจะให้พิมพ์เลขได้เลยเหมือนเวอร์ก่อนปรับจากสวรรค์เป็นนรก การลากนิ้วตามเส้นกว่าจะได้ตัวเลขที่อยากจะตั้งต้องเสียเวลามาก เครียดได้มากกับ app นี้

Last update on May 8, 2019 can not be updared on my phone. I have to reinstall this app or it's always remind me everytime to update. It happen again on May 31, 2019. Please check your app before reminding everyone to update it.

Cant update at all it keep repeating to install again. This is the second time that this problem happen. Do im need to uninstall and reinstall every time that u update, it so annoying. pls, fix this bug

Still cant update. Since last update, I've to uninstall then reinstall. My phone is S10+, with or without WIFI, no extra permission asked. Seems like no other option. Other than that, all fine.

very disappointed app. many bugs, too many out of services, less features than expectation and should have. an ancient UI. waiting for improvement.

cannot login at all. it keeps force closing after confirming my email. and restart all the process all over again when trying to open the app. been a month and the dev hasn't fixed it. really bad.

ควรจะออกแบบ interface ให้เรียบง่าย simple but well organized จะดีกว่า เปลี่ยนหน้าเพจบ่อยก็งงกว่าเดิม

New version or Kills version? I can't do anything with the app!! How come you did the improvements to cause a difficulty and more trouble. Cannot use fingerprint for login on last version? BUT IT'S FINE COZ NOW I CANT EVEN GET IT ON! THE APP ARE BROKEN AND CANNOT USE IT AT ALL!!!!

Update error always! I must uninstall every times has update. I think that not use this app look like easy more than uninstall for update it. I have been to report for update error but this problem is not solved. If you want to people still use this app please solve it! (android ver.9 samsung one ui ver.1)

If you have difficulty in setting up the app go to a KTB branch and they will do it for you. Once set up the app works well and links with the KTB Next app. The app developers need to make the instructions clear. In most cases foreigners need to get bank staff to set up the KTB apps. But the app instructions do not tell you this.

The past version is more efficient. Now we can't see notify while credit card use. UI/UX is tooooo mess i don't want to see a bif picture of card. I want to see a list of transaction. Give me a rollback, please

English version of this app is full of error messages. All of them look like "Missing EN.DBD_6 . . ." One can't read the text behind them. Did KTC load the beta version by mistake? This is problematic, unacceptable and annoying. Please advise how I can install the earlier, working version. Thank you.

Application don't have a proper force update feature. It show internet connection error instead. Who develop this? 2021 Now it silently crash the app when it require update instead of any notification. 2024
