The worst app I've ever come across. I've already gone thru all the steps of identification and verification check, even at the atm machine. But when I was going to finish off the loop on the app, I've to go thru all the steps right at the giving consent page! Then, going through the same steps again and again. And now the app said it couldn't find my phone number!!! I've gone through this many times, and still can't get thru. I had enough with this app and going to remove it!

I've had the App for about 2+ years and it has worked perfectly. Then all of a sudden it's been updated and I'm locked out of my app and consequently my account. Having to re- register and be verified again before I can use the app, again. The App now has a "waste the clients time" feature which is disguised as a non-functioning facial recognition identity verification process. It doesn't work. 44/44 failed attempts (10 attempts per day allowed) Even 2 trips to my branch & still can't get fix

One start is too much. Set up is too hard to be done when changing device. What the point of having this if it's hard to use.

REMOVE ADS from this banking app!!! There are unhideable ads on the main screen and ADs that popup when you start, this is horribly bad design! We use these apps to perform banking functions, and we pay for it in fees. Putting ads everywhere only slows the app down, it gets more bloated and slower to load with every update, and makes the user experience worse. Give us the option to permanently remove ads or do us all a favor and make that the default option.

Facial recognition scan is not working. Holding still for 20+ seconds is impossible and at some point I was even able to use a photo(!?) as that was easier to lock down any movements, just fails. It goes green, starts showing all sorts of colors during scanning and then returns, flickers green one more time and asks either for: can't see your mouth or get closer.

I can not transfer each time over 20,000B. I bring my passport to verify but the same information, so can not do anything. Why? What happened? I used to own hundred thousand Baht before, but now I can not. Pls help to solve the problem.

ตลกไหมนะ app แจ้งว่าไม่สามารถทำรายการได้เพราะว่าพบ app ที่เสี่ยงต่อการทำธุรกรรมซึ่งก็คือ app authenticator ซึ่ง app นี้เป็นแอพที่เกี่ยวกับการรักษาความปลอดภัยนะครับ โดยสั้นๆก็คือมันเป็นแอปที่จัดการ 2 factor authentication เดฟอธิบายด้วยครับ

Updateแล้ว ช่วยย้าย folder เก็บสลิปไปไว้ที่เดิม (Krungthai Next) ด้วยครับ เวอร์ชั่นปัจจุบันเก็บไว้ใน folder pictures มั่วซั่วมาก

It s ok for me. But you have to be careful. If you have scammers in your phone same as me. Because scammers can see your bank code when you put it. And Bank didn't know about this. I think the step of verification again. After you changed your mobile or phone number or delete your account. Then you have to snap new pic and new step again that s good for security.

After new update. I canno use the apps. I changing my phone and try to register NEXT to my new phone. But always unsuccessful. Other bank apps no problem. Update: You must go to the krungthai bank if change the apps to new phone. Maybe for safety. But it wasting your time.

Annoying ads around the app, from non-closeable popups to unavoidable notifications. If I'm not a civil servant or working with public sectors, I don't want to even open your app at all. You have a superapp like Paotang to serve the government policies well but why do you neglect and ignore to design your own app well?

1. Annoying pop-up ads that cannot be disabled even though I checked the box below the ads. 2. Unable to log in with the fingerprint even though I allowed it in the settings. The app always asks for the password. 3. The fund portfolio is not updated within the day. SCB Easay does update fund portfolio for that day at 9 pm every day.

The app was working fine until 4 May when it said update and after the update the app will not open and freeze on the opening screen. I wish this bank would employ better IT experts as now I cannot open the app and will have to spend another hour in branch where no one speaks English and it causes distress. Thanks

Useless when outside Thailand. The previous version allows using mobile number OTP for registration, the updated version insists on turning off wifi, then doing some unspecified verification, which fails every single time. During this pandemic I can't visit Thailand, so I have lost access to my account. Updated Oct 2023. The app is still an anti-user piece of garbage. The ID scan doesn't work for passport and the face scan doesn't work at all. This is a government owned bank, that's expected.
