The app is constantly crashing. I can't even open it without it shutting down anymore. Whenever I try to use my number at checkout, I don't get points for my purchase, I have to go in a manually add the receipt and more than half the time that doesn't work. It wants me to scan a barcode on the receipt, but there isn't a barcode on my receipt. It then tells me to call customer service, but I've never been able to talk to anyone to get the issue resolved. If it actually worked I'd give it 5 stars.

The app is fine, when it's working. Lately the app has been giving me "the endpoint has timed out" and "basket could not be created" errors which I have no idea what the problem could be. I'm also having an issue that the krispy kreme app couldn't be opened due to a bug. I cleared the cache and the app still wouldn't open. I'm....more than a little confused.

Store couldn't scan app during visit; told to do as a missed transaction. Had problem submitting missed transaction, contacted help. AI response telling me to use app to submit missed transaction! Birthday reward wouldn't scan at store. Message erases when you go to take picture of receipt, so you have to type it all again. "Upload supporting document" doesn't work. How many ways can an app go wrong? No point in having the app if it doesn't do anything it's supposed to. Give 0 stars if I could.

I don't know if the app is working for some and not others, but it has been down for almost a month for me. When I first downloaded it about a year ago, it was working perfectly with the exception of the doughnut list, never being accurate. My issues are the same as others have reported, and I have gone through all of the suggested "fix-its" as well. I can't log in to their website either due to a bad gateway. It would be nice to at least get some information from the developers.

Constant issues for over a year now with log in with Facebook. Says can't log in with Facebook "feature unavailable". When I attempt to log in regularly with my same Facebook log in, it says "oops" or doesn't recognize the account. I have had to contact customer service previously and am not again. Will update rating once the problem is resolved.

After updating the app, I was logged out of the app. When I tried signing back in, the app did not recognize my log in info. I had to make a new account, thus losing 2/12 progress toward a free dozen. I have since purchased 3 dozen doughnuts that do NOT show up in my progress. I still have 0/12 for all items. I'm frustrated because I lost all progress before the update and I still have not gotten credit for the donuts I have recently bought. Please help!

It's. A. Disaster. Don't ignore the 1-star reviews; you can't rate any lower! Rewards don't load to the app correctly. I had a question/issue and the "Need Help" link guides you to their phone number. Initial message was it was about a 4-minute wait. After being on hold for 13 minutes it's then a 10 minute wait. Waited unsuccessfully for 16 minutes then opted to receive an SMS message which would arrive soon. That was over 7 hours ago! I'm forfeiting my rewards and now will buy other brands.

Won't let me log in, so I tried ordering as a guest. Click to my location and went to the order to see that it will not load the doughnuts menu page... This is one of the worst UI layouts and app that I have ever seen. I am unable to log in, order, and see any of your products. Pull this app from the store and get to work on a fix because this is bleeding bad.

Great idea - if only it worked. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, but all I get is an error message that tells me to try back later. If you want doughnuts while you are still alive, don't try to order using the app. Go to the store - it will be faster and hopefully less frustrating. Not sure how I'm supposed to redeem my accumulated rewards when it won't let me see them. The app needs a ton of work.

The app will not let me log in. It will not allow me to reset the password it tells me to log in with Facebook and when I try it says that the app is down it has been that way for at least a few weeks now. I've tried going through the website same issue says to log in with Facebook and it then gives the same error. I've tried deleting and uploading the app multiple times and still doesn't fix the issue.

Requires phone number but if something is wrong with your order they won't call, just wait for you to show up. My order couldn't be filled because they ran out of the premium doughnuts I ordered and I got some cheap ones as substitutes with no reduction in price. The app alone would probably get 3-4 stars on its own, but with poor support and no notification order is ready (only used it once and order couldn't be filled so maybe it does have the feature?) I think 1-2stars is fair.

Updates occur too often and will not let you proceed until downloading the most recent update. Very inconvenient when you're in the drive thru trying to order and you can't pull up rewards or anything. Especially when you don't have signal and it won't even begin downloading. It should alert you of a new update but allow you to download later and proceed.

I really like the app. It worked fine when I first had it, but now the app keeps crashing every time I open it. I have restarted my phone, I've cleared the cache, I've uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it. It's also not my phone because one of my coworkers tried using her app today and it didn't work. It is the only app on my phone I have this issue with. Will turn into a 5 start review once issue is fixed.

The application is very intuitive and easy to use. However, I need to be able to select a tip level that is appropriate for delivery services. The highest level of a tip value I can choose does not cover what the driver has to spend on getting deliveries done. I agree with having a minimum tip value, bit please don't limit the upper boundary of tip value selection. Maybe have a numerical entry field that is validated against a minimum tip value.

Good try... Good try. But you left out the most basic features: no way to send feedback in the app and no transaction history. I buy 3-4 dozen at a time for the office but my last 3 dozen didn't count for rewards and there is no way to me to look at the history. When I saw it was missing, I figured I would send that as feedback but there was no way to provide the feedback. You don't get a positive review reward not $ this time around. Maybe KK3.0 app will fix things.

It doesn't give you options to view products available unless you start an order. If you put an order in through the app, you cannot go back, in the app I mean, and see your order or keep track of its progress. It's difficult to navigate and not at all user friendly. It DOES NOT have "a ton of delightful surprises". It DOES, however, have a ton of frustrations.

The app only allows you to mark one location as your favorite instead of being able mark as many locations as you may visit. The "hot light" feature is nice as it let's you know when hot doughnuts are being made. However, I turned off the notification, but the app continues to notify. I had to sign out of my account so that I didn't have to uninstall the app. It looks visually pleasing though.

The app works fine in theory but the menu options for ordering are consistently not available, the menu is always missing at least 50% of what they offer. When you go to the website and click on participating stores, the store I go to is on the list, but the items are never on the menu. And if I change my store to another, that stores shows items that my store doesn't but still isn't all of the items. Super frustrating.

Before the app was updated & maybe the 1st month with the updates, I never had any issues. After that, it sucked! I can't use the fingerprint to sign in, it just keeps swirling around. If I sign in without the fingerprint, all it shows is the menu. It keeps saying, "Uh oh! There could be a dozen reasons why we can't connect to our servers. Please try again later." when I select anything else on the app. It's been saying that since 2018 & I have uninstalled & installed multiple times. I'm over it!

Created account a week ago, wouldn't work to add points upon purchase. Tell me to take the receipt, add points a few hours after purchase. I try to log in to add points, says, address already in use. Duh! For me, that's why I'm trying to use it to log in! I tried: close out-reopen, uninstall-reinstall, power off phone-power back on, every variation of the steps. Can't log back in. Next day, logged in. Error in adding points, try again later. If problem persist contact customer service-by mail.
