The new update is unsafe. Whenever I close out of the app, it stays open in the background and doesn't require a new login. It opens the app unlocked. We now have to completely close the app from the background in order for it to require the login Thanks for your response. You are in correct. I have password enabled and it doesn't require the password unless the app is closed 100% and not still in the background

Great app. Customer support is the best ive ever encountered. BUT. The community has been asking for avey a simple feature for years now: a way to see daily profit / loss. It's as basic, simple, cheap to implement and straightforward as it can possibly get, and it's not here. Yeah I can calculate it myself but what kind of answer is that?? I'd be embarrassed if I were the support team and I'd have to suggest a solution like this.

In response to your reply, it's still not appropriate to throw out someone's money. The money wasn't actually thrown out, you guys kept it... you just didn't deposit it into my account. Original Review- App thinks it's appropriate to throw away a person's deposit if it's "not enough"... since when was $5 not enough money to deposit? I've deposited this amount in numerous other wallets. Kraken thought it was cool to throw out my whole deposit. Money down the drain.

I won't go deep but this is the worst app I come across as all the features are not responding. It keeps on connecting till one gets tired and logout. I try to reach out customer care but still same issue with the pop up note to try again. Stay away for your own good.

Can't give it higher then one star been I can't verify I'd something wrong with the app when it scans back off photo it won't scan the back of any of my IDs and been trying for 2 days and all the other apps scan the back of my card easy or just let me upload an image from phone but with out a resolution into the way my I'd is uploaded i won't be able make any further speculations or assumptions.

Kraken is a great exchange, and the app is fantastic. It's well designed with a strong focus on security. The app is five stars as far as looks and functionality. However, the fees are getting a little high in my opinion, the app could use some more currencies, and while customer support is nice, it can take hours to reach them through chat.

Horrible experience! They are trying to migrate to a different bank or so and keep pushing me to reverify myself, the verification process doesn't work, it is all painful and time consuming. I decided I will just sell everything and close the account, but i cannot unstake my coins!!! It says staking is available in Pro version only. Amazing so i need to pay a fee to close my stakes and to sell my coins and peobably to close my account!! It's a scam

Seems like a very clean and simple, haven't had any issues as of now. I however wish that staking was enabled on the app (maybe it is and I'm just missing it) as it's rather annoying to have to use the web version for that single reason. I also wish that the pro account and the regular account was connected for seamless transfers between as they do over on Coinbase (maybe it is already and I'm just doing something wrong)

Runs slow on my phone which although not the best phone it is new. Running no other apps with 3gb of ram I can't see why it's like this. Actions are on a delay and buying is even slower. 1 transaction hung and did nothing for about 10 minutes of loading wheels. The next one sent me straight back to the coin I was viewing without confirmation. I do it again and same thing. I get no balance...15+ minutes later both worked. Annoying. Maybe an update will help? Maybe its my network?

Completely awful experience. It's been 8 days since I signed up for their platform, I'm unable to deposit money to my account, both their mobile app and browser app is broken (Chrome and Edge), every time I contact their support I'm told I need to upload a new picture of my ID, I've already submitted two and both times I was told it worked fine and my account was verified. Incredibly frustrating, moving to a different platform.

A friend recommended me this site for staking. It's great. Now just like every other exchange, at first if you don't know how to use it, you will commit error. For example I sent over some ATOM, under the deposit limit. It said it was a success but I lost it due to being under the limit. Just make sure you read the small print lol. But besides that it's a great way to make passive money. As well as the websites Trading Tools are really cool. "Man the Battle Stations"

Too many hoops to get verified for higher limits. Tried to upload a copy of my license 20 times last night. Failed each time. It's not rocket science. Never had issues on other sites. Withdrawals are even worse. Having to type in info they already have when you made your deposit. Waste of time when much better and easier apps out there. Now I wait and see if they actual complete the withdrawal. If it goes smoothly. I'll change my rating higher.

ACH deposit worked one time and then every time after, it would come up with an error and the only way to deposit put my funds on hold for 3 days. Now on top of that, my card was charged again today for a charge that was already made and processed last week. Deleted account and uninstalled. There's better options where the ACH actually works. Tech support sucks for the app as well. I was told to link a new bank account when complaining about the ACH suddenly not working. No thanks. See ya.

UPDATE: Trying nearly a year later and the app seems to work again! - OLD REVIEW: It worked until it didn't. I was able to do a few transactions and it went really smoothly and seemed simple to use. Then the app started producing an error which read, "use a different amount or contact support". I contacted support and they said my account wasn't verified which is incorrect because I have made several transactions even today. Then they said use the website which worked.

SUCKS !!! You still owe me money that you lost for me. I tested your app deposited like $50 went to use it it was unavailable for three days. Then one morning it was just gone. You guys couldn't/wouldn't explain it or figure it out, just blew me off with numerous confusing emails. Bad business. Better apps out there then you guys that is for sure.....

AWEFUL! RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK Deserves zero star. Probably the worst app I've ever used, and certainly the worst I've ever used for any form of financial dealings. I got verified, bought crypto but unable to withdraw after the 1 wk freeze. Customer service is almost USELESS, said I would receive an email with instructions and the next thing is an email stating my account will need to be closed for security reasons, and they couldn't tell me why. So run, and if you look back, it's on you.

I recently opened an account,got verified, proof of identification, made deposits,transfers, and then after transactions. After a few days, i went to check and notified that the account was closed with no explanation. It's a waste of time, and I submitted the required IDs. It's very upsetting and frustrating. Customer support isn't helpful, and I still sent an email with no reply. Then, I tried logging in again, and the account closed! It's a very upsetting experience & rate it 👎 N0 stars.
