Instead of exploring new application. It would better to keep updating your existing application and make it better for users. I am not able to place GTC order in Kotak Neo. The home page is very congested with many things. People use your application for trading not for your referral, your unwanted services (which is not upto the mark) so please make sure that's this things are secondary. So make them little bit smaller. Don't always advertise and highlighted your new invention on home pages

Again I m not happy with Kotak neo app as it is charging 20 rs for every intraday trade while it was said that the terms and condition remains same as earlier in Kotak securities app before switching into neo. 2nd issue is app sell button / tap is very small ,width to be increased as during selling or buying some times it not slides or hanged or proper contact not happening with the tap while doing transactions in hurry. Neo app charts are in landscape mode need to open in portrait mode. Thanks

After last update the app is giving lot of problems. After executing any call for option index, the screen is going blank. Again we have to exit and start the app. Raised this issue but it seems no body technical available with Kotak to understand and solve this issue. I have reinstalled this app many times and also changed my handset to two different handsets, but the issue is same. If any body faces this issue, please tell. Kotak is sitting silently after raising my complaint. Waiting for help

Just don't want to open my mouth. They forcefully make us switch to this rubbish Neo stating old app will be discontinued. In Neo, they stop many of the basic features which were already there in old app. No GTC order, no statements, no P&L reports. You can't access any report literally even if it's yesterday's transaction statement. Their customer support says send screenshot on WhatsApp API, which bc always shows technical error. Will be just closing this account soon after moving holdings.

"Earlier, the app worked very well, but after the updates, trade execution has become slow, making it difficult to book profits. It should be quick. If we can't book our profits, using the app is pointless. I suggest improving mobile responsiveness and ensuring trade execution happens at the same price without delay."

This app ui is good but in option chain only shows OI not show change in OI and in option chain strike price and OTM AND ITM strike price not Change as per changes required, I think this is a major issue and also some times in chart some indicators not working properly, when we restart the app then it shows properly. It's my request to work on this and give update after necessary changes.

This bug is not solved yet. During trading if we open app after some time it doesn't open so everytime this happens I need to clear data and login again. This is such a bad bug in this app due to which I've lost my trades many times as not able to open the app. Also stop loss trailing is not available in this app which is good feature in old app.

It is a very inadequate app. Graph views are poor ,not user friendly, very bad app and to access your Profit & loss report is very uneasy .. I believe the old app kotak securities treader app was very good , user friendly and graphs visible through mobile also very good .. Kotak securities team should continue old app or may be give an option to use that app to their client future onwards. The old app should not be eliminate from 31 may 2024 ..

Kotak says zero brokerage charges but loots a lot from the misc charges. In just using a month this app, i have paid almost 17k + as charges in which misc charges are 10k+ Also observed when you are selling an option at market price, it take the previous rate instead of actual market rate. e.g market rate was 0.6 but the prev rate was 0.55, when tried to sell the option, it got sold at 0.55 even though market rate was at 0.6. This happened mutliple times with different options trades.

One of the worst app I have ever used. I was also stuck of their free brokerage services. But after a few days. There is app was not working properly. I had faced a problem many times where I wasn't able to sell my intra day position and lost my money many times. This is just a one case. I have another case happened with me. Which is too long to discuss here. So worst app seriously. You can better switch to another apps available on play store.

For almost 2 months, the bug isn't fixed and my app keeps on getting stopped and closed. I have tried installing and installing multiple times but nothing changed. I had to switch to browser driven entry. Could someone from team please come back

Very very very slow app!!the only reason it is in the market is its low brokerage. You have to wait every single time,if you are watching option chain and want to see the chart the chart section will be blank you have to exit and retry to watch the chart and if you want to add stocks or something in your watchlist it loads n loads n loads..Please it's very important for the app to be fast

I am using kotak neo app since last week. I found is very slow. is hang many at time of order execution. app sell and buy button /tap is very small (it should be like zerodha kite), width to be increased as during selling or buying, some times it not slide or hanged or proper contact not happen with the tap while doing transactions in hurry. charts are open in landscape mode need to open in portrait mode. every time we have to tap on refresh button for check margin required. Kindly improve app.

Zero brokerage, thats it. Apart from that nothing special or innovative. Slow response, glitches with the chart, not so user friendly. I'm writing my second review along with the first one. The reports like P&L statement, Ledger statement are very difficult to access. You can't do the analysis or evaluate your trading progress. Its very slow. I'm writing this review after 3 months of Options trading.

The app interface is nice BUT IT WORKS SLOW, may it be order placing or modifying it, displaying option chain or view script details. It takes a while to do it....NOT FOR FAST TRADING.. ESPECIALLY FOR SCALPING. Kotak team should work on it.

Totally Waste app. sometimes it is not working when you already taken a trade. I had already lost total 50k in this type of situation. when you call customer care service they just said this will not happen. It also take too much time when you call customer service. and they just play like wait we will forward to our senior person. and I also uninstall this app and I will tell all my friends to uninstalled this application. Totally Waste app. i request all my friend to uninstall it.

The app needs improvements, especially in the dashboard design. The old app provided a combined view of equities and mutual funds with a helpful pie chart, showing the total invested amount and overall profit. In the new app, equities and mutual funds are separated, requiring extra navigation to view both. This separation is inconvenient. Integrating a unified view and bringing back the pie chart would greatly enhance the user experience. I hope these changes are considered.

"Our experience using the application was very bad. When we place an order in the Futures and Options (F&O) market, we first enter the order, then set the stop-loss (SL), and finally input the target price. The user experience in the application is poor because we have to click the button three times. Sometimes, the application stops suddenly, and it's unclear why. Additionally, the graphs do not properly display indicator" In groww app in just one click you place the SL and Targets same time

As I have started using this app since last week, found very rough and complicated to use for options traders. there is no any short connection between watchlist, orders chart and positions. you have to tap more and more to reach any page and in between the order goes missed. please take a look on other broker apps amd make it simple to use. Give watch list on home page with B/S button. Tapping on any instrument on watchlist it should open technical chart directly, not thru extra popup page.

I'm an option scalping trader so I continue to see charts and require every minute update. The problem with Kotak neo is when I switch from one display to another, the chart is gone, and I suddenly see the white display (please find the attached images after and before for your better understanding). then I want to go home page then again need to open the chart. Because of this situation, there are 2 minutes every time. and if I count for the whole day the total loss is almost 30 minutes.
