The virtual key board u give in this app is doesn't work properly. With this virtual key board we can only enter single digit or it accept only single digit can't enter multiple digits then how can we do payments and other things?? Pls resolve this issue ASAP.

What happened to Kotak mobile banking app, in last 2-3 months, It it getting down again and again. Just stuck on the logo page(initial page). It is not working since yesterday. Please do needful and save your app position (star) , otherwise it will keep going down.

Now it crashes a lot, shows "Invalid Session" after opening app. Unable to login. Update after 6 months : Its still the same. Seems their technical team is on sleep. Can't tolerate anymore, switching to IDFC.

Again facing same problem.. After the latest update not able to put pin as 1 no showing up. It's a serious malfunction with the app. Requesting to do something asap Kotak Team. It has happened 4th time now. Please Kotak Team sought out this glitch. Can't put no Shows single digit only

EDIT: This app is disappointing. It’s full of bugs and glitches, raising serious concerns about reliability. Developers rely on users to report issues instead of proper quality assurance, which is unacceptable for a financial app where security and dependability are crucial. Customer support gives technically accurate but impractical solutions. Due to its unreliability and lack of trust, I won’t recommend it and will hesitate to use it again until these issues are fixed.

Good. But new update give a keypad to enter amount. And it keeps changing number only in one place. Like, if you try 100, it will change 1 to 0. The above was updated to the team via mail on July 15th. The issue is still not resolved.

App is not working since Saturday evening till now Sunday Evening. Not able to login. Getting the message "We are facing some technical issue please after some time". Very strange, no one to look after the issues happening in the app. It's been more than 24 hrs. Is this really a banking app??? I have not seen any banking app not working for more than 24 hrs !!!

Version 5.5.8 The application stopped opening itself. Very critical issue I would Suggest everyone not to upgrade to this version. The main screen would just load and it will then throw an error there was some technical problem please try again later I am unable to make important payments

Things have gone back to worse. Not even transfers are possible now. This was my old problem which is Only good for transfer money. Services nil. No statements generated since more than a year. No credit card statements no saving ac statememts can be requested by this app any more and RMS are useless most of the time they do not pick calls and even if they do you have to remind them again and again.. Shifted my banking to icici partly for the same.

If I can get to give zero rating that would be perfect for this app. I've paid the emi and still it's not showing paid in the app and I'm getting constant msgs and call to pay the emi It's really frustrating. And when u make call to all the given contacts it's never get connected to support team. How I tell them that I've already paid the emi .

If I have the option to give you zero star I'll provide that first. What a pathetic service from your app. I described and send email more than 10 times but no use. None of them contact back as well. Getting frustrated with this. I'm not able to make any transaction using your app. I un-installed and installed again, now I'm not able to login. I'm going to move with legel.

It's been a month I can't access the credit feature on this app , whenever I tap credit card overview or credit card summary it doesn't show anything it says that we are working on this feature and will launch soon .but it's been month I'm facing this problem,how I am supposed to use/see my credit card details balance and whatsoever. Heavily disappointed with this scenario.

Not able to check statements or any other transactions because the new virtual keyboard provided by application doesn't allow to enter the MPIN and any type of amount properly. Shows and changes only one digit on every number selection. Not sure where to report this bug. It is there since last update, thought it will get fixed if one reports. Realized that there is no portal to report the app issues. Could you please fix this bug ASAP.

From last 1 week I am not able to access my account thru this app, it continues showing update your application and processing screen but after processing bank application not opening and showing same messages i.e. update application. but it doesn't work further. I have tried connected thru Wi-Fi and also mobile data network app is not working ...

The app has become unusable recently. In money transfer screen, amount becomes 0, in upi payment screen the password field takes only one char, thus you can't proceed. Initially I thought a temporary issue but after several weeks, it's still the same. What a bunch of useless developers and testers! And don't ask me to put screenshot of these, you can check it yourself.

❌ Can't open the app for one week -- Error message: We are facing some technical issues. The loading issue has started again, and the solution is not working. [Solution: Clear the Kotak App Cache and then Data. It will ask you to set it up again, after a few steps it's WORKING]. ➡️ Working when the Mobile network is connected, not working with Wi-Fi. ❗️Very inconstant app. Remove the developer company and hire a new one. 🙏

This app was working fine until last second update. Now I have to face issues regarding opening of credit card menu and it stuck when I choose upgrade card option even just for checking. Again after going back, loading screen continues and have to click back button twice. And then when I choose credit card option on home screen, it just stuck with shadow alignment and never opens until I restart it.

I really appreciate the app. I really do. But there are bugs. One big bug is I get notifications to increase my credit card limit, but when I try to apply all I see is Java exceptions for session expiry. And when I go to check again it says I have already applied but it isn't and promps the increase limit notification again after a few days. It's frustrating.

Amazing banking experience. I'm a customer of almost all the leading Banks of the country and I can proudly say that Kotak's App experience is the best. In the years of being their customer, I don't remember visiting the branch in the last three years. Making deposits, breaking deposits, getting statements literally on the touch of a button is what modern banking should be all about. Their deposit interest rates are low though! But the banking experience is unmatched! Kudos to the Kotak811team!

Once again the application crashes everytime I open the app. It was working in between but again stopped. Now it is a disaster. I was very dependent on the app. I request IT department to look into this and get it fixed asap. It is very frustrating. Clearing cache, restarting phone and app still crashes. Please fix this ASAP. I have changed my rating back to 1.
