Buying reviews won't fix the inherent issues. Don't go with the paid reviews! this app sucks. I can't even get my number verified at the first place. A bank like Kotak not being able to even do the basics right is a huge red flag. Stay away if you're not stuck with them.

Worst user experience; technical glitches that refuse to go away. Doesn't detect existing FDs. This app says my account balance is zero while there was balance and repeats the same thing even after funding it twice!! This should be marked as beta app. Not worthy of public release. Such a disservice.

new version of the app is slower then old one that was very faster and easy to access, easy to use . new one is slower and all features are not that much accessible for example all loans , all account activities, all service could be seen on front / home page of the old app

I received a message from Kotak Bank promoting the Kotak811 UPI app, promising a ₹250 Amazon coupon after doing transactions through the app. I downloaded the app, completed several transactions as instructed, but I have not received any coupon. This feels misleading and like a fake offer.

The service and App details are fabulous. It is easy to use no lagging or freezing. When the server is down you get a email about it. Just one things the transaction details should be a bit more elaborate in the view column. Rest the bank should develop it's atm sector which lags very behind in terms of others.

Its slow when it comes to payment getaway transactions. I get the app's accept/decline option too late after initiating a transaction/ payment request from another app. Also, I can't check inside the app if there's any payment requests received from any app/ site as there's no such option/section! & The notification button doesn't show those.

app interface is good. But till what, until it gets open right!. Neither fingerprint nor mpin is working it takes almost 5 minutes to open the app and some time it never opens, facing terrible experience please do something. your previous banking app is soo smoothly functioning but not this one.

Kotak 811 is a digital banking app with a user-friendly interface and easy account management. The major drawback is its lack of proper notifications and SMS alerts for bank charges. While the app sends alerts for most transactions, it fails to notify users when bank charges are deducted. This includes charges like non-maintenance fees, debit card fees, and other hidden deductions. Users only realize these charges after checking their statements manually, which can be frustrating. 👎👎👎

I think overall the app is great and definitely better than its previous iteration. But I think a lot of work still needs to be done on its user experience as the app feels quite stuttery at times and not smooth and polished. So it would be better if this issue could be fixed along with adding all the major features from the old Kotak Mobile Banking app.

I was able to connect with the below mentioned email id and my issue was resolved. The team was proactive in addressing the issue. Kudos to the team. -------- I'm not able to make a UPI transaction of 10k to my zerodha wallet. Every time it says you have exceeded the daily limit when this is my first transaction of the day. I feel the previous kotak app was better. So many bugs. It only causes a lot of inconvenience rather than comfort.

I tried to open an account, after success of Adhaar Authentication it is not going anywhere and on the app it shows account could not be created. Tried to call on the given phone number, but not able to speak with support person. Very unprofessional and bad experience I had...

The app seems great and easy to use but one useful feature is missing for that we have to use old version of the app i.e Cardless Cash withdrawal option it is very useful feature for whose who don't carry card along with them.This was my small suggestion.Looking forward when we will see this feature in new app.Thank you!!!

So ridiculous! Very bad experience with kotak. Unable to complete the profile . Every time I click to complete the profile it sends massage and give success massage and does not make any changes, it stuck at 80℅ hence unable to make any upi payment. No customer service. Not even service to talk customer care. kindly resolve the issue or guide to close the account

I have been using kotak bank mobile app for long and found it has extensive features. But to my surprise, I found the new kotak 811 app doesnt have all those features, especially I find the fast tag recharge and transactions option missing. even though the user experience is way improved, I really miss the old app for the extensive features it was loaded with.

Kotak 811 new app doesn’t support logging in with multiple CRNs, which is a big drawback for users with more than one account. It also keeps asking me to use the old app version, which makes no sense. If multiple CRNs aren’t supported, at least provide a separate app or better switching options. Very disappointed, Poor User Experience – Needs Improvement.

The Kotak 811 app is quite user-friendly and makes digital banking easy with features like instant account opening, easy fund transfers, and quick access to account details. One of the best parts is the cashback offers—getting rewards every 2 transactions is a nice incentive for regular use. However, the app does have occasional performance issues. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to open, which can be inconvenient if you're in a hurry. Hopefully, future updates will improve the speed .

The app is good overall, but it’s missing a very important feature — mobile/data recharge. It would be great if you could add this option in future updates. Many users rely on UPI apps for recharges, so this feature is really needed.

The app UI is clean, however it's taking 212 MB phone storage compared to the older version taking only 136 MB. Scroll doesn't seem to be working on profile page and deposits tabs. For the users that don't want a physical debit card, it's annoying and absurd to have their profile status stuck at 85% at the top bar all across the app. The performance is better on my older phone running on Android 9, which is something I appreciate. Hope, it gets even better and bugs fixed with the future updates.

ui is good and smooth but it won't make any difference I can't even get through the main page , everytime I insert mpin it loads and ultimately gives request expired and it happens all the time for days I am trying to open it but it says request expired and server facing issue if I try more than 3 time and all the time it says request expired , so I have to use the old kotak banking app to do some transaction. also I got the alter that I did max transaction for the day after just 2 transaction
