Fine, but lacks variety and good price. Didn't have any of my favorites and the ones it did have, the prices was the same if not more than on Amazon and other sites.

My first experience with Korean Skincare was great, First let's talk about their product packaging, Packing was so good and Beautifull, I have shopped at many skincare brands before but my experience here was so good,A long time I was looking for an essence that was not available for shipping in our destination. What was not possible elsewhere was possible here. Today I am very happy and the secret of my happiness is only Korean Skincare. Thank you so much for making my day so beautiful. 😍❤️✨

Very expensive things and I think I could just buy them from primark and it would be cheaper. I like the options but for me personally, you should only buy this for a special occasion not for daily use. I did enjoy looking through though.

I just can't get iDeal payments to work with my ING mobile app on my Samsung phone. Clicking the button to pay via app does nothing. No use filling my cart when I can't complete the checkout. Ordering through the website in my mobile browser works fine, just not this app.

I have been searching for a Korean skincare site for a while now and I am so glad that I found this site which offers a wide variety of products which are mostly for all skin types. Had my orders and didn't experience any issues or delays and the products are amazing.

It would be much better if the app includes my country's option that is India, to their address site, because only the European countries are showing, none of the Asian Countries are showing, so please fix this bug An Earnest Request.

Pretty useless! The whole point of an app is to save you time and make things easier not more difficult! This app failed on both counts! What's the point of an app that can't perform basic things the good old web browser easily can? Like touching the brand name, on a product's page, should show you all the products of that brand! What I'm supposed to do? Type the brand's name in the search box? Because, of course, there isn't a "Brands" in the menu list! Really guys?

Great app to find and check reviews. Really like to buy from them and I get deliveries really fast and with free samples to try before your next purchase. There are a lot of options and for someone who doesn't know exactly what to get it can be a bit overwhelming. A option for skin concern with recommendations would be useful

Love buying in this store but not in the app. Shopping cart is confusing, I'm adding the products there and then they're not there. Takes time to update the shopping cart also.

Love the store!! Been shopping here for a year, about once a month and love them! So maybe different and viral options, great quality. I especially love how they package each box like a present with loads of samples and different presents depending on the amount you spend. Also very fast service and helpful and kind customer service. I recommend it to all my friends! The app could use a few bug fixes, but other than that 5 stars.

VERY GOOD K BEAUTY APP! I discovered this app completely by chance and I am very happy with it. I just received my first order and I am very happily surprised. The delivery was very fast (I ordered two days ago),I got so many little samples and I love the stickers that come with it! I even considered giving it 5 stars, but there are still some improvements that need to be done. It would be nicer if you could filter your search and sometimes i encounter some bugs where i need to restart the app.

Very bad app, I keep trying to add items that are said to be in stock in my cart and it keeps telling me that they are sold out as soon as I click on to buy. If it is sold out then why it says that its in stock and are all the items out of stock then? Because so far whatever I try to add has this issue.

Great App, but Missing South Africa Address Option I absolutely love the variety of Korean skincare products available! The app is user-friendly, and the product reviews are super helpful.
