I'm using this app since 5months 1week ago i change my phone new phone version is 14 old phone version 12 Now it's not opening in this phone then i try in another one phone there not opening So fixed it soon because this update not working properly

Horrible app. The security system is absolutely atrocious. The otp system doesn't work at all!!! Doesn't even let the owner log in!! Fire your developers.

Very bad. It doesn't support reverse raast transition. I lost my money. And also they don't provide debit card. Do not use it. Thank you

Literally the worst app. Tried logging in few but every time it's says your account will remain 2 hours inactive and after two hours the situation is still the same. Kindly fix this issue

App needs a lot more improvements. After changing my mobile device, it is a week now that I am not able to log in. This terrible app can not fetch the sms, nor I can enter manually. Loged a complaint to customer care, but there was no response.

In my new phone, the application is not fetching otp. I deslisted on the konnect application from the previous phone. Allowed all permissions in settings but failed results. Otp is not fetching🥸.

Unable to open the app since last 1.5 months, after an update. Previously, it was working fine from last one year. Please resolve it. Contacted helpline, customer services and Facebook messenger of the app and that was even more attractive. App developers are nothing but absolute failures and unable to provide solution from last few months

I recently reset my phone. After reset my phone I open this app I see a notification '' please update this app from ply store'' I update this then again show same dialogue I uninstall this app nd then again install then again show the dialogue''please update this app from play store'' if any one solve this problem please help me. And also give me instructions what I am doing to solve this issue

I am unable to use Konnect. I have installed the app at least 4 times but same issue. When i open app the app doesn't proceed and remains stuck on first intertace written Konnect on it. I even wait for 15 minutes but still stuck on that page. Please tell me what is this problem i am facing this issue from previous one month but now i can't bear more of this. Tell me what to do ?

Overall it is good but I want to say that while adding beneficiary, entering phone number should not be compulsory rather it should be optional. Sometimes we do not have the mobile number associated with the bank account to which we want to transfer money. It doesn't let us add beneficiary without entering the mobile number associated with the account. It often cause inconvenience and is a significant barrier in seamless transactions. Regards

Worst experience with this app. I tried multiple times to log into my account but everytime it freezes and says you won't be able to log in for 2 hours. After 2 hours same issue occurs. I am frustrated trying to just log into the account. Even the customer care service is not providing any solution. I have complaint them multiple times in the last 10 days and they have not resolved the issue and are not helpful. This is the worst experience with customer care service.

I've had the worst experience with this app for the past two months. I couldn't complete any transactions because every time I entered my transaction password, the app logged me out. I uninstalled it and am now trying to register my mobile device after enabling my location. Although I receive the OTP each time, a message keeps popping up saying, "Please turn on your location."

Before updating the app, it was working fine. It's been a week since I updated the app and the app is not working. I am unable to open the app. Whenever I click to open the app the mobile hangs nothing works. Very bad, humble request to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have also called the helpline, they are not receiving calls. That's why it deserves 1 star, otherwise it was good.

I recently tried to use the Konnect app but had many problems that made it almost impossible to use. Every time I open the app, my phone freezes and stops working.
