I don't know what is wrong with this app every time I try to fix the fast timing it end in 14 only what type of glitch is this such a headache very disappoint

I installed it. But it was a total mess. All time there were premium plans popping up not getting back swiftly option available in case you do not want to pay and get back to the main page. There is no interesting feature in this app except giving reminders to start and end the fast. No meal plans, no additional notes, nothing about how you are feeling for the day, what's your snacking, craving, like everything needs to be charted down for tracking your improved health.

Please, how do I get a refund as I had to cancel my subscription immediately after I joined. Most apps bill you per month or first introduce a trial version. You guys billed me for the whole year, not minding if I may actually be enjoying the app features and intended to remain. I would like a refund, please

Worst app.. after using this i found its not useful at all.. so i cancelled my subscription, however they deducted the next month payment even after my cancellation. Kindly look into this matter @google. This is cheating and fraud.

Terrible design mapping. Not a user friendly app even for the full version. You can't choose a fasting period more than 36 hours. Why? You can't stop a fasting counter if you pushed start accidentally. It's not worth buying. There are much better apps in the market.

I have subscribe for 3 month at 399 my amount is debited but its show payment failed and i not get my money back to my acct. I think its make froud taking money. And showing your payment failed.

I haven't used this app for long. It's been usefully in my journey. You can see the hours you have been fasting and it send you reminders of when to drink water and also when your near your fasting break time. Good so far.

Was great- when I could use it - I reset my password for my old account that it was still charging me for the premium on and when I signed in after the password change it wouldn't allow me to use the premium settings I was already paying for asking me to subscribe again this is BS

Useless...This is really not useful... This app only give reminder for water intake..and for meal we need to put all details, no reminder for breakfast snacks n dinner... N I thaught they will give good recipes for daily basis but there is nothing...

The paid version is just waste of time, the reminders and notifications don't work properly and nothing special about any paid feature. Looks like a fraud 😔. I won't recommend it at all.

I have been locked out of my accouñt with no explanation. I have paid for this month's subscription (on 7th) and suddenly with no explanation, I was logged out of my account and I am unable to log back in even after inputting my details. Kindly fix this.

So far it's going well with the app but what I don't like is the constant reminder of buying the kompanion plus when I do not want it. If I exit out once of the option then once should be enough and then no more reminders every 30 minutes.

I have been using this app for last 20 days.. things, that i think should be worked on is reminders. For water. There should be a voice notification. With the sound settings. ( Not by mobile notification settings.) And the nutrition the amount of protine and other fluctuate for same item and same quantity..

The app is great. Everything is good. But the only problem I faced is that today when I opened it I discovered that I have been signed out of my account. Now when I tried to signing back in using my Google account, the process fails and I am always stuck in the sign in page. I cannot access my account anymore. I subscribed to this service, now why can't I use the service anymore ?

OMG SAVE YOUR MONEY. You're basically paying for an alarm. The recipes and tips are all basic info you can find for free by googling intermittent fasting. Save your money, set a timer for 12, 16, 18 etc hours for when you're eating or not eating. Write it down or save it in your phone. Don't give some company money for literally being a timer. Downloading this app has no baring on you actually losing weight with fasting. It's all you. You can accomplish the SAME thing for free w your phone.

It's a good app. I'm still learning it. I wish had a place so you can keep track of your meals you eat to see what exactly you ate that day that may have caused ya to gain a little. And a place to keep track of your weight loss. I subscribed. But the app does need a little more like what I mentioned above. All of that in one app would be great.
