I have been having great difficulty in getting geopoint using this app in an open space, under a clear weather and with my location on. I checked the app review and saw that this app is said to work on phones with Operating system 5.0 and above. But the operating system of my Tecno Camon12 is even 5.5.0. So, why is it getting the geopoint using this app not working on my phone despite strict adherence to all the protocols please? Funny enough, getting geopoint using CommCare works on my phone.

There are many complications with regards this app, i have trouble downloading the files, some of the data on the files are missing I can't answer well, and it can affect my grades. Please do fix this problem asap, thanks.

It is not working. Older version was excellent. Kept saying ask the person who sent the questions. It failed to download the questionnaire. Basically, download failure. Need help!

I was designed a questionnaire smoothly on kobo toolbox it's also deployed and it's also uploaded at kobocollect app after all settings arrangement I pressed " Get blank form" and my questionnaire appeared after selected process I was pressed "fill blank form" after that a message appeared "Error occurred" and app is stucked at this place. Can anyone help me in the his regards.

The app is okay but since I've downloaded the newly updated version I'm unable to download my work from Internet. It keeps showing nothing to display, despite filling the url and correct password with username. That is pathetic

Great! It is versatile! This is my first impression. To me, this seems to be a rewarding experience for me and also for the others. Fast Learning is the order of the day. I recommend it to be introduced in schools across the globe. I remain a lifelong learner. Love Steve 'stay fool and hungry.' Please help me out to keep track of things with all the timely updates. Please, bring back the feature where one can rename the name of a file. All my files are having the same name and i am so confuse. The whole thing is hectic on identifying the file i want to work on. Please, bring back that feature!!!

A very effective, stable and dependable applicatîon for research and data gathering and analysis. The best part of it is that it can be connected to real-life events or data analysis with Excel, Googlesheet, Power BI, Tableau and other data analysing application. With this app. you will not have problem in field research and gathering if data.

This app is amazing! I use it all the time for my work. The new update made it even better. The interface is so sleek and modern. I love how easy it is to save and send the forms. No more confusion with the finalize column. It's just a simple click and done!

The app is very useful in designing forms and gathering data. The offline kobocollect tool is very helpful to us working in unstable environment with sometimes no Internet access. I didn't give 5 star because there must always be room for further improvement.

After I spend hours collecting data and taking photos for a report, I hit the Submit button, it gives me an unhelpful error message about bad XML, doesn't submit the report but everything I've collected including the photos are gone. Totally gone.

The offline Kobo Collection tool is helpful for areas with internet related issues. However, it's default storage directory could experience issues on devices that have a low memory and that might constantly require clearing files from the internal memory. Real high likelihood of losing collected data.

In my experience, the Kobo Collect app works best as a data collection companion on computers and PCs. Simply create your account by using your login parameters and start developing your questionnaire. Use an expert scripter to simplify the process. As the website indicates, you can initiate as many surveys as possible under your account and you will always find them untouched and unadulterated. The reports are in 3D - maps, tables and charts. I love this app!!!

We've been using the Kobo Collect app for several years and it's worked well for us. My only complaint is that significant changes were made to the user interface and we were not notified. It caused a lot of confusion, since we didn't know we needed to retrain our users In Uganda. I only saw the changes by accident, after the fact.

I have been using KoboCollect for an offline data collection from a field. It was amazing until a new updated version automatically changes the old interface. These new changes has resulted the App, unable to rename and save formes as the data collector wanted. Please bring back the old interface or include a renaming and saving by renewing option. Thanks

Everything is just perfect, but with the recent update, one can't edit the saved form after completion. Unless we saved it as drafts
