Does not show accurate wait times. App will show <15 mins wait, but the actual wait times and signs at the ride will be >60 mins. Times aren't changed when pulling down in the UI. Refreshing/reinstalling app doesn't fix it.

Terrible app. The fact that I can't check the wait time until I'm in the park counters the use of it. Not to mention that it constantly stopped working on the loading screen. Or the fact that the interface of the app is built strangely where the wait time is not connected to the locations on the map. The wait times were also drastically inaccurate, where the 15-minute wait time was actually a 50-minute wait time. This app is terrible and needs to go through tremendous changes to be useful.

why is it so bad? lacking in a lot of useful info. sometimes the app just does not work, you click on things and nothing happens. they invest minimal thought and effort into this app and it shows.

It constantly signs me out of my account any time there's an update and when I try to sign it it tells me there's a glitch. So when I try to reset my password it asks for my email and when I press the button to send me an email it doesn't go through and just keeps looping itself.

this app is horrible for Scary Farm. it doesn't direct you to mazes and if your phone goes to sleep, it forgets anything you are doing. Just garbage. they need paper maps or a better IT department. 🤣😂 I guess it's off to Universal next year because their interactive map works. unfortunate.

It's ok, they should really add current wait times for drinks and food per your pass, live guests count for those who want to go on lower attendance days. Enhance perks to make them more viable, would love a delivery option for those stuck in a line for hours. Otherwise it's a glorified digital map.

I didn't think it was possible for the app to be worse. The new app is unusable. Constantly crashes, the map is unreadable with all the bubbles, and it says that I'm not signed in when I am and won't let me sign in. USELESS. if I could give it negative stars, I would. This app makes me miss the old app, and that app was mediocre. UPDATE they seem to have fixed most of the issues with the app. There are still a few quirks. The map still hard to read due to overcrowded info, but you can filter

I downloaded the app to prepare for Knotts visit. I created an account on my laptop and when trying to sign in to the app, I get wrong password message. I then try to change password and another error message, server doesn't recognize. So I called the help desk, they told me they could not help me. That I have to deal directly with the park at Buena Park. Now I'm getting frustrated on the lack of assistance and worthless app. I called the park and no answers, no solution. Ride times don't update. GPS directions drops you off in the wrong spot, such as behind the mountain but not at the ride entrance. So if you're new to the park you will be confused and not sure where to go to enter rides. The ride wait times require that you create an account, but even then it's very faulty. Most the rides show up as closed even though they are opened. Rarely showed wait times. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars. It has great potential but needs bugs worked out.

Theres alot of people crying in the reviews section because of 1 thing in the app not working for them. So here is a completely fair review. The app is good for navigating the park, the GPS is pretty accurate showing restrooms, rides, and eateries all around the park. You can buy tickets, parking, and other things. The only problem is that wait times are not accurate, which should be fixed. Wait times should also be able to be seen when a guest is not in the park. Overall, 3 stars.

Only useful for tracking season passes and tickets. Honestly don't use it for the wait times. Went to one with a 0 minute wait time and an hour later for out of the line because it was going to be another hour. Ridiculous. Then we went in a line that said 100 minute wait that ended up being 45 minutes. For the first hour of opening it said every line was 0 minutes. The map also isn't that that good because it doesn't show bathrooms or attractions. Also doesn't show what restaurants are closed

This app is the worst. It says I'm not logged in, I sign in, it says there's a user signed in. Show park wait times even if you're not in the park! Come on now. I have passes, they never show up. Map is so very incorrect and never loads properly. When you're in the park, the wait times are SO WRONG. The shows are never the right time or say there aren't any shows for the day when we already set a reminder for said show.

App is meh. Has GPS and good maps for food, parking, restrooms, events, event times, etc (things that don't change). Ride times are a fail. Days and hours are good, but the color system they use is awkward (purple means open till 8 PM, an almost indistinguishable purple means open till 10 PM, which could make a huge difference). Bought tickets THROUGH THE APP for Scary Farm but the tickets won't show up in the app. You can add them, but the app says I have the order number wrong. I don't.

This app is slow, buggy, non-intuitive, inconsistent, and incomplete. It's a shamefully bad application but the only option I have for going to Knott's. The store takes you out if the app and into a website that doesn't know who you are and thus does not automatically connect your extra ticket purchases to the application. Even though the receipt for my purchase claims I can attach it to my account in the app, I see a sum total of zero ways to do that. So, what's the point?

The app is ok for providing show times but some shows listed never happened. Shows are listed alphabetically or by distance but not by time. it does not have accurate wait times for the rides nor does it list all rides. The search engine does not recognize the phrase, "Knott's Merry Farm". Users cannot look up seasonal food; one has to go to the website for that. No restaurant menus listed. Seems that the app is primarily designed to sell tickets, passes, add-ons and upgrades. Not a helpful app.

*New update still does not show ride times outside of app =( * Useful to show my pass on. Map is okay if you're a little familiar with the park. Navigation can be a little jumpy, but usually helps in getting you there. Really need to the option to see wait times when outside of the park. However, they aren't really accurate when in the park, so both issues need working on.

After I "upgraded" to the new app, none of my family's passes had been transferred from the previous app. I was able to add my pass using the lookup function. However, the lookup function did not work for the rest of the passes even though they were purchased on the same order as mine. Also, the app closes when I try to open my pass, so I won't be able to use it to enter the park. We have not used physical passes in years, so I would have to find them to visit the park.

Not Great. Please improve. As a first-time visitor, I was constantly lost. I was told are no paper maps and this app was it. The building and ride shapes on the map are vague at best. You can't rotate the map and the cursor does not point in the direction you're facing. Thus, I couldn't use the cursor to navigate, and I couldn't use it as a regular map by orienting myself with the buildings. I once tried using the directions feature to find a bathroom but ended up walking in a big circle.

this app does not give a locatiowhich makes it challenging. Menus are not available,which makes it challenging to plan where to have a meal with picky eaters. wait times would be nice to better plan your day. but the biggest frustration was navigating the park and knowing what's available and when. Additionally,many rides were down, or eateries & there was no mention of it until you could visually see for yourself. I could just be spoiled to the Disneyland app, but it's so much more efficient.
