I do not recommend using this application. I have experienced numerous issues, including a difficult user interface and poor customer service. Overall, the service provided by this app has been very disappointing. 1. Unresponsive from the AC technician. 2. Unprofessional Behavior. 3. Inadequate Problem Resolution. 4. Lack of Knowledge or Competence. 5. Poor Communication and Follow-Up. 6. Lack of Empathy or Understanding. still fcng d sme isue wit 0 solution in sight. & spt half of new AC money

I recently tried this app and ordered an AC service. The experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The technicians deep cleaned my AC unit with precision and care, leaving it running like new again. The knowledge and expertise the technicians displayed was marvelous. They patiently explained the issues with my AC and offered valuable advice on how to maintain it properly. I tried the app today for plumbing services and was really pleased with the efficiency, demonstration of knowlegde with subject matter at hand - I found the technician really skilled and reliable with the work. The app is also really user friendly. I had also booked for carpenter services, and since I wasnt available on call the manager himself messaged to check plus suggested alternates. I am delighted with the services provided at quick yet cost effective rates. Definitely recommended.

I was searching for the construction work services, with a lot of filters and checks i haven't found any app which can solve my problem. Then i came to this app Knockman Best Home Services. Yet to explore the services. So the 3 Star is just for the sake of posting. But at a glance, app needs certain improvement for example the drill and hang or curtain rod installation like items should have quantity to be specified. If I want to do 3 drill and hang items, there is no way to specify it. Will review more once I explore the services

I had recently done deep cleaning of my new apartment with the help of Knockman Home cleaning and I must say, they provide excellent service. team are very professional, they delivered the quality they had promised. Moreover, the staff were polite, punctual and very diligent at their work. I would definitely recommend Knockman Home cleaning

I was looking for an alternative for urbanclap. I think this is the perfect alternative for it. I had requested for a sofa cleaning , i got slot immediately. They followed perfect timing. The job was quite good, also they didn't ask anything other than the amount which was showing in the app. In urban clap, they normally try some dubious activities to lure more money. Here in knockman, the service was nice, app looks simple and elegant, more over technicians are well behaved.

I have booked kitchen Cleaning. Technicians don't know how to clean. They used metal scrub to clean the glass top stove and kitchen almirah doors to remove oil stains. They all got scratches all over them. They don't have proper chemicals. Please train your personal first. Worst service.

Customer care service is very wrost,so don't use the app I booked ac service E7 error code,the person check with ac and he told bcb board issue,he removed board and repaired and fixed the ac running is ok, but same time F3 error code came in display,he told nothing,I check you tupe video,it is sensor error code, next day I call that person not picking call and I call the customer care service,they connect call with service person,they told it is not our problem,

This is fake company don't do any services here that service provider not professional because last they did refrigerator service second it was repair we made call many times but that service provider not pick the call and did not anser properly I made a call in this company also they also said no warranty of your service then why mediator. so don't make any services here totally your money and your product everything waste.

worst ever service. They closed the door and does some noice for few minutes. In a good faith made the payment with general outview of cleaning. Later, it was found that they didn't even used the brush to clean the lavotory. And floor is still skidding. Gone thru playstore ratings before booking. Understood that, all are fake.
