So, I see many people have the same problem. The app doesn't work! Can't login at all. I was at the bank last week for 2 hrs signing forms and stuff trying to get this app to work and it didn't. They said wait 3 days for system update and I checked today it still didn't work. Do I have to go to the bank AGAIN for another 2 hours??? Please fix the app and update your system!!!

It's ok, layout, using oblivious. Aircraft are made urbanomic. However software engineers failed to see that or lack that, in their designs, I guess it's like the early cars. They will gets there in the end, hope to doesn't take 100 years...

When Push-icon 3d touch to Scan QRcode will a/v for user to QuickPay and transfer !!! need urgent update as fail in Fx. Lastest version KMA need URGent!!improve as below. 3 items 1. Favorite add from lastest transaction or by Scan pay bill. FORCE manual input is like dinosaur technology Krungsri !! Dev app team. 2. Version no. Must viewable since 1st page! Cause T/S always need version no. 3. Hold icon to pop quick menu to action, pay, scan, etc.

Let me say this first.. This bank app is always doing maintenance. If i have emergency banking transfer i cannot do it because of this maintenance every day. I mean you always do maintenance but still your app still having problems and slow. Whats the porpuse of that? I cannot use it all the time. I dont recommend this to my friends. Better use scb for online banking

Apparently the security of this BANKING app is comprised if it's loaded simultaneously on more than one device. Why isn't the app secure? All my other banking Apps allow this. Perhaps you should sack your developers and get a secure customer-friendly app. Developer email address doesn't exist. Wanted to correct my name on the app (a banking app 🤣 which was quite happy that the account name and app name were different!!) Had to wait 2 days for it to be changed by head office

1. No notification when funds are transferred. 2. Can't add recepient to favorite (does not work). Every time have to type in the acc number manually or scan the barcode. Very annoying. 3. No statements.

Horrible. Tried setting a user name with an underscore. The message said "Please retype the username correctly." without specifying what's wrong/special characters not allowed. Other banks' app do not have this kind of reckless ux. The calendar ui for changing birth date doesn't look clickable/changeable. Not user friendly at all! Please improve your app! Currently many customers are forced to use your app due to company's payroll! Not because they're impressed with your app/bank!!

user-unfriendly. lack of fingerprint sign-in while forcing logout quite quickly . Tedious clicks to get to benefits page The long code to manually write down for using fitness facility. Low-tech usage. A silly quick code expiration. It seems krungsri doesnt really want its customers to use its advertised benefits.

Absolutely useless. They even shut down the support email service, so nobody could complain. Have to switch to another bank. 16.05.22 Still not working, useless. 04.05.23 still not working. The website, however, works fine but that's where they should concern about real security issues. Anti-customer service.

I love the new KMA. The UI is flat style that look modern and easy to use. For android calendar, I don't have any promblems to choose a birthdate. I can change a year by tapping on a year number after that the application will show list of years which can be chosen.

The DOB input goes per month, I had to tap down each month to get to the correct date, there isn't a search bar. The notes section for payment does not work, the payment pass however the transaction fee costs baht 50. I have never had such a terrible experience. Horrible finish, this app was launched without testing.

Total garbage. "We promise that every update will lead to speed, reliability, simple, performance and features that delight you." "We make your life simple with banking on your fingertips." Broken English, each update slows the app down even further. App is tied to one phone number. On top of all this, the app contains 6 trackers, Google.analytics, facebook and etc. Banking app mines your data and profits from it. Wonderful year of 2021.

I got disconnected and forced to sign in again. With forget password option, now they have a new password (security) policy saying that I cannot have number in sequence even 3 digits regardless ascending or desending e.g. 987xxxxx or 234xxxxxxxx. With the rest of numbers are not ascending or decending or sequential with the first 3 digits. I was told by their call center 1572 that even with more digits, the app will not allow too... I wonder, whether it is really for security purpose.

Very very urgent with no changed to the phone Samsung fold 3 the app does not work anymore. When i open the app it automatically opens the browser and there is a screen in Thai and English saying it does not work that i need to remove developer options (done) and do not use the app on modified phone. This is urgent i did not do anything on my phone so please fix immediately

Not the worst, but not great. Forget password UX is horrible, worst of all my experience. Satisfaction survey is a simple check-box that the app has it, I doubt any useful improvement insights can be derived. Inside the app is decent, but nothing to wow about. Set it up right, and never forget your password or call centre for help. Forget password is a nightmare. Call centre staff are actually good, but not authorised to really help you.

The worst mobile bank app i have used & the worst out of all the other competitors banking apps. Ridiculously slow start / load times at certain points, not registering my input & on top of it if I manage to put the correct password & other requirements it can just freeze and pull me back to square 1. Overall absolute trash app on it's own but when compared to its competitors Krungsri becomes even worse, its like they are trying to get the lowest customer satisfaction..Congratulations! U did it!

The app works without a problem. Just make sure the Developer Options are not enabled on your device and / or you don't have any app with administrative privileges active (such as Greenify).

We encountered an issue saving western union receipt to phone gallery, after we confirm, the app has an error that it could not save photo to the phone, the app blinks uncontrollably then crashes. We have to call the support because there is no way to see the MTCN or control number. When you go to Western Union transaction history, all transactions are blank or empty, no data at all. This happened twice already. Please fix the issue. Very inconvenient.
