It comes in handy somewhat often when needed to get an advance. Taking multiple offers completing them and doing trials and subscriptions to to get enough points to get an advance can take time. It is unique and I'm sure is helpful if you're able to get enough points consistently. I'm a bit concerned about forgetting which app I got a trial to being charged the full amount

It started out great, but the app itself is horrible. It wasn't updating my checking account balance, I deleted and reconnected my bank account and after that, it said I wasn't approved even though I've used this app many times. Now it always says "null" in my approved amount, and I can ONLY get advanced with points, when before I reconnected my account, I literally NEVER had to. Really bummed, as I liked this service, but I'm going to have to cut the cord on this app.

EDIT: looks like they fixed the issue. quick response so thats appreciated. sometimes it offers advances without the required points so im hoping it offers again soon. OG: the app was working fine. most recent update broke it and i can no longer open. up to date samsung note 10+, i cleared cache/data, reinstalled, and restarted my phone with no luck.

I've only had the app for two days. Upon downloading initially I was told I had a cash advance of 20 (2800pts) which was 10 more than I needed but would've been great to have that extra pocket change without touching my savings. After completing the to do list my cash advance dropped to $5 (worth 1200pts now, tho initially the $5 advance was only 600pts). This is a classic bait and switch. I gained 2400pts in just the 2 days I've had the app but I can only request 5? What a waste of time lol.

I wish that it wasn't a subscription based app but I get it. they give you a free month trial and allow you to do tasks for points which you can use to unlock higher advanced, pay down fees etc. $9.88 to instantly deposit a 65$ cash advance which is roughly 15% yikes :// but i signed up, was eligible for an advance and had the money in my account within prob 15 mins from start to finish... and for that I appreciate, thank you !!

I really didn't think it would work but it did. You have to do a few activities before you can access the advance like surveys, play games, open other apps. But as soon as I did them and selected the advance it was in my account in like 30 mins! Whole process from setup, link accounts, complete some action items, to advance took less than 2 hours for me. Not bad at all. Fees are reasonable for an advance too. I've seen better but these fees are very normal.

This app has progressively become A NIGHTMARE. I don't get the cash advances bc it's a rip off; I get the cash outs for Amazon. It started maybe every other time, I wouldn't get it, I'd have to reach out, they'd then send me my credit. Now Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME, without fail, I have to pester them every single day, for days straight, to get my earned rewards. Now it's been over 2 weeks, they say "my request has been updated", yet nothing. I only kept using bc points easy to get. No more.

Downloaded the app 2 days ago they still haven't verified my debit card. Even though they took money. Downloaded an app for points and 48 hours later still haven't received any points. Have emailed but all they do is send useless articles. Downloaded the app to get some desperately needed help. Thanks for nothing Klover. Update to their reply. I did contact support many times before giving up and cancelling. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would.

Horrible. I should have read the reviews before jumping in. When connecting my bank account and debit card, it says I'm eligible for $150. Yet, it still keeps saying "we're having trouble connecting your bank account!" Tried emailing them about this and still haven't gotten a response back. Do not recommend this app! Use other cash advance apps instead.

Absolute garbage. Seems like a good service at first, but after a couple advances, they start requiring 10x as many points for a quarter of the amount. I'm talking 4 straight hours of surveys just for a $5 advance that has to be repaid with high interest anyway if you want it before your next paycheck, and that's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of much better alternatives that do this concept right. Dave, Cleo, Brigit, Empower, Albert, Moneylion, and the list goes on. Go with them instead

I just used this for the first time and trust me, it's not worth it. You pay an immediate fee to add very little to your bank and then you're charged an additional fee when they get it back. I advance $75 which I paid 7.99 on and with point got an additional $10 which I paid 2.99 on. Total of $85 but I owe $95 from my upcoming pay. So that's $21 which means I only get $54 total. Too much $$

I liked this app at first. I get to choose games I actually like to play to earn points. unfortunately the fees to take an advance are outrageous. you have to earn A LOT of points just to take the advance (can take days of your time acquire). plus a large fee on top of that. a minimum of 6% for a tip. a fee for instant deposit. then a monthly fee too. to take out 150$, it costs me almost 200$. There also seems to be an issue getting the points I earned almost every single time. DISAPPOINTED

I have used this service for a while now with no issues. Suddenly it tells me I don't have enough points to qualify for an advance. Even though I've been paying for the subscription fee and was never told that so many points were required for an advance in the past. In fact, I had just gotten an email about a $225 cashout being available, but when I logged in it showed only $100 was available. However, when I tried it said it wasn't available, not enough points. The app is garbage now.

I first downloaded the app and figured of course it is just like the rest of them, a crock! But once I got into it and realized how it worked, I was pleasantly surprised! I've gotten two advances since using it and both went directly into my account and only what was supposed to get taken out for payment of the advance was taken back from my account. I love it and plan to continue use. I suggest and recommend it to everyone.

Got all the the way to 50$ advance, then the app crashes. Now I'm only available for 5$, and I have to reconnect my bank account every time I log in now. Crazy how they changed my amount like that for no reason. If you need an advance ASAP, this isn't the app. Like I I said, they make you work hard answering surveys and playing games, and once you get to your goal, they change your eligibility for the advance. Would give no stars if it was an option

For quite some time now I have been forced into leaving at least a 6 percent tip on every advance because the link to put in your own custom tip amount does not work and will not allow you to move on with the advance. I've re-downloaded app, cleared cache, the whole 9 yards and nothing fixed it. I feel like I'm being forced to pay extra for a service that I'm already paying a membership fee to use, on top of a service fee for every advance. It's targeting, it's manipulative and it's wrong.

So far, evening about this app is bogus. For example just for signing up with a particular app I'm supposed to receive 825 points... Didn't happen. Most of the points are impossible to reach and an individual is disqualified after spending quite some time with EACH AND EVERY APP!!! I failed to mention, there is NO INSTANT CASH ADVANCE.

Experience keeps getting worse ihave been reaching out to customer support for days about trying to login to the account.. I got a response faster to this review, then getting help from customer service. And the app DID require me to get the membership before it would send the advance..............App has many glitches. Won't open after I've completed some of the games suggestions it had. Yes it did give me an advance but it requires a membership in which you pay a monthly fee. Do not recommend.

Fees are higher than other advance apps, and they even charge for the extra advances that you use your earned points on which I don't really agree with. The app is user friendly and pretty well put together other than that. I also didn't get points for completing one of the offers. I just conta ted support today about it, so we'll see how prompt and friendly the customer service is

I have been enjoying Klover so far. It is convenient and easy to use. If you're in a jam and need some quick cash, it helps out. Of course there are fees, but they're not too bad. I don't like the fact you're not really given an option to leave a tip, it's forced otherwise it's useful. Just keep it to emergency use only, or as with any other advance entity have a plan if you find yourself using it consistently. But overall I haven't had any bad experiences with the app or the service. Try it!
