Great for booking a room if you want the app to switch your choice during checkout, leaving you with a non-refundable room that can't be switched after you find out what happened bc the room you thought you paid for has been taken. Customer service is awful too, they keep disconnecting you from the chat if you're not fast enough or if they've decided they've solved your problem, you think you're waiting for an answer and next thing you know a bot pops up and says chat over have a nice day.

This app is terrible and cannot be trusted and relied on. The 5 minutes (mentioned in help center) of booking confirmation have turned into 7-8 hours, making a train trip in 8 hours unlikely. And the app allows the transfer of real money for tickets for such trains, even though the app cannot guarantee to buy it. So now I believe that I have just wasted my time using this app. And I am afraid that somebody could call such practice a scam to push cash flow and satisfy investors with good reports

Many bugs in the app and web. Issues with booking and getting directions.. Book directly with operator for a seamless experience and avoid this middle people just taking commissions. Their agents are the worst I've seen. For example, you will see an automated link message as reply to this review to raise a ticket. They wouldn't bother answering the already raised tickets

I want to warn others: it was a terrible experience. Frequent glitches made transactions stressful. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, leaving issues unresolved. I paid for pass and couldn’t book the slot and lost money, ruining my holiday plans. You will lose money and peace of mind using this app. It’s better to book directly through service providers or reliable portals. Save yourself the stress and avoid this app entirely.

Ordered limited tickets and didn't receive confirmation more than 1 day. I have to cancel it and buy it from somewhere else. And the worst thing, since those are limited tickets, Klook just wasted my time and my chances to buy better tickets.

I'm so frustrated. Trying to plan a trip and book a rental car. I've tried off and on for days and just get a "sorry, something went wrong" message. I've deleted my cache and data...reinstalled, etc. and nothing. Time to give up.

I just downloaded this apps and made some booking, I wonder why it didn't give me a points. At the very beginning I should earn 9points but after I book there's no point in my account. Also I booked 3 tickets and put my email first then the second one and the third one are for my companion emails, I wonder why they chose the 2nd email instead the first email to notify us about the conformation of our booking. I'm totally totally disappointed about the way they didn't priotize the first email and

The best part about klook is the fast confirmation. Just a few minutes after your booking, you'll get email confirmation immediately. The down side why I gave it only 3 stars is due to the lack of discounts and promo despite using it continously. There are other apps that offer better price and discounts.

False Advertising: paid for a useless "unlimited" pass in Tokyo. This app advertises an unlimited metro pass, but it's extremely limited. It only works on certain lines and doesn't cover most of Tokyo. I wasted $10 on a 3-day pass and ended up having to buy separate tickets anyway. Very misleading!

Worst app! I will never recommend klook to anyone. When you in foreign country and click help button, the apps always crash and no one from klook team is able to assist! At the end, we miss the train and pay extra for the taxi. Klook customer service was also terrible! In compare to their competitor Trip, Trip are much much more better! Very disappointed with Klook service nowadays as it getting worst and wost! And your price so much expensive.

Good app with great discounts on accommodation and attractions. Easy to use and navigate. Booked Accommodation in Singapore and the amazing Hoi An Memories show. Also booked a chilli crab experience at a top restaurant in Singapore but was unable to redeem the voucher as we ran out of time in Singapore. We forfeited the voucher as it is nonrefundable in the app. Not the apps fault, but the terms and conditions of the establishment.

Update: Reached out via link provided by the developer, and issue was resolved. Seems I just had a bad support rep the first time. Used Klook again for a lounge reservation, and worked perfectly. Tickets work SOMETIMES - and when they don't, Klook won't refund. I will not trust them for critical tickets (such as reserved times). Forced to dispute charge with my credit card.

I wanted to book a ticket for the Shinkansen. Payment went through but after 20 min I got a notification that the booking was canceled. I did get a message about why but wasn't able to read the whole thing because it only appeared in my notification board. I can not find the message in the klook app. Furthermore I was trying to cancel the booking because I already had a suspicious feeling, but I was not able to find where to do it. I would say that's not very user friendly

I reached out to support why they claim it's cheaper to book the Klook Pass when in fact it's cheaper if you book the attractions individually. The support can't even answer properly what's the advantage and why they claim that it's cheaper to have the multiple attractions pass. They just ended the conversation and then tells you that Klook pass is still cheaper.

I logged in and booked using appleid on PC, yet there is no such login option for the android app. This is just dumb? Because of this, I could not retrieve my booking information. The customer chat does not work on PC either. And when I tried to give this feedback in the app, of course it says, "ops something is wrong please try again later".

Klook has made traveling a little more affordable when it comes to doing fun things. The reason for 3 stars is simple. The customer service area can be a little bit challenging. And if you want a refund they make it harder to get. Overall if your traveling plans go smooth your than klook is worth it. But if you gotta get a refund because of a traveling problem. Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Stay clear of these fraudsters. They sent me a QR code that doesn't work. This is the response that I got: According to our policy, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made for the Universal Studios Japan Studio Pass. If you are experiencing issues with the app, please try updating it to the latest version or downloading it again. If it still fails, you can pick up an Area Timed Entry Ticket or Standby Entry Ticket at the physical ticket booth inside the park.

Tried it for the first time and regretted it at once. I made a mistake on the dates for a hotel reservation and tried to chat with representative within 5 minutes ... was told it was a non refundable no cancellation no modification deal. Sheesh. Just take my money, right? Never had this issue with Agoda which we've used for 20+ years. The Klook app is not as user friendly. On Agoda the last entered dates remains -- which is good when you're looking for deals on the same dates. Not so with Klook.
