Brought the jordan 11 cool grey before Xmas and they arrived 2 weeks later, due to busy period took longer than expected but well worth it and will defo buy again from klekt. Trust me I don't waste my money on nothing just be patient and contact support via email they will respond!

Seller bailed. They have taken the money out my bank, and there is no response from support. Probably going to have to wait the 30 days for the money back. Instead of normal businesses refunding in 7 days. Customer service is awful, use GOAT, StockX, Grailed, Ebay, over this anyday.

Avoid selling on the platform! They declared my package lost to UPS and after 4 weeks in standby they canceled the sold order on my dashboard. They are refusing to cooperate and failed to inform me of the cancellation. It's now been 2 months since I sold my shoes on their platform and I'm out 160 euro or a pair of shoes now worth 200+

Scam they cancel orders on you saying they don't have them yet are still selling same trainer same size for much higher price .. basically after you order if price increases in time your waiting they cancel on you last min after waiting 12 days for del and they sell same pair you ordered for inflated figure it's market value has changed while you wait for order you agreed to buy in good faith.....they done it to me twice now ...and they don't take and complaints in this crooked. Stock x is best.

Great service! The process was pretty fast. As soon as they receive the item from the seller, they would check it and send it the same day given that the item makes it to their cut-off time.

The app lags when adding an item to your list, which might end you up listing one item several times without knowing. Great customer service which fixed it for me though.

NO HOLIDAY MODE - There's no holiday mode for sellers (despite other similar apps having it) so Klekt suggest I delete all my listings everytime I go on holiday and then retake all the photos and relist, wasting hours upon hours of time!

Pros: fast shipping and quick authentication Cons: international shipping to the US, keep in mind there is duty fees you have to pay, did not know this & they don't warn you. Ended up paying $100 extra on top of my already $850 shoes. (DHL didn't tell me they were holding my package, i had to email them) I was unaware due to some other European Websites I have dealt with pay the duty fees. KLEKT however is not one of them. If you're in the US, there are better third party websites.

Nice one, but still some features missing. For an instance, as a seller you won't see the listed price while seing the product page, you have to go to list the product, setup your price and compare the end price with the other end prices to see that.

I feel like the app is super useful in terms of buying sneakers that everyone likes. It's got a variety of stuff and more importantly has free shipping world wide. In the coming years this app is going to be the place everyone will go for sneakers. It could a bit of improvement though in terms of customer usage

Worst selling platform ever! An item I sold and shipped got cancelled midway to KLEKT because of "buyer issue". They told me to relist for another 30 days which I did and the item sold again the same day but guess what, that was also cancelled 🤣. How can the same item order get cancelled twice before the item even reached KLEKT? There is not marketplace integrity on this platform. Extremely frustrating as a seller. Thought this would be a good platform to sell but wrong by all means.

No holiday mode. As a seller, it's not possible to put your store in holiday mode, to pause the sale of your stuff while you're on holiday, travelling and unable to ship the stuff in case someone buys it. It's the same on the website. Also, the customer service is slow and it takes days, sometimes more than a week for them to respond.

The app is a scam. Klekt is cancelling orders without reason and explanation. In my case, they cancelled two of my sales worth over 600 euros. When I asked them for a reason they said the box of one of the items was damaged, but when I sent it the box was in perfect condition. If I didn't chase them they wouldn't tell me the reason at all. Now they don't want to give me the trainers back unless I pay 27 euros for postage expenses. They have zero customer service. They are scam stay away.
