I hate how your spending limit change for the worst every damn day. Doesn't matter if you pay on time or pay balance early. I had at one point $1200.00 as a spending limit was never late, even paid off balance early, and now I'm less than half of that amount. I also don't like how some purchase the total amount due the day of will double and you either accept it or you don't make a purchase. I don't recommend this app for anyone

This used to be my go to app for splitting up purchases due to it having awesome rewards and having no fees when splitting payments in 4. Now they charge a fee when splitting payments which is not a big deal in itself, until you consider they made rewards worthless. Their rewards used to include gift cards redeemable at places like Amazon. Now the rewards are little more than coupons that can only be used if you spend a certain amount of money at that store. Gets the job done just not the same.

The past two times I've tried using this app on Amazon. I got my total, and got my Klarna card and submitted the order. A couple days after, I get charged on my personal credit card instead, because Amazon deemed the Klarna card invalid. And support was no help. I definitely wouldn't have made those purchases if I knew the full value would come off my credit card immediately, rather than in 4 separate payments.

I've been using klarna for quite some time. I mean, over a good year, almost two, I've enjoyed it till now. All of a sudden, it can't verify my identity, and after the last week and half of talking to multiple customer service agents, they give the same answer that's no help and doesnt solve my problem. Even though I have thousands available to use( yes, that shows how long I've used this app to build my purchase power), I'll pay my last fifty bucks I owe and move on.

Klarna does whatever they want!! First I signed up, I wasn't approved to do anything. Then I tried again months later and was approved for 2 different purchases. The total owed was $44. I paid off the first amount in full and now I only owe $20 on the second. Went to try another purchase and they just deny it with no explanation. They literally do what they want! I'll pay this little $20 off and stick with the other apps that actually make sense!

I have a credit score of over 800 and I got the message, "Sorry, we couldn't approve this purchase." When I clicked on to find out why, the reasons given were - you've exceeded your purchase power (it was a $24 purchase) - you have unpaid purchases (I have none. I was only using Klarna for the $10 off first purchase coupon) - the total amount of your purchase is too high (again, it was just $24). Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time, skip this one.

I love it at first with only using it maybe 3 times. I was never late with payments. I had a purchase power of $500. Now that I haven't used it in over 6 months, my purchase power is "unavailable" due to late payments. Now in order to build my purchase power back up, I have to spend more on the first payment, instead of evenly upon 4 payments. AND EVEN WORSE I CANT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really enjoy the ease of using Klarna and making purchases. My issue is the app and how the purchases and payments are listed. Would love a list of all the payments that are due in the app, much like Afterpay. If it's not on auto-pay you have to look for the purchase and see the due date, then click on that to see what the payment due is. Very inconvenient. It used to be listed this way. Please bring that back.

Horrible app! I've tried to use Klarna for several purchases and it only manages to work some of the time! The other times it will decline an order for $100, even though I have $650 of "purchase power", and through the years, I have NEVER missed a payment or been late! And being able to contact anyone there?! Forget it! It's impossible. All you get are some pre-programmed questions and answers. When you hit "I need help with something else" option, it just takes you to old orders. Bad service!

I am having the same issue as some of the other customers. I have not missed any payments. Now all of a sudden when I try to make purchase choosing the 6 month plan option, I'm getting response, unable to verify identity. I contacted them about it. Nothing in my personal information has changed. Klarna doing what it wants to do. This is ridiculous when you have customers who pay faithfully with no issues. I reached out to transunion to verify my info is correct. They said its on Klarna's end.

I can't wait to pay this off this balance so I can be done with Klarna. I've had about 2 to 3 years of on time payments since I started using them. I have been late twice in paying off my year long installment. 2 or 3 weeks late one time and a few days late the other time. All other payments have been on time, so I guess your history means nothing with this company. I haven't used the app the app to purchase anything in at least 7 to 8 months and probably never will going forward.

Every time I try to go on Amazon through Klarna, it keeps defaulting to the bottom of the page. Whenever I try to scroll back up, it goes back to the bottom of the page. It is impossible to select who or what I'm buying from. And after every update or every time I close the app, Klarna logs me out. I've already tried contacting support and they couldn't help me. I will no longer be using Klarna.

The new UI/UX is horrible. The page under 'Manage Payments' doesn't show the nearest upcoming statement anymore and now I have to search through this new awful purchases page to find the ones dated due on April 20, which also display the full amount rather than 1/4 of the amount. The page lags and stutters as I scroll. It has become the worst credit card app I've used, probably going to finish paying off this card and close my account at this point, this service only gets worse as time goes by.

Editing to respond to the dev: I have performed all possible troubleshooting steps. I have cleared app cache and data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My phone has been updated today. These troubleshooting steps are pointless. Please provide an email address so I can communicate with you. === Persistent blocking bugs, clueless customer service and useless troubleshooting.

Pretty much useless. After my debit card renewal, I wanted to update the settings, but that impossible. I had to delete and add a new card. Fair. But I can't. I kept getting "can't process your card" error messages. Fine. Let me just use my checking account. The setup was successful. But while the payment was in progress, 4 days are needed, I was getting "your payment has failed" messages in app and emails. Chat with a agent has a wait of 45+ minutes. So we kept missing each other... Nightmare!

I always used to choose Klarna over Afterpay. I liked how I could push a payment back if I really needed to. Now they keep aligning my payments to one day. I can't even pick the day (or it's hard to set because I can't find the option). It's not helpful at all. It doesn't align with my pay schedule, and my bank only allows a certain amount of transactions to clear in a day. So it keeps telling me payment failed because they're trying to charge *everything* on one day. Tried turning it off...

I've used this app now and then for at least 3 years now. My purchase power was over 1K. Never missed a payment. Today I tried making a $50 purchase on Amazon and it tells me it can't verify my identity. First it was the 6 month option, then the fee to split payment, now a "monthly subscription" and a credit check to see if you qualify. Basically the payment history you had with them doesn't matter lol How do I close my account?

I used to love klarna, been using for 3 or more years,no problem, never missed a payment. I purchased multiple items from Amazon on on plan. Returned an item, got a partial refund, but still owe on complete purchase. I thought they were supposed to adjust to a new payment plan. If I know that I would have not returned item,since I'm still paying half of it.

Lately I have not been able to purchase orders using Klarma. When I am able to place an order, it shows no option of smaller payments and automatically take the whole payment, which I could have done without using app. I set up a primary card for payment but it charges another card instead, then I have to wait within 7 days to get money reinstated. The customer service AI offers no help to fix or prevent issues, but offers hollow "understanding" and word salads. This app has become useseless!

At first, it was great, never missed a payment, made several purchases, and 4 equal payments worked great. Then, for no reason they started a "bait-and-switch" scam; I would pick out my intended purchase, agree to 4 equal payments, then Klarna would switch my first payment to TWICE what I had just agreed to. I guess they thought I wouldn't catch it before hitting "submit". And if I hadn't caught it, my bank account would have been overdrawn! Not a reputable company, buyer beware.
