You have to make a call and wait for so long to talk to a person EVERYTIME YOU GET A NEW PHONE. It's so inconvenience.

The application should provide automatic investment (DCAs) and automatic regular switching to mutual fund. It should incoporate advance payment from saving account. Otherwise is fiar. Exellent UX UI

1star for keeping Bad as Force update for NOTHING !!! else is soso ok basic 2. Worse must scroll through 1 minute time for tos, no option to export save for later, the 1st ever app like this with no handy tool for fast review. It unacceptable. kKP

Why do I need to accept terms and conditions everytime I want to visit the investment section? The app should remember that I've already accepted them once and stop asking. The speed in which those texts are loaded is also very slow. No other app does this. Please fix this.

Birth date is needed for subscription. Doing that I have to swipe (and only) from existing month of 2022, do it month by month (and only), until the year of birth. Those people who were born in August 1982, for example, will have to swipe 480 times. Painful and waste of time.

I really hate this app. After 4 years, KKP still has not fixed many flaws that make this app UNUSABLE for electronic payments! When there is a new version, it forces you to update IMMEDIATELY before you can use it! If you in the midst of a transaction and trying to pay, you must wait 5 minutes for update. Everyone in line must wait o your online purchase may time-out. KKP does this at least once a month. Use SCB instead, their app let's you continue using the old version, & is better.

The last update which says "App Performance Improvement" adds VPN detection. I'm using DuckDuckGo App Tracking Protection, which shows that this app has Google tracking in it and blocks the tracking. But with the VPN detection, the app refuses to start, which means the tracking cannot be blocked, and I'm refusing to allow the app without the tracking protection. Kiatnakin also closed their internet banking website, so the only way to use their service is with the app, so it's useless.
