The return flight I chose is not what actually booked. I immediately noticed it was NOT the flight I selected on the confirmation and called. They said they would have to charge me for the change because I chose the cheapest option that didnt allow changes without a fee. Mind you, the wrong return flight populated on the booking confirmation and I called within 5 minutes of making the booking due to noticing it immediately. This is my first experience with kiwi and I will NEVER USE again.

DO NOT USE!!!! WARNING!!!! I tried booking and my dates were changed somewhere during the process and they only refund $10. It is a scam. I thoroughly checked the dates and times over and over but somewhere during processing or confirmation the dates were changed. They confirmed so quickly too that I couldn't even get a refund. It must be their business practice to change flight dates and confirm quickly so they can keep your money. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

What a trap!!!! This is the worst booking I've made online/ digitally. I found KIWI on Kyack. The flight that fit into my arrival day in Australia was selected and planned around. A notice was in my email in the morning following the booking. I was told the price went up 30% from the posted price I had paid. I could pay the increase or cancel and go back to the drawing board. I looked for another flight. Found a replacement and was surprised when I was unable to cancel 1/2 hour later. Creepy!!

I barely write comments but this site is cheap for a reason. They changed my international flight from 1 connection to 2 without my acknowledgement with my departure time 10h earlier. And the alternatives given you have to pay extra for almost the same options. Also it is only valid for 24h which is impossible to change your schedule when you are travelling. And if you want a refund, they ll only return 150 out of 900 total. It almost felt like a scam. Never using this anymore.

Booking with kiwi has been an absolute nightmare. Within a week of buying my flights, a flight on each part of my trip was moved so that making the connecting flight is impossible. Kiwi offers a credit at 20% of what I paid. Alternative flights are offered, with horrible connecting details, like a 40 hour layover. There's actually a great alternative flight, but it wasn't listed in the alternate options. When I asked customer service, they didn't even respond to my question.

I used to really like this app because he had the Explore Feature, which allows you to select a destination/region/date range and it'll give you tons of options for where you can go at the cheapest price/time. I know Google Flights has this feature if you use it on your PC but this used to be the only app that allows you to do that on your phone. I'm so annoyed they removed it. So much so that I just deleted this app off my phone and never used it again.

Update- they'll respond as seen here, but the reps don't reply or change anything. Awful. Slow. I accurate. Unreliable. Only use this app as a last resort. They are not the cheapest option, rather the most expensive. You will be charged exorbitant amounts for every little thing. For example: change to Personal Info: $35 Checked bag: $150 or more (not possible to see the fee until inputting all your personal info) To add a bag, it can be cheaper to simply rebook with a different airline/service.

Do not book anything with Kiwi. Only use it for research and book the flights directly with the carriers or another, more reputable, travel service. When calling their helpline, I was given incorrect information not once, but twice, that resulted in me spending significantly more to get home. The flights might be a little cheaper, but all those savings will go up in smoke if there's ever one small problem with the airline.

The search parameters they provide are very useful, so I like how easy it is to find flights that work for you. However, the prices are always listed wrong. It will tell me the price of a flight is, for example, $150 round trip, but when I click "book flight", it gives me a pop-up saying the price of the flight has changed and is actually like $220. It does this constantly, and no amount of refreshing will cause it to display the correct prices while searching.

Absolute worst booking experience. I put in all of my information correctly. But when they booked the flight they put in a completely wrong birthdate including the year. Their app doesn't display information correctly either. When you type in the expiration date on your id it will not show the correct date. When you click to update it, it shows the correct date, so there's no way to actually update it to show the correct info.

App Used To Be Better. It had cool features like proximity search. The new interface is just okay. It's a little more confusing on how to set dates for travel, and a little easier to set one way vs return trips. It was always a little more expensive than Momondo but made up for that with an excellent fare calendar. My gut sense is the deals aren't as good as they used to be.

I had the worst experience booking through them , this is the first time I booked through kiwi , the connecting flight have communications , I was about to miss my connected flights. Forget about the luggage I have to pay for both the airlines for my luggage separately. The airlines don't take any responsibility if you miss the other flight or not. And you have to get boarding for at the airport again where u landed. Worst experience of travel. Never booking through them.

standard tickets, if you change the flight, turn into basic (saver) tickets. That wasn't very clear, so I lost the price of my ticket thinking I could change instead of just refunding it. After calling support, they didn't offer me any kind of reason to book with them again. No discount, no explanation of how good their service or product is, nothing. They didn't even express concern for my loss, or sympathize with my poor experience.

the worst app for traveling and tickets! it offers to find the cheapest flights but they sacrifice everything else. I bought a one way ticket from Texas to Germany with 2 layovers for $460. by the end of the trip I ended up paying close to a thousand. because I had to change airport 2 times in the same cities. and there was just no time to catch my flight one time. I totally recommend using a more reliable app, even if you have to pay little extra. it just doesn't worth the headache

Terrible, I found the kiwi app and first thought that it would be pretty amazing. I booked a trip with a few friends and that is where everything took a turn for the worst. It was easy to book the trip and for them to take your money but if you have any issues you will not receive any help! I called their only contact number for the United States which was an automated line that would not allow me to speak to anyone because it said my booking number did not exist! No other contact info!!!

Didn't have flights Google had. Couldn't lookup any location for car rental. It didn't know what Chicago was. Edit: this is not some kind of small issue. I installed it and the car rental search for starting and ending locations literally didn't function. No matter what I typed in. Also the flight options didn't show all the options I found when I just used Google's built in utility. I uninstalled. I'm not reinstalling to help you troubleshoot. Issues are big enough to find.

CON: I was booking a flight and in the middle of typing my card number the price of the ticket increased by $100. Same scenario, it increased again by $80 dollars. All within 3 minutes. The app will tell you they're not responsible for it. Either way once it increases, even if you've selected your ticket, the original price won't be honored. Not cool. PRO: After researching elsewhere I was still able to find the cheapest price for my trip.

The worst service there is. They left me stranded at an airport, and didn't help me at all with their calls, instead they kept on blaming me for the fact that I didn't use their flight cancellation/delay option, rather than helping me book another flight. Just told me that they can't do anything and only the flight service I used could be held responsible. Atrocious. Never again am I using this app. Also, this had happened nearly a year ago, meaning I didn't write it thoughtlessly. Bad co.

It used to be an amazing service, helping a lot to plan travels. Now, it just became incredibly expensive for no reason. I cannot share picture here, but for example, Kiwi offers me a flight for 260e that I find on the carrier website for 170e. Just why? And if a problem occured we dont have any help because the flight if bought for an operator. So... it's a big nope.

Please just book with the airline directly. I'm a physician, and needed to book a flight to my next assignment. I used this app for the first time, and realized I booked the wrong date couple of minutes after checking out. I immediately tried to contact customer service shortly after realizing my mistake. After several headaches, they ended up leaving with my $900. Avoid this app if you can. Not worth the extra savings.
