Fun game, but there's several bugs. Today 12/8, I see that a Christmas update was made overnight. I try to open the apps it gets stuck at loading half way. I restarted my phone, same thing. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall because then I'll lose all my progress (I've done this before, ugh). Also prior to the aforementioned issue, I have to restart the app several times when I finish a level because it won't advance me to the next one. Annoying. Also, the sensitivity of touch is buggy.

I've been playing on all different phones for years! It's addicting. I just hate the experience I've had on Android phones. App is completely updated but with the Halloween update, I still have the loading issue when I can even get to a level. Lately, I get a giant white pop up that covers most of the screen when I log in that you can't click off of. Haven't been able to play in days.

Before the update the game ws really fun. However, after the update, the pop-up menu kept dropping down every time I would click on a customer. I contacted the developer & ws advised tht this ws a new feature. I explained 2 them in so many words it ws disrupting the game. Since then, when I have tried to play, despite the issues, NOW everything gets stuck in a never-ending cue of pots and bowls stirring. I've had to exit twice and lose whatever I had in order to come out of it. Please fix this.

The game won't open and I had to send requests to my friends from my pc because they wouldn't get them from my phone. I got an upgrade notification but I couldn't upgrade. Supplies are used 10 at time is ridiculous! We'd play more if it didn't take so much time to re-up. 2022 Update: Still one of my favorite games. Supplies are now at a time. Coin requirement for equipment upgrades are high but I'll still play.

I recently started back playing after a very long hiatus due to some levels taking forever to pass due to the astronomical costs for ingredients and upgrades to equipment. I finally made it to "Coldcutta" just to be stuck yet again on level 526. After spending 250,000 coins on the upgrade to the meat cutter, which I had to work really hard to earn, Im again stuck because of the sandwich scale. Its so close to the refrigerated ingredients that Im constantly picking items I dont need! Please fix!

On many levels, it just ends, even if your guests have all their stars. Some guests run out of patience after 1 second. There are so many glitches in the game just designed to make you fail. Also, on some boards, you need a million coins to buy the right equipment, so you have to go replay levels for weeks to get enough to continue. This is every time you advance in later towns. It's impossible to just pass levels & keep going because there are too many roadblocks.

I've been playing this game for a very long time and love it. I had it on my tablet and at "chef academy 3" and started having problems with the game freezing up constantly. Got so frustrated with it I deleted it. I can only play it on my phone which is ok but not as good as on my tablet. This is the only game that does that. I wish the glitches and the freezing screens could be fixed.

Started having issues with opening level 473 on Aug 12, 2021 (same day as latest update). When opening the level, it stays on the loading screen and even though I can click on the loading screen, and hear the character move in the background, the screen doesn't load. When I close & reopen the app, it has used up my supplies for that failed attempt. Please correct this. Already sent an email yesterday to support, but no reply.

This goes for both Facebook and Mobile. The game has just turned into a money grab where you feel forced to buy premium items. Timed levels seem to have shorter patience than in previous versions, the controls are laggy, and why are basic items so expensive? Premium items as well seem just as slow as the "lower level" items. A really good game has turned in poop.

Absolutely love this game it's by far the best cooking game I've played but the only set back is that it's way to expensive to ever upgrade all your appliances to be as fast or even as best equipped as you need to be to ever be able to play the game at it's full potential. So for that reason I wudnt give it 5 stars. Also the game loads to slow and freezes up at times wasting groceries needed to play levels.

My last review was 5 YEARS AGO. This game has been a staple on every device I've had for years. I'm still in love with this game. My only complaint now is the ads after everything are annoying. I would actually pay for a no ads upgrade. Then, some of the level challenges are just unattainable without grinding for at least a month. That takes the fun out of it.

New review and rating: 2 1/2 stars cause I hate that there's no way to save my progress w/o signing into Facebook, but there's a way to advance to new towns w/o it. I no longer use social media so it sucks when I switch phones and have to start from the beginning every time, and I'd made it very far in the game. It's very frustrating to lose all that progress. Makes me not want to play anymore.

This game has a lot of issues. For one, even if you have the same FB account linked to both the app version and the desktop version, it sometimes syncs the two, but most of the time it doesn't, and accessing one will mess up any stats on the other, in terms of cash, coins, groceries, at the top. Also I switch between the two cause a lot of the time, the mobile app is just not that responsive. I have issues quite a bit where I click/press something and nothing happens.

Update: I still like the game. Since some of the bugs have been fixed I like it even more. The game does still freeze often time in pause. I have lost lots of groceries when I have had to close and restart the app. Other than, that I really enjoy the added quest and stamp collection. When I am waiting on the next gate to open it gives me an added challenge. 9/15/15 Liked it now im not quite sure. I have been trying to load the game for the pass three days and I just keep getting the spinning bowl. I was never able to connect Facebook with the app so I would really hate to uninstall and reinstall and lose my progress. Unfortunately it is now a useless app taking up space on my phone.

This game is a sneaky fraud who tries to force play moves and has multiple glitches. It starts off fine but as the levels reach higher it acts crazy. This game refused me to play anymore levels after level 14 because I would not make a purchase with real money... Credit 💳 or Debit card to buy money and coins. It's okay sometimes to get a bit more but not if you are going to be forced to do so by being given the options of: "Take it or leave it"!!! Some nerve.

I've loved this game for YEARS but the new update comes with lots of glitches. The X button doesn't work so you have to leave the level after you look up a recipe, losing your supplies. For some reason, if you click on an ingredient, you have to click multiple times or it picks up an item close to it, losing so much time. I hate to say I'm finally done playing this game. It used to be a moment of peace playing this game, now it's so frustrating getting through a simple level

Was playing for a long time, when all of a sudden the game will not load. It is stuck on the loading page for 10 minutes and I cannot get to actual game play. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, but it still won't work. I submitted a ticket via their email, and all I got was a generic message that they are working on it... When will I be able to play this game again? Update - the issue has been fixed! Thank you!!

Great and fun to play, but, unfortunately, I am re-editing this review because this game has been freezing, at the start of load up to the game, it always gets stuck in on the loading screen, but almost never loads. This game would be much more tolerable and fun if the developers kept up with maintenance for this game. Please, look into this problem. Thank you.

I forgot how much I loved this game on Facebook until I came across it on Google Play store. Here's some reasons I'm over it (again) My issues are 1) way too glitchy- if it freezes I just lost 7 supplies I can't get back and the supplies take WAY to long to refill to keep players interested (why I quit in the first place) 2) freezing- I made a purchase for 20 minutes unlimited supplies and instantly froze could not start any level I will update as soon as my support ticket does

Update 062224: too many glitches still! Games kicks me out! Spending actual money on this game and yet I'll lose out on building money or scoring stats because I'll get kicked out. Also why keep telling us to email the issue when many of us are saying what the issue is. Too many glitches, times it takes long to load game. One of my favorite games but it needs a haul! Update: 42024 loading issues again! And now they added ads after every level you play! Ugh! Bad enough it has loafing issues!
