Sucks that you only get a small amount of coins each day to read. Each book starts free with 3 or 4 chapters before the coins kick in. You get some when you check in daily and for the amount of time you spend reading but that taps out quickly. Good if you only want short reads per day, sucks when you are a book worm like me who can read a whole book when it's good. Check to see if the book is a series, then look for the consolidated book. 7 books vs. 1 continuous one. That way it's in order

The stories are so good, but, as a fast reader, it's so frustrating to constantly have to pay 99 cents per chapter. The chapters are so short and there's easily over 20. I could purchase a hardback book at barnes and nobles much cheaper than that. This app isn't what I expected. Not to mention, it advertised as free on fb. Most definitely not free.

Love this app for passing time and when I can't have a physical book in my hand. I just wish the "read rewards" was still actual minutes read and not unlocking chapters. Other than paying for it, it now takes days to gather enough coins to unlock chapters. There is an option to watch an ad to get extra coins but the ads are never available to watch.

I love most of the stories on here. I give it a 4 because the app doesn't always give me, my coins. You look at my history i should currently have 10. I only have 5. This has happened multiple times, from watching the ads to get coins. Also i feel that the chapters should be the same coins throughout the book. Such as all 7 coins, or whatever. Instead it bounces from 4 to 12.

The first couple chapters on Facebook reeled me in, but quickly realized I had to pay to unlock each chapter and some chapters cost different than others and there's no one price for the whole story anywhere. I'm going to use up the coins I bought and then move on. Not interested in not knowing what it will cost to complete a story and having to unlock each chapter one at a time if I want to know what I'm paying. Plus, you can't download it, so I couldn't finish it on the plane.

Too expensive! The app won't let you see how many coins are needed to buy all the available chapters because they don't want you to realize how expensive it ultimately is. For example, I just saw a price of $50 for 1500 coins. However, there are 752 chapters and the book isn't even finished yet! Comments and reviews mention poor editing, lots of repetition, and a circular plot that's not close to resolution. Also accusations of plagiarism with minor character name changes etc.

Stupid expensive. 3 coins for checking in. 1 coin per video. Ridiculous. Other reading apps give you way more coins and opportunities. And I found the whole book for free online. Lots of ads but I don't have to pay a dime. And this app is charging 15 dollars for 500 coins...sorry, not sorry, already deleted from my phone. Just ANOTHER ripoff!

I've only been using the app for about 2 months. Since I started, the Reading Rewards has disappeared on me twice. I've done what they tell me to do: send screen shots, uninstall, reinstall, check for updates, and restart my phone. Now, I'm being told that they don't believe me and to take video of me restarting my phone and bringing up the app to show proof that the reward box is missing. How do you take video and restart your phone at the same time? The app is not worth all of this hassle.

I used to love this app. It had daily log-in rewards and rewards for reading for certain periods of time. I noticed that I have not been able to tap the "reading rewards" section anymore... I'm hoping that it is just an update error with the coding so I'm willing to stick around for a month more. Otherwise, chapter prices are too high and are not worth buying coins for. Hope it gets fixed soon or they lose me as a customer.

Takes too long to get reading rewards Sometimes you can only read one chapter a day! Made changes, much much better! Now it's easier to get rewards but they take them away if you don't use them immediately! I'm really busy yesterday had time to view ads collect bonuses that's it. Today I have time to read and half the bonuses are gone! I collected them, they're mine!

⚠️ Dodged a bullet! Read the comments in the first free chapters of the app and everyone was saying don't waste your time or money, because they bought coins and the chapters were extremely short and that the story just goes in circles. Also, the "bonus coins" apparently can't be used to purchase chapters. Some of the books on the app can be bought cheaper elsewhere. So, thank you everyone for that. I will definitely heed the warning ⚠️ 🙂

There are only two things I don't like about this ap. It is difficult to earn enough diamonds to read a story in its entirety and there is only a yearly subscription offered. Second stories get taken away; even if you're still reading them. I love everything else a out it. Good stories, easy to customize your reading of them, and it's easy to navigate the site.

Found a story I wanted to read. Enjoying it so far, but have to "earn" or buy more coins. . Although I kind of like the idea of only doing a chapter or two in case I don't like the story, when you get into one it would be nice to have the option to pay outright for the story. I would also like to be able to turn the pages instead of only being able to continuously scroll.

I love these damn books and props to the writers but I'd rather buy the book as a whole than to keep having to buy coins for chapters...its a little too much like being 10 again, and on a roll with an arcade game that keeps stopping you to put in another damn quarter just to keep going lol. Frustrating and inconvenient no offense. I'm the type of reader that gets into a book and doesn't stop reading it till it's done if I'm lucky lol

Received a "reply" to my previous review. A canned response that I see on several others that completely ignores that they STOLE MY MONEY. No refund. No access to the book. They say they are special because you can buy as little of the book as you want in case you dont like. Have you heard of a free sample? I lost $7 trying to finish a book I found on google play for $3.99!! After a $3 book credit I paid $0.99. Im at the point of lodging complaints with the platforms and my credit card company.

Updating review. I gave it another chance after a few months. It will still each a few coins, but nowhere near as many as before. Be aware during "sales" that you need to get through all the first 3 free chapters before you buy the bundle because if you do that in chapter 1, the 10 chapters you buy are 2-9. It doesn't do this weird math for titles not on sale, so decide if that's what you want to do based on the sale amount. The app is... Fine. Very few books with noticable errors

I loved (yes, past tense) this app. So much! I have read so many fun and entertaining stories. I decided it was worth spending some money on. That's where things took a nasty turn. The ability to watch ads for chapters disappeared. The daily ads you would watch for coins to collect dropped down to 8 a day (one coin per ad), the amount of "cool down time" before the next ad quadrupled (from 15 sec to 1 min), and the bonus coins I got from my subscription purchase in no way compensates. Frustrated

I have found a few good stories, BUT not enough for me to pay, and it's VERY difficult to earn coins. This is the only app I've dealt with that rewards you 1 coin for watching a video advertisement. My other apps give 5 coins minimum and increase from there. Then, the daily tasks are ridiculous, and having to click on random ads but not always receive the reward. Seriously, I'm considering deleting the app WITHOUT finishing the stories I've started.

Can't even get bonus points by watching ads, I couldn't give it less than a a star. I've tried different games for points. Anything past 20 total points, you can forget about it my most recent was 8/2024. It's rigged, don't download any games for extra points. Not worth the time. If you like the novels you read, just stick to the original bonus point system

The VIP $9.99/mo with 3-day trial did NOT work!! Couldn't open/unlock any chapters in any books!! Basically, stuck where the initial (free) intro chapters ended, kept telling us to buy more coins despite already signed up with the VIP subscription! ..Useless! ..Waste of time! Will cancel everything and delete this lame app --> won't be reading from this app again. Don't care for this level of gimmick and hassle, not worth it, there are better book apps to choose from.
