Very pathetic service, no customer support is available to help, as I want to purchase bundle am trying to purchase since morning but unable to purchase it, and it is showing that transaction decline, when I used to connect with customer support it shows that web page is not available. Why should I paly this game if there is no better customer support whenever we need. Bloody hell I love playing strategy game but because of such services I am losing interest. Bad very bad, pathetic.

After playing continuously for 11 days. Here is my detailed review. * Ads free * No long waiting times for constructions, research es. * Whatever you do, you will be rewarded everytime and it is a plentiful reward. * You can see the real progress. * Each time you feel you are getting bored with this games, there will be a new type of discovery you will unlock and will make you dive in more and more. * No forced pushes for purchases. * A must try game if you are looking for COC alternative

Don't play this game it's full of bugs and many players are complaining when there's an issue trying to get hold of Kingdom Adventures saga (Kas) it's hard to speak to them several times I have tried to get hold of Google play store customer service but one one answer the phone or say we are closed,they send you an email but you can't reply to so a game full of bugs no contact number can't get hold of the development Kas however there's an email address but it Comes back saying not found

Thankyou for your reply, as you told me to report my issue in game. I am not able to contact you there, when i navigate to contact us and click it, nothing happens. Help me. i am writing this message to make you aware that chapter 12 is still not completed for me and for some users. This happend maybe because I opened the game without updating it, it showed me blink on chapter 12 to click it to complete. But nothing happened. Later when I updated the game, i am still facing the issue.

Worst game I have played, there ar wno proper help for newbies to get to know what are the features and all and today suddenly my kingdom switched place into my enemy territory and I got attacked and lot troops and resources, but the main problem is there is no place to report this.

hi developer. hopefully in the next update. the troops if possible separate and not mixed. single infantry, cavalry, archer, catapult. not mixed. because the heroes are ugly and weak. and hopefully there is no charge for posting the picture, it's free. I also wish all our colleagues in state 1, state 2, state 3. Thank you.

Buildings at boundary area are not accessible. You can not touch them, you can not update them. My game progress is almost stopped from last month due to this issue. I have reported this issue multiple times to support, but they keep saying that if issue is resolved, we will inform you. And after sometime, they close complaints without providing solutions.

I have played a little I still of alot to play I highly recommend however my problem is that u can't combine city gates with walls and I don't know how to get walls to build but I highly recommend it especially if u like games that have timers until u getting attacked but I lost the second attack and it hasn't showed up again and o don't think it will also I would like it to be a mixed of frozen city and rise of empire also theirs no real area to go and give ur feedback and suggestions

I was thoroughly enjoying this game until the last update.. lost my game can't load, and yes I made a purchase too, now I can't even open it to start fresh, I emailed the contact given above but the email is returned as undelivered, would have given this game 4 stars but the fact that I've lost my game and my money reduces it to a zero. Is the a scam or a serious glitch, π€ I don't know because I xant contact anyone. Starting to think scam ??

Love this game and have played on despite the bugs and glitches but you can't progress pass City Hall 10 - the upgrade requires your Stone Warehouse to be upgraded but this unit doesn't become available until City Hall 11 ... the Devs, in a ticket reply, have confirmed they know this is a problem π€·π»ββοΈ ... hope devs can get a fix soon π Edit: tbf, Devs fixed this problem quickly and rating adjustedππ»and I've just downloaded update and game won't load ... and now I give up, shame 07/08/23

Nice game to play. But as soon you above level 10 it takes for ever to level up. Cause you virtualy have to upgrade nearly each building. Am at 18 now and the amount of time and rss is needed is unbelievable. Due to that you cant realy progress in the game. Cause you got to be realy carefull how and on wot you spend rss After the last update you made on the 3th of november. You realy messed the game up. Makes no sens anymore of troops and hero setup. And than look at the amount of rss you need.

I am looking for a game like this for a long time, it has a nice graphics and a huge map. But as I progess in the game I encountered a lot of bugs, like a task to hunt a monster that cannot be found, because of this I am still stuck in chapter 12. However, I am still giving this game a 4 star to motivate the developers to fix this game.

The game was really awesome but the thing we are stuck at chapter 12 the points where many of friends too. It says rally on the world map to attack monsters. When we click it is not even redirecting or telling us what to do. Stuck at this stage. I have also tried contacting you but there is no perfect option to select and ask about the game issue. Please make it easier or give a separate option which is easy for every lord. Hope it will rectified soon. I have already rallied war elephant but....

Very disappointed to this newly update the research at the academy is back to the beginning. And the commander que is back to one? Whats happen to all our efforts now ? Even the heroes change a lot. We pick our hero bec. Of their category like barbarian gather archer. You've change it lot . The badge is hard to get so we pick wisely of whose hero we need to upgrade. All our sets is pointless now.. lots of players are disappointed. πππ. This game is not recommendable anymore.. money maker....

Played this game for the past 5 days. Its got the usual gather, build a base and conquer game aspects plus I enjoyed the visuals. So for that 2 stars. The thing that ruins this game are all the glitches and there are a lot, e.g. screen blurrs and you suddenly have 2 of everything, you send army out to farm but on screen you see its still standing next to your castle or my personal favourite the few second delay when tap anything. To top it all of some annoying game features got on my nerves.

Very disappointed with the latest update and will highly recommend to stay away from this game. Spent lot of money on upgrades. Every time I log in noticed something not working. A long list from technology research, commander troops formation and commander ability formation. Dragon upgrades not showing. Building upgrade showing same timer after 2 days of upgrading and lot more. Day by day developers forcing different tactics to suck out more money from players but not improving the game play. (

So far the updates are becoming better. However, there are still quite a lot of bugs that needs to be fixed. Also, the dust needed in research is kind of problematic. There is a scarcity of dust among players, so I suggest you add more ways for players to get it such as killing barbarians or whatever ways you can think of. Hopefully in the coming updates these suggestions will be considered. Thank you!

I hope you will minimize limiting the building of wall and pathways. What I noticed everytime I built some walls and pathways once I cancelled it, I cant build anymore even though I didn't reach the limit yet. And I hope you will the functions that allows building to rotates, wherever we would like it to face its direction. Lastly, this game really great keep up the good work.

The multiplayer feature and alliance system in particular are good thus far. Although I wish they could have designed the workers a little differently, I really enjoy the graphic design of the people and structures. Even though I occasionally run into glitches, I merely restart the game in the hopes that they will be fixed because generally, I truly enjoy it. It differs significantly from the previous generation's normal strategy games.

Frustrating. This game is as buggy as ever you can send out marches that bring nothing in return there are items not received chests that open empty and stay open. The bonus is the tickets and draw keys that buggy out but they never forget to take your items for missed draws so ya 10 at a time thanks. Edit thanks for returning the items that were lost with that being said it's still buggy as ever but improving
