I really don't like sudoku apps that tell you when you make a mistake and you can't turn that feature off. I think it can be good for newer players but becomes a crutch. I thought this was a neat idea, but having the mistake bean counters running all the time is just a drag. When the whole puzzle falls apart because you made a mistake early is the consequence of mistakes not the mistake counter.

Hi, undo the latest updates please, I want the old number font back. Also having the hints highlighted as well when I pick a number is obnoxious. I used to find this game relaxing (and the killer mode gives me a nice challenge, which I appreciate), but I just CANNOT STAND the layout updates. Seriously, isn't there a way that I can roll them back??? You know what? Go eat literal human excrement for all these irritating changes-- I'm deleting this app from my phone. I could use the memory space.

I love this app but I am seriously thinking of uninstalling it, because some of the ads come on with loud sound that disturbs others. Eventually these sound ads display a little speaker that one can switch off the sound. But the speaker symbol is never in the same place. Sometimes top right, sometimes bottom left, or anywhere on the screen. The app needs to rein in the advertisers, or customers like me will just leave and you will never know why. Your survey didn't allow room for comments.

At first I thought this game was just okay, but once I messed around with the settings and learned the features then started playing on the hard level I found it to be an extremely enjoyable challenge for both small computations and short-term memory. It's quite brain-healthy in an anti-Alzheimer's kind of way. Ok, I'm only in my mid-life, but never to soon to start the brain exercises -- I mean, why not, especially when it's so recreational! Thanks for this app! My 100% fav game!!

Used to be a great game, but since the last update, too many very aggressive ads that keep capturing the screen and redirect to play store to install other app (even when in the middle of a game). Too many misleading close buttons on ads that again and again keep taking you to install other apps. Too much force to allow notifications, etc. It was my only go to game for a long time but I guess I'll have to find an alternative now after such an aggressive marketing pitch.

Love the game, HATE the ads. I wouldn't mind a short ad between games. But you finish a game, watch an ad. Choose the next game, watch an ad before you can start the game. Is it necessary to watch TWO ads to play ONE game? I would rate much higher if you got rid of the damn ads. *UPDATE Developer responds you can end an ad after 5 seconds. Not true. Some are 30 seconds and you can't get out of them. What's REALLY bad now is there are ads you CAN'T get out of and you have to exit the game. UGH!

Decent game. Could definitely use more contrast to help distinguish which cell you are in. However what really bothers me is that they keep running fraudulent ads that open a browser window when you click on the "X" to close it (the latest one was for weight loss gummies). Then I get instant "malicious site" warnings. I will come back when they stop running fraudulent ads and I can safely enjoy the game.

It's so touchy! Often I'll tap on one cell n the number will be put on the one next to it. Most annoying about that is when it thinks you tapped on a set number it has a pop up explaining that you can't. N when you make a mistake on one the notes that were on it are not returned so you have to redo those notes. I gave it a try. But it's way too touchy for me.

Excellent. Great personalized UI. Great controls. They hit every checkmark in a Sudoku game, although I haven't tried the battles yet. Ads, but not tons of them, not intrusive, not in the middle of a level! I still bought ad-free, because I wanted to support this developer, and I've spent real money on maybe a half a dozen apps in the last decade. Highly Recommend

Good game, but button layout is mediocre. Every time I've used a hint and the majority of my mistakes are because of mistaps. The number buttons are too close together and the hunt button is easy to accidentally tap on the way back to a rest position. If you're left handed you'll have less issues. The ads aren't too intrusive, but I wish they'd filter some out. Some are double and triple close ads with false x buttons.

I just uninstalled this app. For some reason since the beginning of the year the daily puzzles have all been set to expert level and I haven't found any way to change that. Expert level every once in a while is great... not every single day. It's quite discouraging seeing my mistakes in the teens and twenties every. single. day. I have contacted them in game and no response. Going to find another soduko app...uninstalled!!!

This is exactly what I want... EXCEPT: say I fat-finger a 4 instead of a 5, or I miss the pencil button and make an actual entry when I just wanted to make a note, or jeepers, if I actually make a mistake, the game immediately tells me, "no, that's wrong," or, "yes, that's right." At that point, the app is solving the puzzle for me, and I'm no longer having fun. I can turn off "lose after three mistakes," but I wish I could turn off, "show mistakes at all," and check for mistakes when I'm done.

I really enjoy the game itself. What I despise are the ads, and tricks used to make people misclick on ads or struggle to close ads. There is no way to stop them from making SOUND (and quite annoying sounds). The mute and close buttons on ads are also increasingly hidden, which feels quite shady and misleading. I get that ads are a necessary evil, but the developer's behavior is making me stop using the app. It does not encourage me to reward them by paying. (The cost is also much too high.)

Great idea, challenging game. The turnoff is all the ads you have to sit through. At the beginning and end of each game. You can subscribe to turn off the ads for a limited time. Then they charge your card repeatedly until you remember to cancel the subscription. I'm going back to the sudoku app that I've already got that doesn't continue to gouge me for money.

The game WAS relaxing as well as challenging. HOWEVER, today's update causes the screen to be TOO BUSY. The highlighting of the targeted segment is very distracting; put in an option for intensity and color of the highlighting. My screen is too small (5 X 2.5") for the new features so I am putting my participation ON HOLD -- perhaps permanently.

Good game - I play often. Two things I'd like to see addressed: I often hit the wrong number 'cuz I'm fat-fingered! Not sure what adjustment you can make but if your geniuses ( 😏 ) could come up with something, I'd be grateful. Also, If possible, move the little on/off button above the "hint" button. Again, fat-fingered!

I always ran backward from Sudoku because I thought it was too difficult. Now, with this game, I love it. I'm not the best or the fastest, but I love the challenge! Update Mar 2024: OK, so I did love this game, NOW SO MANY ADS it has become almost unbearable!!! Took away stars because of it. Sorry, Dudes, may have to uninstall if I find another with fewer interruptions.

I love this game. My only issue is the ads. I expect ads in a free game, but the placement of them is bad. I don't mind them between levels, but I don't want them interrupting in the middle of a puzzle. I loss my spot on the puzzle or my thoughts on what I was about to do. It's extremely annoying on expert levels when it takes so long to find my next answer and then BAM, another ad. sometimes it's several ads before I can find my next move. I'd give it 5 stars if ads were kept between levels.

I've been playing this game for 2 or 3 years now and it is my absolute favorite! I personally only play the expert level, so the monthly challenges aren't my thing because most of the challenges are too easy. Still, I love this game. I wish they had more boards for the expert level because, after playing for as long as I have, I recognize most of the boards and remember a few of the answers.

I love Sudoku. Unfortunately this game, just like so many others, has too many ads. I should not have to watch an ad after playing a level, then see my results, pick next level and be subjected to another ad before I can play that level. Maybe if everyone and their mommas didn't create the exact games and just made one good game, they wouldn't have to use ads as an excuse keeping it free.
