You are working good. This was my first time to order product from you and you proved right. I like and will keep on ordering through you. I am an artist but I haven't seen acrylic colours in bigger container other than tubes. Secondly, big brushes and bigger pallet knives. Also sculpturing tools needed. Product like herbs, please tell us proper size of containers so that when l order I know exactly the amount I am ordering. Other wise you are very good.

Shopping on this app is good especially tracking system and delivery of some products ordered. However there is need to improve on shipping and delivery of mobile phones because they take too long to leave China.

I have a complain about this app. I ordered an item over a month ago and to date I haven't received it. Recently, I got a notification in the message section that the item has been signed as received. I replied back to inform that I haven't received but upto now no communication. Customer support is not working. There is no contact to make complain

It's a good app but it's need improvement in updates when you change the pickup station without telling or giving update to people it's very hard to find out where is the office now, Ndola Zambia 🇿🇲

Extremely disappointed with the customer service experience in Rwanda. I made a payment for an order, but it never reflected in the system. Despite reaching out for support repeatedly over the course of almost a month, I received no assistance or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable.

Bad app takes longer days than expected to deliver items and their service centers don't even respond to your messages and it is actually terrible

You people have been very bad to me.my app went off and refused to open since that day I also forgot my password I tried all possible means to recover it ...I have bought 9+ items which I can't go for because the information to get the items is on the account... If am able to get my items am done with this app ..I trusted kikuu more then any app but I disappointed me all the money used in buying the items can't just go waste 😭😭😭😭

So far it's simple and straightforward. The only issue I had was that when I registered my account, the wrong details were attached to my account. This resulted in one case of my parcel being delivered to a wrong person. Also sometimes the product is not as awesome as advertised . Otherwise, it's great!

Worse service ever, I bought things to be shipped to cameroon,not only was the delay extremely retarded but I tried contact the service provider in my region but they didn't reply me back when I asked for help. Please don't use this stupid app

They have the most incompetent customer service ever. Don't pick calls and intentionally switch off their lines. I do not recommend for anyone to purchase from them until they change positively

Good but my issue is after updating the app a few days ago, it asked me for a password but after that, the items I have bought and are in transit cannot be found in that part of the app indicating in transit. I need a solution to this. Thank you.

Sell fake products, take months to deliver them and then refuse any returns. The kikuu business model. Was a first time buyer with recommendation from a friend but this app is not worth anyone's time.

This is the worse shopping online app I've ever seen, avoid them. You will order am item, it will never be delivered,no way to contact them.. WhatsApp number is not on WhatsApp.no one to reach to ask questions.over three months i ordered items 😭😭😭😭😭, Updating my review.. this is July 15 2024,I am still yet to receive my order for almost a year now.. this is confirmed to be a scam application pls don't come nigh

Very bad experience 😕 2 orders, 1 confirmed but not delivered, 0 refund and plenty explanations. I would even say it is a scam To relate a bit of the unconfirmed order, it was done since may 1st, two items but even after sending payment proof to the customer service/support as requested, the payment is not confirmed and so is the order. This is the second bad experience with kikuu

somethings especially shoes are very poor in quality, other products differ from what sellers display as product photos shown in app. Like when you want to buy earphones, you will see that in the package they are two earphones, but only one reaches you. or you buy, seeing the product as good quality, but when you get it, you regret a reason why you spend ur money it. The app also doesn't allow person to talk to a seller, so he/she can buy after getting information about what she/he wants to buy.

Most of your prices are good and i love the fact that i can contact the seller when buying in bulk, but want i don't like is I'll have to return the item to your office which is far off instead of the rider in my area picking it up when approved , or you should get a rider to go round and pick return items , because i buy items wait for weeks before it comes only for it to be faulty and I'll have to take it all the way to your office as if I've nothing doing, you even give 3 days ultimatum

I've had a great experience with Kikuu. The app is user-friendly, and I love the variety of products available. Shipping was fast, and the quality of my purchases exceeded my expectations. The customer service team is responsive and helpful. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely be shopping on Kikuu again.

The items are generally as shown in pictures and good quality. The prices are also quite affordable on most products. You can also find some unique things. My only issue is around clothes. They can be a hit or miss and tend to run small. I otherwise like this online shop. ps: items are coming from far so patience is needed.
