Hi, The app for Kids footlocker, Champs, Foot action are not allowing us to submit entries. It is not even listing stores. It's like that for all of my family members who have an android device. It has worked for those that have an iPhone. I have sent an email and it just say address not found. How is that possible. I went online and sent email to customer support and they said they will look into it. This is beyond frustrating.

I been trying to add shoes to my cart and it says product cannot be added. Then I picked a random shoe it goes in cart but as I'm continuing shopping its giving me a time limit to buy product. This is so frustrating especially when its not many styles to chose from in store. And I can't even shop online on the app.

App lacks easy access to heart ❤ shoes and add to my list. App lacks my list altogether and only offers cart unlike website. I only downloaded the app because the website lagged so I thought the app would be more up to date and be more an ease of use but it's not. App is outdated which is an inconvenience especially during holidays and birthdays so kids can easily add shoes they like to their list for me, family and friends to choose from. App is useless for me as it lacks the list feature.

This app, along with foot locker & champs apps all give the same effing error!!! I spent almost an hour deleting and re-downloading the apps to try and confirm a reservation last week... only to finally get in and out be expired! I spend too much money in these stores along with everybody else complaining for our money not to be fixing this issue! Fix this $%!T already!

Super annoying that error code that everyone's talking about but if you uninstall the app and then reinstall agree to the gps location and notifications it should work I've had to uninstall and install everytime I got that error code and it worked....hope this helps people trying to put in entries.... THIS IS SUPER ANNOYING THEY NEED TO FIX THIS.

it used to work just fine ive had the app a little over a year now, then it stopped working. after i uninstalled and re-download it, it continues to tell me it needs the updated version. I have continued to try to re-download it with no luck

After a good while it won't let you log in it said your password is invalid but if you uninstall and install it, it starts to work, barely found that out after I changed my password like 3 times.

Every time there's time for a raffle, the app acts up. I think it's very ridiculous and unfair.

Every time I open the app, it logs me out of my account, losing my entire cart. Won't let me sign in. Has misspellings on their basic categories. It's like it's hacked every night.

It continues to say unexpected errors for the last year I don't understand if it needs an update or what. But i can't see my orders or anything.

My notifications are turned on, but yet I never receive any. Several of my in store reservations expired because I never got notifications that they existed. It's hard enough trying to get the release pages to load, then I waste extra points for extra headstarts, just to turn around and not be able to make a purchase because it expired. This definitely needs to be corrected.

It has happen multiple times that if I did actually win a sneaker drop I never get a notification and when I went on the app it says I didnt confirm in time they are offering the sneaker to someone else. Oh and how hard it was to put in the entry for the sneaker in the first place. The app keeps giving a error message closes. You have to keep reopening it. So annoying. Get it together. Especially since the App is the only was to reserve. The website directs you to the app which sucks. 😒😒

This website and app SUCKS!!!! Wish I could give it a -0. I have been trying to log in to my account for months now on different devices and continue to receive "error occurred". Decided to download the mobile app and still receive the same error message. This makes absolutely no sense at all. SUCKS as all outdoors. This need to be fixed, repaired, re-done or something, because at this time it is useless to me. I am not sure about others, but I have been having this issue for months w/Footlocker

The Kidd Footlocker app has been consistently frustrating for the past two years. Every time I try to reserve a shoe, it asks for an authorized user. I have to clear data and sign back in for it to work. This issue persists and needs attention. It's disappointing that Kids Footlocker hasn't resolved it yet. This constant inconvenience makes the app almost unusable. I hope they address this problem soon. Can't recommend the app due to its unreliable performance.
