Purchased "Disable Ads" but Ads were not removed. Didn't receive a response from developer. Requested refund.

We paid for this game to get rid of the ads and we are still getting the ads. The ad bar at the bottom of the screen is gone, but we still get ads that pop up on the screen in between tasks.
