Your family can share their location, for example you can know where your child is when he left school. You can receive automatic notification when he arrives on its place.
In GPS locator you can create separate circles for family. You will see them in your private account, on a separate map.
Access to each circle is possible only by special invitation.
In GPS locator you can:
- add family members to your private account
- create circles for private groups
- create places-geofences and receive automatic notifications that a child has left or arrived at a place (e.g., a school)
- browse the location history for today and yesterday
- manage the rights of users in your account
- hide or show your location to other users
- see where a traceable phone might have gotten lost
- the child can send an SOS signal in a difficult situation to all members of the circle
You can always be in touch with your family and take parental control of your children
You can create any circle for family and use it anytime or delete it when you don't need it.
To get automated alerts when your kid arrives somewhere, create Places (Geo fences), such as School and Home. When your kid enters or leaves these areas, your phone receives a notification.
Parents can see their child's movements online and always be sure they're all right. If a child gets lost or gets into a difficult situation, he can use the SOS button to send a help alert.
In the Premium-version:
- possibility to create unlimited number of circles and places
- the ability to add unlimited number of users to each circle
- movement and battery history during 2 weeks (instead 2 days in free).
- Blackbox feature - recording of geodata when Internet is off
To provide precise coordinates, the phone must have Location service enabled. Enabled Wi-Fi increases accuracy to 10-40 meters and works indoors. GPS location has accuracy of 10-50 meters, only outdoors.
When GPS tracking and Wi-Fi location are turned off or not available, KidControl family locator determines phone's location by LBS coordinates of GSM towers.
KidControl is not a spying or secret surveillance solution and the app can not be installed remotely or secretly. To join this service user has to install the app himself and enter the invitation code from the inviting user.
Users have the option to stop sharing location for some time or log out from an account or completely delete the app.
The app is visible in programs. Users can share location only inside one account.

This new update is not for using. Old version was very good, and I loved it. Now I hate this app,what can I say? So many functions don't exist now, (ex. I can't see if the child is connected to network, only battery). Change it like it was before in old version and I will change my review also. Unacceptable!

Using this app for more like 3 4 years...but with the new app..the concept is good and when app works it doesit perfeclty and giving the exact location because ive tested it..but its like the app is chosing when to work and when to stop..its frustrating like 3 hours works perfeclty and other 3 4 hours doesnt show anything..if you can stable it would be really good..also imrpove youtr ui mates

I got the "Premium" (2016 - 2018) because the application is good and our support is essential to the developer in order to make it better and better. Lately I noticed your updates are towards to the right direction. I am sure soon(!) we will enjoy "real time" capabilities... Simplicity is the "key"! Keep up the good work Alex.! Now January 2023, this application is much improved and happily I continue to use as since many years so far.!

I got the payed version from the begining. Using it for couple of weeks and it's just stopped working. Authorization error appeared and can not log in. Fortunately the team fixed the issue for a day or two and now it's back again. Overall very good app and it's doing what is suppose to do.

Worked for about 3 days and now just keeps crashing. Previous version wasn't broke, don't know why they decided to move to a complete new design. This one loses a lot of features that the last offered. Going to life360 I guess. So much for the paid premium version being worth anything.

Every time the Android System updates, all the app settings are changed. Searching for child only shows outdated locations. If child doesn't happen to start program at their end, which is often the case, parent cannot see their current location. The app should be made change-resistant if operating system is updated.

The older version was better it was working well why change it. Looks like the developer is not taking note of all the complaints..???? I used to be able to get a notification when my wife left home and work and she could see me as well. Now she can't track me and even when she is at work it shows she is at home. What is going on?????hasn't logged on for the last 29 days USELESS.

Used to work brilliantly. Even paid for the membership. However, been logged out recently and can't back in. Only option it gives me is via google. Been in touch with developers but no reply. It's like the server has been turned off. However, I can log in on the ios version no problem.

Very poor...I have bought the premium version for a lifetime. But since the last update a few months ago it will only give me access to the free version. I have tried to restore the purchase to no avail and i have messaged and emailed over half a dozen times to support. But no one answers and it still isn't fixed. It used to be very good... give me back my premium and you will get more stars.

Worked for 2 years, now it sucks real bad (paid version). App starts with an error and never starts up completely anymore. Tried to get support for more than 3 weeks now, but total radio silence. If i install and logon with a new account (free version) it works fine. Very reluctant to try and get premium under that account because i am afraid that after paying the new account will stop working also. Even tried the support function from the working free version, also no reaction whatsoever.

Before the update, the app was great. I paid for the premium version, but can't access the premium version of the new one, and I'm not paying the ridiculous price they want. Free version only allows 2 people and 2 locations, which is useless, and it doesn't work- hasn't for my family, anyway. Reached out for support but didn't get a reply.

Have had this app for a number of years an had new premium version since 2022. Stopped opening on my phone over a week ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it will not open, just loops. Also I can not sign or even attempt to sign in unless it's via Google. I signed up with a non-google account originally. I can't see my children and they can't see me. Have reported it, but not fixed. The app is great when it works, but useless at present.

I used this for years and it worked great most of the time. That's why I bought premium. Then after a year or two one of my phones (Samsung Galaxy S10) stopped updating it's locati. After phone reboot and app restart it woul start updatin, but only for a few days, then it stops updating again. Today, I tried opening the app and I can't even login - it loads indefinitely, no errors no nothing . Blue line keeps going left to right trying to log me in forever. This app turned into junk. Do not buy.

I USED to count on this app for my family. Now with this new update it's complete TRASH! The last location update was 12 hours ago!!! How is that helpful and I can't refresh etc to get a more recent location. How is this better. The old version was so much better! I never had to worry about where my son was, if he was taken to a restricted area etc I'd get an alert. But with a 12+ hour refresh it's useless. Either fix the issues or refund us so we can get a better option.

I've been very irritated with this the last few months. We had paid for this, forgot about it, and paid again under another account because we thought maybe that was why it was messing up. We have 5 people linked and all of us are experiencing errors and cannot locate each other. We all have authorization errors popping up. We've wasted so much time installing, uninstalling, trying to set up, resetting our phones, etc and it's still not working 😫

Tried to install on all our devices. Won't work at all now. Keep getting a message saying authorization error. Now won't load on ANY devices. I paid for a lifetime subscription. Can't use anything now. What a joke. I thought paying for a service meant you could use it. Super annoyed. Now I can't track a tablet that needs to be watched. Guess I have to find another service and pay for that one.

App updated, became "kid control circles". Missing black box tracking and several other features. Randomly stops updating locations, even with all power savings and app killers off. Worked so well before- I swear it's a different app now! No response to emails for help. Can't access account I created with with email address, only Google. So I lost my lifetime premium I subscription, all my circles of family and saved places.

HATE the new update!! Not as reliable. No options to label (with icons). No options to add pictures of people.. Slow. Refresh is ... Impossible. GPS is very, very slow, and lags by an HOUR. Ok, just awful! Pleeeeeeae give us back the old version! Seriously, THIS is not what I paid for! Oh wait! GPS updates every four hours! Not good. Ok, today the app changed again. Bye! I'm going to 360.

I've used this app for years and love it, but last several weeks it won't log on most of the time and says "authorisation error". For many months if I don't have the kids open it on their phone every once in awhile it will just stop tracking them. It won't let me change their pictures anymore- just stays blank. I keep getting a symbol next to "diagnostics" but then I click on it to see why it just disappears. I've messaged support about some of these and no response -used to be very responsive.

Developer was able to move my premium membership over from the older version of this app. Great communication and responsiveness. Thanks! This new version of Kids Control is a very nice upgrade over the previous. The responsiveness is much better and it seems to be easier on system resources. The look is much more modern, in line with current android OS. My kids aren't a huge fans, but that's the point right? I can always see where they are which is serious peace of mind. Definitely try it out!
