The best app ever! It has meal plan, workout plan and you can practice movements in kickboxing. You can even buy premium without adds, full feature.

I'm thinking about complaints and can't find any at all. For me, this is greate. One can chose for diff parts of the body. Having kickboxing on other days is good for the body to touch all parts of muscles. Strength and crossfit has taken over and mixing with HIIT kickboxing is just great.

Very useful to get some sweat going. Fast short exercises. Ideal for busy times. Not tutorials necessarily, better for intermediate kickboxers with some experience.

Great free app for kickboxing workouts. Ads aren't too intrusive, they only appear when you open the app and when you start a workout. No interruptions once you've started.

I'm sorry but I hate the new update. I do not like the new 3d trainer. It moves awkwardly. Please bring it back or at least have the option to choose that trainer instead. I also don't understand why there are other exercises like bicycle crunch. I have another app for things like that. I just want exercises related to kickboxing because I have a punching bag.

The first exercise for an unexpected consists of 6 different movements in a row do you even think this is normal? Furthermore every ten seconds I get the most filthy advertisements of young ladies open their feet pointing to their genitalia. All I wanted was a method to start exercising myself combining it with some kick boxing. I didn't know that this app was actually a click bait for other ominous apps

Best perk is that it is actually free. Beginner levels are basic moves, not 20 combos right off the bat. Workouts are short, so you could do more than 1 if you want a longer workout.

Day 3, I wanted to exercise and this app works for someone with no equipment that doesn't want to run... I do 2 routines about 30 min and then a 10 min walk... I'm about 225 and 6 ft tall with a background in fighting this app is perfect for drilling solo

Really good for kickboxing. It has been a week and it is a solid app. Only thing is the move in kickboxing is only in level 1 there is no level 2 or 3.Same with the lower body only level one. It would be better if you had both and put level 3 in the paid membership.

I've used this in the past, great app since you can specifically target upper and lower body, but what happened to the warm up at the start of the session? The seperate category for footwork, not as tightly constructed as the muay thai app in my opinion but great work i hope you add them back in the future.

I just installed this app and fell in love with it. There is only a slight problem with it and that is the narrator voice is really low. When listening to the music in the background, you can barely hear them. It would be better if the app could filter the background music when for example the timer is about to be expired. Anyway it's great.

I like this app even though I think the UI can be much more better. It's easy to use, with challenges, warm up and cool down workouts. You can keep track of your weight with the BMI calculator. As I'm so slim, I'm using this app to stay fit, practice kickboxing and gain weight. And I'm satisfied with it's free plans.

this app is pretty good don't get me wrong it's great but I am rating it 4 stars and not 5 stars because this app doesn't have block or avoid moves

I've done Muay Thai for 5-6 years and boxed for 2. Personally I didn't like this app. The techniques' all have weird names and the animated demonstrations look awkward af. They're mirror image and only 1-2 seconds long so it's hard to understand and copy the footwork like that. It's likely the standard movements we've all learned but it doesn't look like proper form imo because of all the reasons I've just listed. Might be better with actual video.

Decent app but - 1.kickboxing doesn't have elbows .In our tournament, our chief told us if we use elbows in kickboxing we would get disqualified 2.Reduce ads,I know it's required as it's a free app but just reduce the frequency if possible

Perfect app for anyone interested in interval training combined with kickboxing. It does what it says it does. There's only ads in the menu which you can skip straight away and they don't interfere while you're working out like other similar apps. Only pay wall is for advanced training sessions which I personally will pay for once I've finished intermediate. Great job. If I had more storage on my phone I'd try other apps from the same developers.

was a great app for exercise and training...opened up recently and the adds have destroyed causing it to crash mid work out and lose you place in the timer of whatever exercise you were on. So once again like most things in this world the adds and greed have broken it. will have to find new one that works considering no update or fix seems forthcoming

The exercises are nice, useful, space-saving, and the heart of the app. The UI is wonky. The yellow flags and the store do not disappear after you purchase platinum. The no ads option does not disappear after you purchase no ads. These small mistakes give an unfinished feeling to the app. However, the exercises are worth returning to it again and again.
