Kick the buddy was a legendary game, one I spent genuine hours on when I was younger, and seeing it scrolling through my feed brought back real memories. So I went and downloaded it again and played it, and it played a new little tutorial, but not even 30 seconds in, an ad popped up, in the tutorial. And then I knew, that one of my favorite mobile games as a child, has fallen ill to the greedy ad scheme. I played more, and it was all the same. Absolutely unplayable. Fix your game, foul misers.

Full of ads, as expected. I had fun until I had to watch an ad every minute or so. I don't mind ads that much, but please knock it down a bit. So why 2 stars? I enjoyed the game in the first few minutes and the variety of ways you can torture the buddy is fun, it's just annoying since some of the best items are locked behind a paywall of some sorts. Fun game, but little to no play time, since ads take up most of the time. You also have to pay to have dumb things like blood..? lol

There's an ad every ten seconds, and you can't get around it by turning on airplane mode. There are too many ads for the game play, and the content is HEAVILY locked behind more ads. You spend half or more of your time in this game watching ads. This isn't even a game. It's more of an ad money scam if anything. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Hi! I have played this game before, about 2-3 years ago, I have decided to play it again. Only when I come back to play I absolutely hate it! 1. Too many ads unlike the last time I played it 2. Everything is always interrupted with gifts which I don't need, a dumb turtotial. 3. I loved the old one way better The company of this game, please bring back the old one

I had this game before, first off, 50% of the stuff is premium currency, so either you have to wait for a long time or use your own money. Second, some items are similar to others, hell, some are the same item but with a reskin. Third, even when you play offline, an ad keeps bugging you about a VIP, which is annoying. And speaking of which, Buddy's lines get very repetitve. An older version had more lines that were funny. Finally, this game is just boring, no missions you could do to get rewards, no secrets, no anything, you're just expected to keep hitting Buddy, knocking him out, be FORCED to watch an ad to get an award, and then repeat.

I love this game! Buddy's like my own little stress ball that I can torture at my leisure. Only thing is there are too many ads! I don't mind watching ads to get free stuff in the game, and since I already watch ads voluntarily I get frustrated when it's forced down my throat. Other than that, it's very fun, addicting, and a great stress reliever! I would also like there to be a feature where you can rip his limbs apart. That would be fun!

SO. MANY. ADS. The only reason I didn't rate 1 star is because the game is decent to play when I want to pass time, but I have to play on airplane mode in order to actually play it longer than 3 seconds. There are ads on-screen and then every time I even try to touch the guy... boom ad. Even if I manage to do anything, a "gift" pops up, ad... it even makes me watch an ad when I decline. Ugh.

I like this ap a lot! It's very cathartic! But I'm becoming to find it more frustrating than relaxing. It constantly crashes when I am either about to receive rewards, or right after I each the ads that my rewards, forcing me to constantly close it without getting them. Oh, and now it randomly make me watch 2 ads instead of 1, or just throws one in the middle for the hell of it with no rewards. If this keeps up, I'm just gonna move on to a new game, but I can assure you it won't be any from the ads I'm forced to waste my time watching here.

I downloaded the game for me and my daughter. The graphics are nice and the Buddy is funny. The ads when the internet is on are incessant, they keep coming. I try to keep it on so we can get the free gold after every 4 minutes of play but the ads can be frustrating, especially for a 4 year old. Everything costs quite a bit so it takes a while to unlock things which is why I have it downloaded on 3 devices. Only problem is that it doesn't always let me save my progress on Google play or it will crash while trying to save. It's a good game mostly. I'd never pay for it but it's nice to have.

The app isn't working it keeps kicking me out!!!!!! It is almost perfect !!!!! I liked the game with the calender, countdown for gold, and the ability watch videos for 5 gold, or 100 bucks or to get weapons. Some other things to work on are having the holy hand grande bigger and it causing buddy to freeze along with causing explosion damage and the fire hose being able to drown buddy by filling the screen with "water". The Angle feature also doesn't work.

This game was amazing when it came out, it receives stress, was incredibly fun, and had tons of things to do. Now every time I open the app, I'm bombarded with ads, I get that you need to make money, but I watched 3 ads in a row after killing him, I even bought the diamond membership that claims to remove ads, but it didn't work. At this point just delete it, you've turned it into a horrid piece of garbage to play.

Used to play it when I was little and it was fun back then...... but NOW!!!!! I installed it to feel the nostalgia, but when I opened the app i was welcomed by an unskipable 50 second ad and that's not it, there's ads every 20-30 seconds!!!! This is a scam!!! I was literally spending more time on ads than actual gameplay. And sometimes I was getting ads in between actual gameplay, so I actually do not recommend it to no one unless you like ads so fix yalls game!!!

This used to be a fun game, but when I decided to try again I was overwhelmed by new annoying features that don't give you a second to do anything. It used to be a fun game to mess around with, relax, and kill time, but now there's some dumb rewards system, different game modes, making progress to unlock new items every time the buddy dies, and you don't actually get to play the game for more than three seconds at a time before the game stops you. It's just frustrating and slow paced now.

Ok you need to scrap every little detail about this game and give it a whole new look and when I say that I mean remove ads. Like I honestly do not care if there are like one hear and then one there but one pitterally every time I blink is just a little bit insane. Like literally uninstalled so early. And don't get me wrong, the game is extremely entertaining and I love the concept a lot. But you guys are also just trying to get money. Like five dollars to get some blood added. Sorry outa space.

The "tools" that are available are all around pretty good, but I did find bugs like how when you use the fire hose and the screen vibrates it changes the direction the hose is firing in, the texture of the feather gets really wonky when you move it around as well as it being able to stand up when you tilt the screen, and most of the "tools" are of course still under construction, but I waited for a while, I can wait until you are ready get to us. too many ads, I played for 5 minutes and spent at least 3 watching ads back to back to back. it gives the option to watch an ad for a reward and even if you decline it, it sends you straight to one. it's not worth paying to remove ads either for how repetitive the game play is... I've been seeing these ads for years and decided to finally give it a go and I'm disappointed, sorry.

Casual game that's been around forever. It's still pretty fun to pass the time from what I remember playing this game years ago. My only complaint is there is a lot of advertisement pop ups, I'm fine with watching videos for rewards (which there is a bunch to do). However, the pop-ups happen way too much.
