This app is not works as the old version. Very difficult to use. Always block the passwords even it's correct.

Everytime your app has enhancement worser it got. App is basically froze last seven days or so not responding, not working. Now I am considering to change my bank, purely because of the app.

This app is worse than the previous one. So slow. Lagging all the time. It is not because of the internet. My internet is so fast. Ur server sucks I think. Hope it's getting better.

It doesn't work as it should. Always blocking the sign in password or other passwords. You guys must throughly check the app before the launch. So many bad reviews will affect your business....

Not working properly with mobicom skytel or something like that. It keeps showing that information is wrong when u purchase something via apps like mobicom. Developers really gotta check and fix this bug

Singing in is not do good. It quits or doesn't recognize finger print. It takes several tries to sign-in which is painful. User experience is not smooth. Need to fix these

As always it's very frustrating to use khan bank's apps and services. God knows how many times I've changed my passwords. And it seems as if they don't want me to make any transactions. I also use bank of america app, never had a single issue.

Does not login even thought the password is correct. When trying to create new password through the email they sent, it just goes back to the login screen. Has to create new password everytime I log in because it blocks my old password.

It is not working as old version. When i use its QR reader to pay, it is not letting me to continue, so i am manually inserting account number as regular remittance which is annoying. And there is something wrong in fingerprint feature...

I like the new UI but the application itself is not working properly. I'm having a hard time to log in to my app. It takes several tries and sometimes it's not working. Also when I want qpay to pay some online services app is not opening the qr code. Need some fixes asap

It is really good UI Design. But, It sucks .It is really takes a internet connection speed. I can't even charge my phone by khanbank app. It cannot open cause of my 128kbps data. Previous app was really good to use even the low speed internet. Also it shuts down while I try to transfer money.

Needs to be reworked. On the first day it was fine but problem rose the next day it wasn't even good on the first day too very laggy not consistent fingerprint login has a bug too doesn't really allow me to login it was loading soo long. Now it's not even working. The last app was bad but better than this. Thought you guys would improve but very disappointed. To think this bank is the biggest bank in Mongolia is just tragic.

It's not that easy, simple. It took almost a month to renew my information on the app! LOL, this bank is losing their customer service standards and scripts, and It's like a maze game to find some useful function.

The latest update was great. It made the app more handy, clearly understandable with multi functions. I got a problem with the app (it was my fault), and workers solved it professionally, super fast from distance. Great service, thanks.

It's frustrating that I have to change the password every time to log in because when I input the CORRECT password, it says the information is incorrect. Also, there are some problems with the finger print log in. It always lags.

Please fix the problem during launching the app and also it doesn't support any samsung pass when it starts. Everytime when try to us it, it demands my password but I have already chosen the fingerprint option everytime when this sick app asks. Please improve it by use this app as a client. Previous app was much more better than this full of bug and junky app. Or maybe just improve the Previous application that it have to be more convenient for users. Thank you.
