horrible app, the promo codes are all messed up. they apply at the cart level and charge full when the payment goes through! KFCare is horrible and has no resolution. they said technical glitch hard luck!

I gave 5 stars so my message gets seen dear kfc people am loyal customer but I have this kfc rewards points around 1.3k and I want to use it bur don't know why when am tryna redeem the points this pop up comes in saying "oh noo sorry redemption failed bad request try again " then again I try still not working this is really frustrating cus I saved all that for nothing then 😭 Please kfc uae help me out man

The 40% off offered by KFC is not appropriate. I increased my order value for minimum ordering value. I was charged for full amount without the discount. The payment got through from the FAB card after applying the discount code. When I asked KFC about this they blamed me for not calling them at the same moment and could cancel the order although I reported my concern at the same time via app. I didn't want to cancel order, I just wanted the eligible discount to be refunded. How pathetic of KFC.

The app used to work fine with some glitches here & there, I'd order & charged for the order fully but the restaurant recieve half of the order & when I talk to costumer service they keep repeating that the bill only shows the item delivered, now even worst as if I try to costumize the app ignore all my costumization, I call the call center & complaint about the app but the employee responded with "the app working fine & no costumer ever complaint, very unprofessional & impolite.

Worrest! I switched on the location and placed the order from MOE KFC but it went to the wrong location. Then I had to call the callcenter but they said yes wait for 15 min and didn't transfer the order. I gave a call twice. Both the times I have the phone to the casher. But still the call center guys were not transferring my order here it was a blunder to use your app. I wil never do it again. Thanks for the most useless call center. They just are palying with guests.

1/5 Stars - Disappointing First Experience I recently placed my first order through this application, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The food from KFC was over-salted and didn't meet my expectations. The poor quality of the food has not only turned me off from using this application again, but I've also decided to stop ordering from KFC altogether. Unless improvements are made to the food quality and taste, I would not recommend this application to anyone.

Before the app was fine. now its taking more than 30 mins just to redeem points and once I got the voucher its showing the branch is closed.But I was standing right in front of the store and it was open and live.

2025 update: this app has been constantly crashing and closing for the past couple of months. what is even the point when you can't even place an order on the app? original 2023 review: one of the worst fast food apps. I would rather go order from a 1 star cafeteria on the street. Trash app with trash customer service

They just introduced rewards points. But, unlike other apps, in KFC, you have to buy an additional item in order for the points to be redeemable. So, basically, the rewards system is useless and I'd rather buy McDonalds. There are also so many fees; delivery fee (9.50), small order fee (srsly? - 4.90), AND service fee (0.90). All this to say, my AED 24 meal just became AED 39.30!

A very disappointing experience with the VeryVed app. While placing an order, a discount was displayed, but the full amount was deducted — and that too without any OTP verification. I immediately contacted customer support while the order was still in my hand. They assured me that they would get back to me. Later, both the technical and customer support teams acknowledged it was a technical error. However, they have not refunded the extra amount deducted. it unprofessional and like fraud..

I’m extremely frustrated that there is no option to change the phone number associated with my account. I’ve attempted multiple times to update it, but the system does not allow any changes. The only solution presented is to create an entirely new account, which would result in the loss of all my accumulated reward points. This is completely unacceptable. A basic feature like updating contact information should be available, and the lack of it is a serious inconvenience.
