Doesn't refund if car isn't compatible. I have a 2014 Lexus. It's only compatible with 2015 & newer. only tells you this after a big prompt to subscribe, can't really do anything until you do. Lastly after payment and reading up on why the app didn't connect I email these guys for refund (all within 30 min after downloading app) they emailed me back to ask the problem I told them and asked for refund since I can't use service at all, then guess what. NO RESPONSE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

First interaction after install is a prompt to review, literally. Then exactly after that prompts you to pay subscription without you even know what the app even looks like as yet. After clearing all that you are able to only test a demo (virtual) car . Any attempt to test if it actually works with your car or any other car triggers a prompt to make a subscription payment. At least let me see if it's able to unlock my doors 1 time before forcing me to pay

Disappointed but impressed. This company has learned how to make $ without even providing service! THAT'S impressive! In my excitement of leasing my Ford, I typed in "fordpass" but this app popped up first, and not knowing what I was looking for, purchased the year subscription. My Ford salesman helped me find the correct app(free). I made a mistake, absolutely 💯 but I never even used the app and contacted support within 24 hrs. Due to their crafty no-refund policy, they can just collect and ✌️

Why isn't there a Demo or Trial before you buy? I just want to see if my vehicle is compatible and if yes! give it a try for a day or two before I buy. Right after I enter vehicle Make the app takes me right to plan options of either $19.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Here's an idea let the app user look to see if thier vehicle is compatible before you jump on payment options. Basically the user is putting thier credit card info out there and has no idea if thier vehicle is compatible.

This is a a scam!!! When I went to add my car info, it took me right to the payment section. So I added my card & they took my first payment. Then I went to add my car information & asked for email and password. The thing is, it never gave me an option to create an account for user and a password. There is NO fu#$*&# phone number or an email to contact these crooks. I WANT MY $69.99 BACK.

$30 a month. THIRTY DOLLARS A MONTH! You can't even check compatability without paying first! You can't get remote start installed with phone/app control for me then $300. Get rekt developers.

I get a blank screen when trying to add my vehicle and it has now been almost a week since I contacted support and have not received an answer. Do not waste your money.

It's able to reconnect you to all your vehicles that you connected to previously before 4 even after years of not being connected to it troubleshooting. Parking lot full of cars connections

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS APP !! They charged me $70 .00 and it was not even compatible with my car . Had the subscription less than 20 minutes and out my hard earned money.

They charged me 107 $ for less than 10 minutes of use. I was trying to add my Honda car that was not compatible with the app as they mentioned. It is pure scamming.

Useless... not at all user-friendly. if I have to spend a whole day setting this up and still need to call someone on a weekend when no one is available, then this app still needs serious work.

I checked the compatability of my car before I purchased the app. It said my car was compatible. It's not. Doesn't work. No refund. I can't connect with support. Just spent $19.99 for absolutely nothing. I am not happy with this.

A complete scam!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before downloading. I requested a refund and have not heard anything back. I'm going to contact my bank and have them reverse the charges . It said a 7-Day free trial and I was charged that night when I downloaded the app

I downloaded this app to have remote start on my car but it was not compatible for my car. I paid the $69 and have asked for a refund since it's won't work with my car and I cannot get any response and of course there is no other way to contact them other than email.

I'd give this 0 if i could. This app is a scam. It charged me $30 to look to see if our car was even compatible with it, which it isn't!!! The developer DOES NOT respond to email. Buyer beware find a other app!!! I now have to take this to the credit card company. Update: Google play store was useless in resolving this issue and they continue to allow this scam company to charge customers regardless of if they actually get the product. The company itself does not respond to email at all.

Really is rubbish like the other 0 star reviews state. I didn't pay obviously, BUT it does offer a listing of which vehicles are supported. Supposedly. After the very true RATE THIS APP as soon as you run the program, select DEMO car. Very last button bottom right is SETTINGS. I can't confirm that's an accurate list, but I know 3 of my 4 vehicles aren't on the list which isn't surprising considering their age.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I paid for this app which said in the disclosure I would have a 7 day trial before it charged my card. LIE. Had this app on my phone for a couple minutes before I deleted it and subscription because it wasn't even compatible with our car when we locked the only set of keys in. Poorly designed to get people to buy the app before they are able to check for compatibility. Google wouldn't even give me a refund. KeyConnect, make it right and give me my $19.99 back!

So, basically you HAVE to pay ( Yes or yes), to use the app. I promise you won't be able to do a single thing without paying 19.99/month or 69.99/year. And if you do pay it, you'll encounter several issues like compatibility, connectivity, and a ridiculous "7 day trial for only **$19.99" **Not refundable, must be paid immediately when selecting "7 day trial", and yes, it is not a free trial.
