The app gets stuck on downloading media. Can't access tour, not even the map. Very poor. Make sure you have the tour downloaded before getting to the site so you can actually use this app

What in the world is this scam, seriously. You should be ashamed. Disgusting app, error filled, with poorly AI generated text and voices. STAY AWAY

downloaded for the acropolis audio guide, which liked like it was supposed to be included. instead it came only with a plaka guide, and asked for €12-something for the acropolis guide. then it failed to process three different forms of payment -- 2 cards and PayPal. trash app. 👎🏾👎🏾

The English translations for the acropolis tour are so bad that they almost ruined the experience. Example of what you have to listen through: "It is a different thing to be in a country where it is dark, where it is grey, where it is raining and it is a different thing when you have this open air, this sunshine, this blue, and the white marble which is helping tremendously to be created this atmosphere"

just used this for the Athens archeological museum. it's an AI generated voice, the directions are obscure at best, very difficult to get your bearings. should have a map progress background. Do not buy. I would give it NEGATIVE ⭐.

App is TERRIBLE!!! The audio tour can't be downloaded on an Android phone. You get the error message that "Some media did not download" and you can't listen to the audio tour. Awful as the tour is supposed to help you understand the sight you are seeing.

Booked a tour through Viator. We got the voucher, but could not open the links to each ticket. Tried contacting Key Tour but the website did not recognize our email, even though we have a booking number! We were forced to buy tickets at the venue, AND VIATOR WILL NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL COST. Save yourself and avoid both Key Tours and Viator. Oh, at the venue the ticket booth said they have a lot of trouble with Key Tours.

We requested and paid for a Spanish audio version of the Museum tour. The written description was in poor Spanish but the audio was in English sopken by a non native speaker whith a bad pronunciation. Only to realise that the museum itself had a much better and free audio tour app, with QR codes in every sections. This app is basically a scam

Truly awful. The accent of the reader is so strong, and the translations so poor, that it is unlistenable. And the written translations are unreadable!

I completed the Acropolis of Athens & Parthenon tour. I don't think the price was worth it. The English recording was difficult to understand and the content was not in depth. Furthermore, the GPS tracking would cut off the current recording to jump to the next one, as it thought I was moving around. I ended up turning off my GPS for the app.

Poorly designed, the information is short, much worse than that on site, no guided route. Don't bother, but the official tourism site will sell it to you as a "guided tour". if I could I'll request a refund.

We are very disappointed by this self guided tour app. Downloaded all our tours to be able to listen to them offline. Worked ok, not a bit more, for the first tour. The app kept leaving the tour, so I had to constantly restart and find which section we were listening to while attempting to pay attention to the points of interest. From the second site onwards, no audio would play from the app nor the geo location work. Mind you, these had been downloaded to my phone too ahead of time. Avoid

Had to download this app to access the 'six tours' paid for in a package from Get your guide. Only five tours provided. The app locates you as you move through the site- this works well places with only one path around a site, but when you can go different ways it is really unclear how to follow the tour. The tours themselves- one was good but the others were boring, not concise enough and read out in a dull manner. No tours provide no more info than the signs at the site.

Very buggy and hard to use. Used this while visiting the Acropolis in Athens. After the first 5 minutes my location got stuck. The gps was working correctly and the application would correctly switch to new locations, but the pinpoint got stuck - no easy way to tell where I was on the map. The application is automatically switching and playing the audio for new points of interest even if the previous has not finished playing. Also, the application would often disconnect and I had to restart.

the info was great, but the geo-activated starts was woeful, found out selves looking at the wrong area, getting commentary that was all wack. needs work to be worth the top dollar pricetag it came with, I do not recommend this, tour guide would have been better for sure

It is an absolutely horrible app, the likes of which I haven't had to endure in 10 years probably. The entire audio is computer generated and has a disturbing tone. Also you basically have to stay still when listening to one spot. Otherwise the app will autoplay the next spot which it wrongly estimated. You should be able to do much better or make the app free at the current quality. Also it stops working regularly. Thanks for nothing.

Cheap app with emotionless computer voice. I visited Knossos and was appalled by the poor quality of the audio guide. What most stands out is the boring, skow speaking computer voice. If you don't follow the guide step by step it's hard to catch up again. GPS access doesn't seem to be used. The QR code scanning doesn't trigger anything apart from a vibration indicating it was scanned. Guide contents don't download in the background so you have to keep the app open.

The Acropolis audio guide in English was slow and, at times, hard to understand because of the guide's Greek accent. There were some pronunciation errors that compounded that (eg 'sageing' for 'sagging' and worse). It was faster to read the text although it was helpful to listen when you had to watch where you were walking. The geolocation didn't seem to work well so it was just easier to tap on the screen.

Horrible app! The actual content is good but the app is very glitchy. I liked that it used your location to play clips but it wasn't accurate. As you moved around the next clip would play, regardless of if you finished the previous one. So, you never got to hear a full clip. The app would not allow me to skip clips and and one point got caught on one clip and we couldn't select anything else. Closing the app and reopening didn't fix the issue so we gave up altogether. The iOS version was worse!

horrible experience, I spent my time figuring with the app rather than enjoying the sites. the English commentary had a strong distracted accent and wonky syntax. the app doesn't really play the right commentary for the tight spot, or switches to a different spot if you move a little bit. I so regret paying for a tour that I closed this app.
