Subscription based hardware. You can't save photos anywhere but the cloud, but only their cloud, at $55/yr. Blocking notifications doesn't stop the doorbell from ringing you. There is no way for more than one person to use while allowing each user to ignore as suits them. You can stop the doorbell ringing, but then it won't ring for anyone. Of course if you're installing the app you already purchased the camera so good luck everyone!

Bought camera with intentions of using it but nowhere in description says anything about pay to view videos etc. Cant even us e a sd card The camera it self is decent enough but scams you when it doesn't say subscription needed Ring is cheaper and more effective. Wouldn't recommend

By the time I get a notification that someone was ringing my doorbell, they'd already buggered off. App is to slow to respond. Also they removed the infrared filter from the camera. That's not how you do night vision. Awful picture in the day, and night time was non existent. Also the resolution must of been in the double digits. 10x10 or something. Oh and no fish eye lense. Just straight up wysiwyg in a tiny area. Even for its low price.. Not worth your time. Save up and get a better brand.

The app in itself is fine and the camera I bought off tiktok shop is great too, however it's absolutely redundant without the cloud subscription, all you can do is a live view. Had I known there was a subscription cost I'd never have bought the camera, that being said i was considering paying the subscription and purchasing extra cameras but through reading other reviews it appears the subscription cost is per device, seriously??? What a scam! Camera being returned and app being uninstalled.

I paid for a yearly subscription on 6th June 2024 when purchased and now device not working less than 4 months later. I've messaged via the app explaining my issue and am not getting no further

I've now paid for the VIP subscription, which has sorted out all the problems I had earlier encountered. You otherwise have to take out separate subscriptions per camera. It looks like I had linked the subscription to the wrong camera. All working lovely now so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After downloading the app and making the account, the app doesn't do anything. It just disappears after I touch it. What is the point in having a doorbell camera if I can't use it on my cell phone when I'm gone?

Quality picture. clear sound.Fully charged can last approximately a month without solar panels. easy to set up.

The app never worked. Kement took my £14.99 cloud subscription, but I never received any of the functionality I had paid for. The doorbell went back to Amazon (who refunded me for the physical doorbell); Kement have not so far refunded me my £14.99 pointless subscription. Awful experience. Don't waste your time.

Very poor. Solar panal charging doesn't work. Saved video clips too short about 10 seconds. Doesn't pick up all movements. Overall useless

Crashes as soon as I try to view cloud recording. What is the use of surveillance if I can't even view the recoding. I've restarted device and cleared cache, no change

I've had this app for about 4 hours and it already does not work, I've subscribed to Cloud and I can't watch the videos. My phone says there is a bug within the app that can only be repaired by the creators. I'll probably end up uninstalling and unsubscribing due to this as the last update was today and said it had fixed the bugs.

it's not working as good as I had hoped for, first it was constantly ringing with the motion sensor, when there was nothing there, then it didn't show anything at all. we get deliveries and it doesn't show the person, the only time it seems to work is if I go outside with the phone in my pocket.

The delayed response. I'm disappointed. The doorbell works great. I successfully downloaded the app to my phone, just to discover that there is a long delayed response from the time the doorbell rings, til the time the phone gives the notification. Also, I thought the service would be free but NOT...Only the doorbell ring is free. U got to pay for videos etc

I'm not getting video. The only way for me to open the camera is by pressing the doorbell. Kind a useless if I just want to see what's outside or who's outside. Even after the doorbell's been pressed all I get is a couple screenshots. Took forever for it to be able to connect. Says you can contact support through the app, yes you can send them a message, not that it does any good. Send a few. 1 useless answer. So far as a so-called video doorbell this thing is useless, so is the app. Junk.
