App wouldn't open then when it did and we chose a game the app kept crashing. For an app with a paid subscription I expect better. Not only that but does not follow what it advertises. This app is a waste of time and money.

I've had this app for a couple of days, and unable to play any of the 'Fairy Tales'. The app keeps crashing every time I select one. Can I know why? And appreciate it if this could be fixed asap.

Facebook adverts suggest looking for testers but once you complete the questionnaire they just want you to provide banking details to pay quite a lot (even though it's suggested it's a discount) for an app of which nothing is actually known other than the advert saying 'its great'.

Past 2 months I am trying to reach out on customer support and written emails to cancel my subscription there has been no response and this app seems like a ghost on Google play inspire of several attempts there us no option of cancel subscription. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW AND REFUND MY MONEY OF WHAT YOU HAVE CHARGED ME FOR 2 MONTHS.

Do not download! I did a one time purchase and next thing I know a year subscription went off my account! As a single Mom, I can't afford food for the week now. Can't find anywhere to cancel or unsubcribe. When I try and log into the app it says error. I feel ripped off and like my hard earned money was stolen from my account!

The app continuesly chrashes during activities, especially as soon as we play on the video classroom, it crashes immediately. I could not review the content of the app because of the crashing issue.

My son fell in love with this app and it's seemed like an amazing app so helpful to teach my son to talk and learn!! I loved it... I was really hoping the bad reviews werent true.. but day 3 and the app won't work. They better not charge me . I have reported this app! Terrible to get kids excited to learn... just to rip it away from them! DONT DOWNLOAD! Get your app working right !!!

Don't download! I've been trying to cancel a "subscription " I didn't sign up for all morning. Doesn't show up on Google play subscriptions...yet paypal says it is. Trying to cancel theough PayPal. Go to help address listed on PayPal and they don't even have my email as an account...yet they got my money just fine. Fishy fishy fishy... Probably going to have to remove all forms of payment off of PayPal to stop the charges and get rid of it. Scammy...never listed it was a subscription

Wasnt clear that I was signing up for a trial and ongoing subscription untill after my payment details had been secured. I was suspicious straight away. App is not suitable for my 10 month old grandson, even though it claimed that the app was relevant for 0-2. Trying to unsubscribe is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. This feedback isnt new based on previous feedback from users. I have contacted support email and will update if they actually contact me & process request to unsubsribe

Worst app ever. I'm unable to unsubscribe as the site is down for a long time. No proper customer support too. I was debited with 15$ even for trail version and now $56 has been debited for the second month. Unable to unsubscribe too. I feel this is a scam. I need compensation.

I cancelled the subscription as my daughter just wasnt interested in using it. I cancelled well in advance of the cut off. Suspiciously, i received no proof of this. Then today i see i have been charged over $60 AUD. Even though i cancelled. I did it through the app as i was unable to do it via the google store. I want my money back. I saw other reviews that were similar and thought i would make sure i cancel correctly, which i did. This company just wants to take your money..

I have been charged a fortune for an app I cannot access after uninstalling it and installing it again hoping it would fix issues. I've written emails to no avail. I've blocked payment now bit I want the service I paid for!!!! This looks a lot like a scam Beware parents!

I scour the internet for learning apps i have a son with special needs. I downloaded this app to try it but that includes a subscription. Nothing for three months but then no reminder and you only realise when you get the message saying that your subscription renewe. No chance of a refund or nothing.

** Not suitable for young children ** After using this app for a day I realised it was far too advanced for my 1 year old. As per their T&Cs it said to cancel subscription through playstore. I checked my subscriptions and it wasn't there so I presumed I wasn't subscribed monthly. Didn't use the app again and a month later I've been changed over $60. I don't have a spare $60 to spend on an app I don't use. I contacted the support explaining the situation, they refused a refund. Don't recommend.

My 2yr old son loved this app. But it was consistently glitching. Giving a purple screen when you go to open it. Then I was having issues with putting it on his tablet. Logging in, and him not being able to play because the app would show I didn't have a subscription. On top of that, I paid for a yearly subscription and found multiple attempts of the app trying to charge me $40+ a month. I am done. This app is useless and a waste of money.

A subscription fee that gives you access to purchase more stuff. Don't mind the purchases but why a subscription to have access to nothing. Marketing is misleading. So I lost money to get nothing. Also on reviewing the stuff was too advanced for a 1 to 2 year old. Money wasted as they are not refunding the subscription fee. I requested a refund within less than half hour of subscribing and all they did was cancel my subscription.

I'm having the same problem that others are. I created an account, paid for it even updated with my child's info. All of the sudden when my son starts trying to play it says we need to pay for a subscription. Plus it doesn't even show I have an account! Tried going through lost password and kept saying page doesn't even exist. Not even showing in my apps in the Google play acct. For the 2 days it worked my son loved it. Turns out it was just a scam.

App won't open, can't find subscription listed under my Google Play. Just purchased a 3-month subscription today. I installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled, three times but the app still will not work on my phone. I went to my Google Play subscriptions and Keiki isn't even listed so I can't cancel the auto renew I noticed other people mentioning. I've emailed their support team and am hoping to get my money back and confirm I'm not obligated to an auto renew.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing this. Like others are saying, they're not transparent about fees and they've made it intentionally difficult to un-subscribe. I couldn't see a subscription in Google so thought that I hadn't been subscribed, as I also couldn't find a confirmation email. Until today, I was charged a ludicrous $39.99. Definitely not worth that, and I've contacted them for a refund. The company, Zalomit Ltd seem to have other subscription "personalised plans", it's a scam.

Not transparent about subscription fees. I signed up under the impression that it would be a monthly subscription for the app that was affordable for my family. Check my account today and notice a $39.99 fee from the app. I go into the app and look through the options for subscriptions and have no details on which one I picked, although I was sure I picked the cheapest option. I have contacted customer support through email and that's the only option for contact.
