I love the deals on your app. You have great suggestions and saving tips! However, the app is constantly freezing and locking up. I try to get on the app and it takes awhile to load, then before you can scroll down the screen it freezes and I receive an error that app stop working. After this happens a few times I stop trying to use the app all together.

To many notifications. If they would send ALL ads for each store 1x instead of being all over the place..I don't shop every week, I also don't have the time, money or desire to purchase 10 of one item. It's just my husband and I. Im not saying it's a bad app but once you know where to get extra coupons, ie the coupon app or whatever I just started going there when I need to shop. Also, if your new to this, be careful. I tried to get the "pay only $0.50 each" deal, it didn't work.

The content of the app is great! I love the KCL website. This app, however, another story. You get 1.3 seconds and then it's frozen. It doesn't matter if you use wifi or data, force close and reopen, delete the app and redownload... It freezes after less than 2 seconds and you can't see anything. I've had this app for a long time, and I know it didn't use to be this way, so there had to have been a problem with one of the updates. Please fix this, I really love your content.

Using this app has been invaluable to my time and my wallet! It's so simple to start couponing when they spell it out, and find ALL the deals for you! Thanks KCL for making it so easy to get the best deals! You don't have to be an extreme couponer to save money! They also show you how to get freebies! Krazy right?! They teach you (as much as u want to learn) every aspect on how the process works, like what other apps and resources to use. Awesome app!

Krazy Coupon Lady is not just for coupons anymore! It has all the deals within reach your fingertips. You can choose which ones are of interest or what you are interest in most. You can choose whether or not you want coupon deals too. If you need something else it's easy to search for what you want. It's a great app and there is more than you can imagine in a single place. It's my favorite discount app and I use a lot of apps. Consistently is key!

This app was great, but since I can no longer save items to my list, it makes it difficult to use. I used to tap away at many things to compare and get the best deal. Now I have to write things down and jump back and forth to get the necessary coupons. With the way the pages load, it makes this frustrating. I hope this feature returns. I see my list at the bottom, but it does not work.

Overall, I think this is a pretty decent app. It just needs a few minor fixes/changes. Right now, when I try to change my settings so I don't get so many notifications, I get taken to a blank screen. Hitting the back button from there closes the app. Aside from that glitch, I would love more search features, like the ability to sort search results by date or by store. But I love how many deals it has, and that it tells you all the steps to getting each deal at just the right price.

I love the site and am fond of the app, but the push notifications are overwhelming. I know it now offers a way to sort-of customize which ones you get. I wish there was a way to, instead, customize which stores (we don't have a Target, for example) and how many a day you receive. 5/day is a little much. Even a daily "digest" would be better. Thanks for the hard work you put into the site. It's a super valuable resource.

I absolutely love this app! If you are a couponer , it is a MUST! The details that the app gives, helps break down everything into specific categories. It lists each store, the sales and deal and walks you through each step to help you save money or how to use coupons if you have them etc It allows for organization: you can save each store and how you want each notification to be, unlike other apps where it's one big alert and you have to sift through it all. You won't regret it !

Really wanted to like this, but it didn't work for me. It's actually quite useless. The links in emails always directed me to some page that didn't include the item shown in the email. Then, if I searched for the item it's never found. The app itself is not user friendly. Too much work for very little benefit. I'm better off using the fl*pp app to see local sales and coupons. App deleted.

Edit : After this last update the app isn't working at all on my phone (Google pixel 7 pro) . I really like the app but I have to say it's incredibly glitchy. It takes forever to load & when it finally does load it's just that page if you try to look at anything else it just loads forever. I have to completely shut the app down repeatedly. Very rarely do I get on there & not have issues. I love the app I think it's a great coupon app but it definitely needs some work there's quite a few bugs.

This app freezes constantly, is glitchy as can be, ignores what you tell it you're looking for. And all this in the first 20 minutes of trying to use it. Don't waste your time. The deals, coupons etc that I did see I could easily get myself and had. Save yourself from the aggravation and frustration.

I loved this app for years. I've done everything possible to try to get it to work, including downloading it on a new phone,contacting developers and emailing KrazyKouponLady. It is just completely not functioning. It takes the app forever to load the first page and half the time no pictures show.From there it just freezes and won't load any other pages.

there are no words for how amazing this app is. literally, the interface is an easy 10. The just entire layout, customization, and categorization are phenomenal. However, what surpasses even that is the VALUE. Just please let all that sink in. I do spend money outside of budget sometimes because the deals are just unbelievable all year around and it is likley something I will soon need or something a little extra without the guilt. Every product, every store, max savings, click through direct.

App doesn't work anymore. When I click on a link from the text messages, it opens the app, but the app just spins & spins, but the pages never open! Very Frustrating! Waste of my time! ALSO, I click on all of the other clickable "buttons"/links in the app, but none of them respond! App just keeps spinning and spinning...! Grrrr! Can't access anything! And I don't like the newly designed logo... Looked better before! There's an old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it...!

Anyone ever had an interest in using coupons/ saving $, or just the thrill of the chase/ challenging yourself? That would be me, but I found myself falling short while other couponers seemed to have it all figured out. 😡 WTH?!?! I searched all over the internet, looking for their secret. I was exhausted and dejected...then I found this site, and I tried it instead of scrolling by like before. "Wow!" Could have saved myself frustration, tears, etc, and been saving $ all this time. Love it!!❤️

I used to love this App but for the past week Whenever I click on the app It pops open but doesn't do anything, Just stays on the main yellow and black k logo screen spinning. I've tried all the troubleshooting options Like uninstalling, restarting my phone, reinstalling and etc.. but nothing. Hopefully they get it up to speed, the app is much easier and quicker while skimming through all the sales and coupons, Not to mention app exclusive Deals coupons and tips. Thanks
