I've been using the app properly, then all over sudden I change my device to Redmi Note 11 from Note 10 and the app decides not to work anymore. All I get is ," Dear customer, we cannot process your request at the moment ". My frequent visits to your bank ,near Kencom have proved futile. All I get from your employees is "sa tutado". It's very frustrating to result to an expensive option of the USSD while I own a smartphone. I've had resets after resets. Please do something about it.

What an amazing Application we have here! So fantastic, user-friendly, quick services and Network capabilities, fast and easily accessible. Instant payments done at your convenience...I do recommend this app to everyone. Live it love it!

The app is great though improvements can be made in the paybill and till payments which have few options.The user can be allowed to insert the tills and paybills they normally use not just a standard list that is not updated.Otherwise the app meets almost all needs.

I have been using the app for a year and everything was smooth untill it started to it's banging and I could not do any transactions using the app making me opt to use ussd ..kindly look at those issues making it to say transaction failed each time ..

As someone who knows about apps, this is probably a React Native app. The app always feels slows (which is typical of apps that don't compile at the bit level). Definitely could use some improvements.

Basic services like getting your bank statement becomes an issue, you have to visit the bank in order to get such services. What then are these apps for?? Sending money and receiving only?? Mpesa can do that and more. Offer us something more, not the mere basics.

Easy to install, easy to uninstall. Unfortunately the app isn't picking OTP, so I've been unable to use the app for any basic function, going to the kcb nearest to me has also been no help, +uninstalling and installing the app, atleast ussd is working though at an expense. And from the reviews it seems the app has a track record of having persistent issues, with no end in sight.

Amazing app. Couldn't ask for any better. But it locked me out even after I put my pin and that's the only pin I use in my mpesa and unlocking pin. And now I have to go to the nearest branch to change my pin. Not happy about it.

This app has been great so far. That was until today. I tried depositing cash to my mpesa from the kcb mpesa. It shows the deductions but no cash has been received on my mpesa. It has inconvenienced me and I now have to look for an alternative as I wait for it to be fixed and only hope the I haven't lost my money.

Improve on reaching of information in this app most of time the app doesn't operate. One need to read sthing in this app but Oh! Not working. ____________________________________ As of March 2024 , I give 4 star much has improved bravo for taking into consideration something I noted years back. It's easy to monitor loan, transactions in one platform. I'm happy so far.

Simple and user-friendly interface, contains most features from the service provider. It is a very accurate depiction of KCB's direct and transparent services. Oh, it looks real classy too, we're waiting for dark mode now😀 (that's what took one star away)

Keeps timing out, couldn't do anything with it I thought I needed an update or something but no, that's not the case. If you're going to have a system downtime just send me a text I'll find another way to access my account rather than wasting time on the same app for minutes on end

I rate it 3 stars . This is because if you transfer any amount to goal saving account it takes more than 72hrs to reflect in the wallet . This gives us a doubt concerning the amount since you keep on checking the amount but fails to reflect . You need to improve on that. Thank you 😊

I have an issue about it.... yesterday evening I decided to start saving and opened a target saving account and it took me through all the steps up to the depositing first amount which offcourse I did but it doesn't reflect. I have the mpesa message showing the money is transferred to my KCB account but KCB says it was an error now I don't know where my money is ..... Its a very good app I would recommend it to anyone else

Works pretty seamlessly, it's very convenient being able to have your card on your phone and tap-to-pay. My only gripe is that one cannot download receipts for payments made - this is a basic functionality that should be in place.

It's good. Offers quick and easy access to common bank services. I like the card feature that enables you to have your Visa card in your phone. One issue though is I can no longer view my transaction history from more 2 months ago. Previously I could view for 6 months, but even when I select that option it doesn't populate.

It's a great app when working 1. At times it doesn't work and you've already purchased items but it simply doesn't load. Kindly try and reduce these scenarios. 2. Please reduce the size of the KEYBOARD while entering the PIN. I'm telling you the keyboard occupies the whole screen and at times you're in the public, everyone can see your finger movements. Minimize that keyboard or integrate biometrics. Otherwise it's a good app; that's why I would like to see the two suggestions attended to.
