It saves time and energy for me.It is satisfied to me.I'm very graceful to cash out my money easily and exactly; definitely find changes out by receipt- details so that is there is no wasted money using this app while both receiving money from sender and transferring money to receiver on right time. No respect to the customers since 2018. Now ATM withdrawal error, still no explanation and return the money from my account for more than 48. If u have medical emergency to use this money, the application errors can cause the death due to no return.

The nonskip 5 second ad that pops up everytime I open the app is crazy I can't even get rid of it. Like when I'm trying to pay for something at the register I can't and have to wait because of the ad causing other people to wait in line. Like couldn't they just put an add in a Little screen for the application itself like a banner???

KBZ Pay's a very useful app for me.Because it's convenient everywhere.For eg,if you top up your phone, u don't have to buy it at the store. If you don't have enough money, you can pay with this at most restaurants. Saving with this safer than saving money by hand. But every software has its advantage and disadvantage.U can't forgot your password. If you forget your password, you have to goKBZ pay center and restart it. Be careful when you are paying. But I like this app cuz it's easy to use.

Created an account 6 days ago, still not verified. Customer service is unhelpful; they asked me to wait for 3 office days, and it's been 6 with no resolution. Big company, but zero customer care. 1 star for the frustrating experience.

There is no review star.This is just a stupid application.The bill didn't really arrive into the sim card, but the bill went through kpay,So I called the kbzpay call center repeatedly, but nothing happened.bad application ever.

Doesn't work on my rooted phone. Here's a suggestion maybe pay attention to writing a better app instead of interfering with ownership of my personal device. TL;DR up yours.

Why you always log me out and ask for OTP all the time, while your local operators cannot send OTP all over the world. How you think for foreign users who can't receive OTP after you log them out?????? Don't you have other security means? Or you intend for local use only??

Your app is nothing but a trash. I tried to register MANY TIMES. But didn't work!! I also found a few problems while screening test. That's okay. I can still keep going. But in the place of taking photos of ID card, I can't even reach the another stage. Just reach back to the first step. I did tried like that for five time or so. What the hell are you doing with this app?!!!🤬🤬🤬

Having the dark mode is great. But app doesn't always work in dark mode. On electricity bill payment page (the detail page when you typed your barcode and searched your meter), the dark mode doesn't work. If the dark mode is on, you can't see what it is written on that page. You can't read a thing. You can only read the meter info while normal/light mode is on. I know that no one pays bills at night but it'd better if everything works with dark mode. So, please check and fix it. Thank you.

This pay wallet is not safe. They freeze the account of customer without any reasons and do not respect customer's rights. Customer's assets are not safe and I suggest that the payment wallet is not used.

Prone to transaction errors. Balance are deducted from my account, but there is no transaction message and the balance didn't reach the destination account. What a mess! This is a big issue when this case happenend whilethe user is transferring money via this app for an urgent case. They didn't take quick action to this.

In Top-up section, currently, we can save up to five phone numbers. It's a bit so little for me. I want to save more than five phone numbers. Our family has 6 SIM cards in total. So, I need to save every number in order to be convenient when I do top-up because I'm in charge with filling their balance. So, if only we could save more than five numbers, it'd be great.
